This place is very run down but the King bed was super comfy and the rooms were quiet. We even had a view of the Fireworks over Niagara Falls

The room was newly renovated, but they definitely cut corners everywhere. The washroom had drop ceilings which were very concerning for privacy reasons - gaps in the ceiling tiles specifically. The hallways were terribly maintained. There were signs laying in the hallway floors that the hallways were going to be undergoing renovations, but that shouldn't stop them from at minimum vacuuming the carpets. The carpets were also bunched up in some areas causing a tripping hazard. The back parking lot is filthy with garbage everywhere and their garbage bins spilling out. The pool area is extremely outdated and the photos the hotel posted are grossly misleading. This is not nearly close to a 2-star hotel. The pool looked dirty and unwelcoming. The free Continental breakfast is also underwhelming and lacking. I took a look into their kitchen area which also made me not want to eat any of the food they put out. Staff at the front weren't very friendly or helpful either with general questions. Would only recommend for 1 drunken nights sleep, if required.
