Amazing breakfast staff! Had to ask for pool towels a few times I had to request the pool to be open. Took till 10:10am

Great location. Liked the free parking. Breakfast good. Indoor pool was nice.

Aside from the carpet in the room, the room was clean. The air conditioner did a good job. The pool hours were kind of a bummer. The pool (very small) doesn't open each day until 10am. My kids are up and ready to swim long before that! The location of the hotel is a manageable walk to the falls. We had an awesome view of the evening fireworks from outside our hotel window. The staff was pleasant. The morning breakfast was okay-- toast, bagels, three options of cereal, reheated frozen egg circles, round sausage patties, juice (apple, orange, or cranberry), coffee, and tea. I would stay again.

Breakfast limitd and over crowded never got to enjoy pool to many kids splashing should have designated hour's for adults only. Parking fine.

Check in was fast and the young lady was very friendly and helpful. Our room was the same room we had on a previous getaway last year. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed having a balcony. We took advantage of the indoor pool; which was very clean and warm, as well as the sauna which was also clean, and got very hot. I was a little disappointed that they did not have the coffee bar available throughout the day because it was the last time we were there. It was very convenient to make a warm coffee or tea throughout the day, especially in the cold winter months. The breakfast was good, but I felt there should be more options available, such as waffles, muffins, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Also, our second morning there, the lady started packing away the breakfast items at 9:15 while my husband and I were still sitting at the table eating. We were planning to have more, and make another coffee, but by 9:25, everything was gone! Breakfast is served until 9:30! It would be nice if the breakfast stayed available until10:00 throughout the weekdays because couples on a getaway want to rest a little longer, and not feel rushed. Overall, we had a very nice stay. We like the interior courtyard setting, the amenities, the walking distance to all attractions, and our room was very clean and comfortable; the bed was amazing! Thank you to the cleaner who left a bag of clean towels outside our door, as we were resting, and had the “do not disturb” sign on the door.

We enjoyed our stay at Clifton Victoria Inn. The highlights were the location, it is accessible to the Fallsview Waterpark albeit a short walk outside to cross the street. I loved they give Complimentary free parking, and a full continental breakfast and an indoor pool. btrbreakfast.bTamenitiwwre

Try to avoid inside rooms, very loud the whole place echos from 7:30am until 11:00pm kids running around and the first floor centre court is a gathering place with a pool that echos through. The Pool closes at 10pm so kids settle down somewhat after that well at least the screaming does. Location is convenient to Clifton hill and parking and continental breakfast is included with your room so that’s a plus. Overall great for families with small kids but, I would definitely stay away from places with rooms facing pool next time.

Easy parking and great great location but not super clean. Entire room was full of dust. There was also hair on a “clean” towel. Bathroom floor was terribly dirty as well as room carpet. Air conditioning was very loud and barely worked. Room window was filthy inside and out. The worst of it all, the hallway on floor 4; smelt absolutely rancid. This hotel is just okay for the location and included parking but needs to be heavily updated and DEEP DEEP cleaned.

The Hair dryer wasn’t working, I know it’s not much but for once we didn’t bring one for my 2 girls saying that there’s always one in the hotel rooms. Not working… The room was dirty, lots of dust, stains and hairs on the beds….We also found a rotten apple back of dresser with some empty water bottles…

Pros: convenient location to falls, parking and breakfast included, staff especially front desk, were so personable and quick. Cleaning staff kept breakfast area clean. Cons: rooms were filthy. We had to pull fride out to change temp, and hadnt been cleaned in 5+ years. At least 1 inch of dust and hair. Socks underwear and tons of garbage behind dresser. 2 lightbulbs burned out. Carpet stained and stinky and walls peeling. AC did not work properly in room. Facing the courtyard so no natural light. 4 days in dimness. Rooms smelled musty and the entire hotel needs a 2 week deep clean with no guests. I dont care about a fancy hotel but i do expect a moderate level of clean. This hotel is at a 3/10 on cleanliness at best. Area: nighttime many shady characters walking through parking lot and checking car doors. 11pm to 8am... A dismal scene. Went for an early morning walk to mcdonalds for coffee. Regretted doing so. We wouldnt stay here again unless cleanlines is addressed.

I recently had a wonderful interaction with a staff member who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She resides in Canada and kindly shared some great recommendations for restaurants that are especially appealing to children. Her insights were thoughtful and much appreciated. The hallways smelled like sewage and would come into our room.

The location is close to main attractions in the area. However, the bed was hard so my back hurt the next morning. There was hair and a bug in our tub but we wiped it out. Other families seemed to be enjoying their stay so our experience could have been atypical.

It was dirty are bedroom was wet the carpet soaked smelled like mold mold on ceiling and walls. The toilet never flushed at all. The beds were damp.

The room was very old and hadn’t been updated in what seemed like decades. It was also not very clean. There were dirty needles in the parking lot. The pool was okay, but didn’t open until 10am and the shower area you’re supposed to use before swimming was quite moldy. I seriously regret forgetting to pack indoor shoes for this hotel.

Have to wait quite a while in order to get hot water coming when shower or turned on the tap.

The AC in our room was quite loud and noisy and kept my wife and I up most of the night unfortunately. The only great thing we do like is how close and convenient and within walking distance to majority of the falls activities and the falls itself.

This is an older, worn out hotel in an excellent location. There have been little to no updates to this hotel. The wallpaper is old and peeling. The carpets are so old and I could not walk on them comfortably without shoes/slippers. The bathroom was clean but old tiles, tub etc. The cable signal kept cutting out so it was challenging to watch TV. The wifi signal was terrible. But for the price, and the excellent location it was a fine place to have a sleep for one night. Breakfast was fine. The usual free breakfast that you get at a mediocre hotel. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Had king suite with jacuzzi. Very big room. Got to see the fireworks from the couch. Couch and chair are outdated. Very comfortable bed. Good price and walking distance to a lot of attractions.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the main attractions. However, it's in need of a major renovation. The hallway is small and outdated, and while the rooms are spacious, their decor feels old-fashioned.

There was poor quality to the TV, there were no light bulbs in the light sockets, there were water stains on the walls, and there were unknown stains all over the carpet.

The room was not temperature controlled, so it became too hot. The only way to stay cool was to leave the sliding doors open throughout the stay. The room door card never worked properly and had to get it replaced 4 times in a 2-day stay. No basic toiletries given. Not even a simple soap dish to place the soap on the counter. Breakfast had no options. Just bread, cereal, and bagel were the only choices and not fulfiling in any manner. Often long wait at the front desk for any queries as there's just one person taking care of everything.

Staff was extremely helpful, affordable stay that met our needs and great to have the parking & breakfast included extra surprise was the room mini fridge. Nice to see all the freshening up that was taking place in the main core, expect they will continue with the inner halls & rooms too. Very convenient to all we wanted to do in Niagara. Would stay again. Thank you.

We had a fun time at Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Smooth checking in and always prompt when helping you with something. Rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast is good and plenty. Overall, we had a good time.

There was a problem with the water in the jetted tub. I've tried to speak with the manager and it is taking some time. Bit of a hassle for me to feel like I'm hounding down the manager to justify there wrong doing. Would have appreciated better service

The hotel itself was fine, perfect for what we needed. The front staff and housekeeping staff were so friendly. Only found the food or breakfast staff rude. My kifs missed breakfast by 1 minute, understandable as they were not there on tume,however when my daughter was filling up hot water,staff came and grabbed the water midway. When she asked them to wait a second,the lasy rolled her eyes and scuffed. If not careful my daughter could have gotten scalded by the hot water. Area was convenient to attractions however.

The hotel is a little older looking but I liked my stay. It was clean and quiet. It is very close to main strip of Niagara Falls, everything is within walking distance. It's a safe area. The breakfast was basic but included in price and the price is great for the location.

The hotel is in the perfect spot, minutes to the falls and shopping, yet at the quiet part of town. It was very easy to drive in and out off and great free parking. The breakfast was good and the staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet and clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Excellent place for a family friendly getaway on a budget. Location is excellent with a short walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. The hotel is in need of an update to it's look, but for the price and what you get, it's definitely worth it.

The employees were nice and the building was fairly clean. My room was clean but the carpet was really stained. The hallway carpet was really ragged and wore, the walls were destroyed due to the suitcase dolly. The breakfast was not the best, very limited.

It would be nice to include yogurt and fruits to the breakfast menu. It has lot of sugary options. Nothing gluten free.

We liked that the hotel is close to attractions and you don’t need to drive anywhere. The continental breakfast was not that great. Not worth it being included in the price. We always used the stairs as the elevators kinda smelled like pee or bathroom. The beds were not comfortable. But the main lobby is cute and you feel like you’re outdoors but inside. Staff were always friendly and nice.

We used to come to this hotel at least 2 times a year when the kid was little up until Covid. So 8 years, now after coming back after so long we were disappointed. The waffle machines are gone ( my kid loved the waffles ) there was no fruit of any kind, no yogurt and no muffins. There was egg, pork sausages, 3 cereals, bread, bagel and English muffin and the usual juice, coffee and hot water for tea. One of the highlights was the breakfast back before Covid.

the hotel in general is a better cheaper option than some other hotels. Close to clifton hill and waterpark which we went to. Room was dated but nice and clean. Only complaint is the breakfast area. Yes its free breakfast but its so chaotic and not enough seats for people.

Pros: Kind staff, large comfortable room, nice jetted tub, good breakfast. Cons: long wait in lines for breakfast, outdated TVs and room furniture, absurd $60 tax/night. Overall 5 stars.
