Decent hotel/motel... didn't find out until I arrived that parking was extra. Block away from OLG Stage.

I found they were deceiving from their advertised price to the actual price and I guess they're all doing it now but when you get there they charge you per day for parking which is not included but of course they don't advertise that either and the pool was not wheelchair accessible which is part of the reason why I chose that motel otherwise the people were nice it was clean

Hotel has no wheelchair assessibility! My daughter couldn’t get onto the landing to get into the rooms. They also told me she would have to sit in the busy parking lot to watch us swim in the pool. My poor daughter was distraught! We had to leave the hotel.

Nous avons réalisé le rêve de passer la nuit dans un motel à l’américaine, comme dans les films. Ce fut très agréable, proche des chutes de Niagara. Très sécuritaire avec une charmante petite piscine.

Walking distance to all attactions and clean room. Very affordable and the pool was a bonus

Room are clean and spacious but they need to clean up parking lot during the winter to avoid accident...it was very slippery...they charging extra 15 dollar. they have to clean snow in parking lot..breakfast is good but sitting area is very small ...but room was good

Charging staying guests for parking is unreasonable.

I would rate it very good considering the price range. Pool water was cold though, breakfast could have been a little better. However, overall we had a good stay, satisfied with services.

Room and bathroom were filthy and outdated. Water on bathroom floor, dirty curtains, dirty floor, dirty sink, caulking looked terrible, I actually don't have one nice thing to say about this hotel. I'd never go back!

Room was filthy. Didnt look like they cleaned it at all. Got a non smoking room yet the room smelled like smoke, even had cigarettes burns on the pillows and blankets. Smoke detector was tampered with too. Fridge was nasty and had sticky stuff all over. The shower and toliet had nasty residue all over and someone elses hair on the towels and bathtub. But the guy at tue front was nice. I left my id at the counter and he returned it before i left and gave us the 100$ deposit back.

The beds looked clean, but the rest of the room was filthy. The table in the kitchen area wasn't even wiped from the last guest. You couldn't even use the TV since the internet signal was terrible. We could not connect any device. We only needed a place to sleep at night, so we got what we paid for.

Rooms were not clean, definitely did not change the bedding from the previous guest, gross, found some not so nice substances in the room.. do not stay

Location is good,staff are fine but the room we stayed is not properly cleaned,floors tables are dirty.

We liked the cleanliness and it was very close to the Niagra Falls.

It was awful, period! Seriously, the beds were disgusting—so filthy and just totally uncomfortable. My husband, my kids, and I just had to check out without getting any sleep all night. I mean, what do you expect from a place that's a zero on hygiene and a zero on comfort

Upper level room was renovated, quiet and clean! Love that there was no carpet - great flooring! Breakfast was meh (coffee was really watery and bad! Good thing there is a Timmies 2 doors down!) Young woman at the front desk was not unpleasant but definitely gives the impression she'd rather be anywhere else. Great for a concert night stay - can walk easily to OLG stage and restaurants! Comfortable beds. Would book again 100%

Very clean and quiet. Fast friendly check-in. A coffee maker in the room would make the stay more comfortable.

The room was very clean, but it was very noisy. There were at least 2 parties going on until late into the night, and staff did nothing to contain the noise - which go through the thin walls quite easily. Location was good, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. Parking was OK, but expensive.

The air conditioner was not working properly and outside people were speaking too loudly at 3:am so unable to sleep . Rooms are not soundproof.

Rooms are outdated and air conditioning in the room got shut off automatically at 7am

What you pay for is what you get. Rooms were nicely renovated, bed was comfortable. Would return again.

Couples overnight to see Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. The stairs going to the second floor need to be fixed. Room was clean. The wi-fi was not strong. TV Roku kept cutting in and out.

Very good location if you will be exploring Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. It is decent for the price . Breakfast is basic , frozen waffles, cereal, orange juice and coffee. Room could have been cleaner. Staff did listen to our concerns. Creaky wood floors. Internet is not the best.

Beds were too springing and the faucet was very loose. No local channels on the tv.

Room was clean and in good condition. The room smelled musty when I first arrived, but opening the window for a few minutes to air it out solved that. I came and went a few times and didn't notice it again. In the end, it was a very minor issue. I missed breakfast, so can't comment one way or the other. Super close to my destination (OLG Stage).

Stayed at the property; bathroom was dirty and broken down. Minimally Basic items in the room no hair dyer, iron, ironing board etc. room was run down and it appeared that the door was possibly kicked in as it was not sitting properly (you could see the sun). Day staff were rude and treated me like a criminal. I requested to extend my room and was advised that they would need to inspect it before they would approve; this is a policy that made up. There is a no pet policy yet their dog was walking around the front desk on the desk and other guests had them too. They Appear to have lack of boundaries- cleaning lady walked into our room and tried to force her self in a second time. The front desk lady Yelled

Accidentally locked myself out of my room at 3am and staff was more than happy to help. Great pillows, TV in your room is a smartTV you can browse YouTube or Netflix on it.

The staff are very polite, accommodating and professional. Updated rooms are comfortable and clean. I have stayed here multiple times.

Staff was rude and they charge you extra everything. Hidden charges for parking. You have to drink water from washroom tap or pay extra for bottles.

To be clear, we did not ultimately stay at the property. We had booked one night because our son was scheduled to participate in basketball games in Welland. Unfortunately, due to severe weather conditions and a snowstorm, the games were cancelled, and we were unable to proceed with our stay. My family went in person to explain the situation. We werent even refunded half of what we paid. While I understand and respect business policies and as someone with business experience, I would be understanding if the lodge were fully booked and facing a genuine loss, this was not the case. The property was not fully booked. Had we been refunded even 50% we would have been satisfied. We did not use any amenities whatsoever: no electricity, no water, no continental breakfast, and no room services of any kind. This resulted in a cost saving for the property, yet less than half of the amount paid was returned. We have additional basketball tournaments scheduled in the future; however, based on this experience, I would not choose to book this property again. For transparency, I did not personally see the room. My husband did, and he indicated that it appeared acceptable. In business, policies are important, but so is discretion. At times, prioritizing empathy and customer goodwill over rigid policy can make the difference between retaining customers and losing them permanently. them permanently.

The property is far enough away so that you don’t hear any noise. However it’s only 10 minutes walk to the falls

Close to the casino

The check in wa easy, smooth, very friendly hostess. My room was beautiful, simple, nice furniture, comfy bed, smelled like fresh crisp linens dried on the line outside. The pool wonderful, not to mention beautiful flowers.

The property is dated, but clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly. The location is perfect - walking distance to the falls and entertainment, but not close enough to hear the noise. I'd stay again for sure!

Easy excess for Falls

Fantastic place to stay. Room was great, a little small but it was perfect for 2 people. Walking distance to literally everything. They even let us add a night at like 3am lol. Would definitely stay again!

Area is very well lit. Motel is within walking distance to the falls as well as all the attractions!

Check-in was quick and receptionist was nice. Rooms were clean. Hotel was easy close to the falls for easy walking. Would stay again when coming to Niagara Falls.

I liked staying there. Only i think they should have provided toothpaste. Breakfast quality could be improved but was still good. I felt the room had a smell, but i can’t say that it was unclean. I would stay again with them.

The lodge was a walk from the falls. The trash bins outside the registration was not managed properly and you could see garbage around the trash bin. The room was clean and warm. The breakfast was too short and it just finished before 9 AM.

The breakfast menu was ok but didn't have many choices. If you choose to stay their it is an easy walk to the Falls. Ask for extra towels, they only supplied 2 but supplied more when I asked.
