Off-site parking was $50 and not very convenient, about 5 minute walk. The breakfast was made to order, not a buffet, but it was good. The spa closes early. The window glass was dirty from the falls, but the view from the Superior room on 19th floor was absolutely amazing.

Beautiful view of the falls from your room depending which room you're in, easy access to lots of surrounding areas. Only inconvenience for me was not parking away from the hotel also you have to pay to use the wifi even as a paid guest and the meals are over priced.

Falls view room was nice however the first person you see upon arrival is the vallet. No welcome to the hotel just instantly wanted to rush us out of the vehicle and have us decide 50 or 70 for parking. Well turns out that is per day and the 50 parking is a block away which doesnt sound bad but it definitely is when it's cold and windy. Front desk could care less if you return. I would not return to this location. Stay at the casino for a better experience and atleast you get the amenities and lots to do there

The property does look slightly dated, however all of that seemed to not matter when you got a beautiful view of the falls! I also noticed for some reason the showers did not get very hot, but there was a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby and you’re not very far from the walkway to get up close and personal with the falls! If you came all the way to Canada to see the fall, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the view from the room absolutely breathtaking. However, the pool and hot tub were a disgrace. The hot tub was extremely dirty and gross. The tiles had mold, dirt and green scum in it. For the price of the hotel, i expected a clean, well kept pool and hot tub.

We will start with fake false advertising of the pool. The pool on the website shows pool from spa that is NOT included and the pool that is i cludwd with the stay they are not advertising . You assume you are going to have pools that are on the picture. Do not stay there the pritesh manager on duty was very rude instead of telling me he can do somwthing he was being smart with me by commenting restaurants are also advertised will you want that free as well? Im not happy and i want customer service manager to resolve

Overall, the place was excellent and I would recommend. We paid for premium fallsview rooms and the view was really great, but the downside was that the windows were so dirty (outside, not inside) that it was hard to see and pictures were pretty well impossible. I'm not blaming the hotel; they can't wash the outsides constantly, but it was a shame. Staff was excellent, especially the folks at valet.

Check in took over an hour without an apology for waiting or explanation as to why we had to wait from the concierge. Room was dirty. We found food on the floor (raisins + nuts) and dirty tables and night stands with dried up drink spills. The coffee/ tea station wasn’t stocked (calling front desk was a nightmare because of the internal issues they were having). Getting ice or drinks from the vending machine was a the worst set up. We had to try multiple machines (on different floors). Was asked to go back to concierge the following day to “finish” the check in (really?). The hotel staff pick and choose who they want to patrol when it comes to smoking outside. One group was allowed to huddle and smoke cigarettes and marijuana under the parking but others were asked to leave… (protocol should be enforced on everyone not just your choice of individuals). If I didn’t prepay for the hotel I definitely wouldn’t have checked in and went somewhere else. This hotels + services are bringing the Marriott name down.

I was disappointed with my stay. The bathroom shower curtain had visible mold on the bottom, which was a major turn-off. The room also had an unpleasant smell that made it hard to feel comfortable. I originally planned to stay for two nights but decided to leave after one. The hotel could really use some updates, and I strongly recommend removing the carpet—it would make a big difference in cleanliness and overall comfort.

The view was breathtaking - it was a little cold and no heater working. but the staff helped us to use a mini heater. The room was not perfectly clean - we wanted to use the tub but it was dusty and hairs around. but overall my stay was a satisfaction!

Almost everything was great. There were two small items that needed attention, a slow tub drain and an odor in the air ventilation. The view from the room was amazing, however, the windows were not ideal as there were water drop ditrt covering them. We received a letter saying the hotel was a dressing the dirty windows starting this week. It is a good hotel.

I was truly impressed by the layout of our room. Not a lot of hotels seem to put consideration into functionality. The room was set up to enjoy the incredible views, while also either having privacy, or not in the tub, and powder room area. The separate toilet/shower area is great when sharing a room. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay at the Falls.

I'm sure this was top-notch in the '90s. Everything felt like a hassle, especially the valet. If they say 10 minutes, they mean 30. We ordered pizza one night because my wife said she wasn't dealing with the car situation. I had to go meet the driver outside because she couldn't find a place to park. I had to fix the toilet every other flush. The shower leaked everywhere. The towel in front of it was completely soaked after a short shower. The room temp was hard to control with settings of warmer..cooler. You can see the falls through the dirty windows. The blackout curtains do work. We were able to sleep late. The bed was comfortable.

The check-in time was longer than expected as there was only 1 staff member responding to clients. While I appreciate that it is low season, a conference was in town and I was both surprised and disappointed by the wait time. Valet staff were very nice, but required a 30-minute advance notice/text. My “premium” room was dated and did not meet expectations. The higher charge for a falls view is a bit of a joke in the winter as every day was foggy and the falls view was zero. Overall, an OK stay, but not one that compares to my other Marriott stays.

Property is nice and every staff member was very friendly. I’ll definitely stay at this property again. Only complaint is the king bed mattress was very uncomfortable; a lot of sagging had to sleep in the middle of the bed.

Everyone was so friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable except for one side of the bed was broken There was a visible dip in the bed and when I pushed on it it collapsed. Luckily it was a king bed so I could scoot over and sleep in the middle and it was so comfortable. The view was amazing.

Expected far more from a Marriott. Plus-points- view from the superior room was amazing- with two comfy chairs overlooking the falls - perfect!! Fairly modern and clean bathroom with a double jacuzzi bath and a large, comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast with great food. But that’s where the positives end for me I’m afraid. Check-in- queues for over 1.5hrs due to a technical failure. They knew about this when we arrived at 10am and were hastily told we couldn’t check in before we even opened our mouths to say we just wanted to drop the cases! By 4.30 the staff were manually writing down bookings on a sheet of A4 - it was all chaotic and lengthy with no-one explaining to people in the queue what was going on. We found the staff rather rude - a late lunch in the restaurant, which was empty, we asked for a table by the window and were told ‘we don’t move chairs to make a four’ - why? We were the only people in there! I can partly understand if it was packed out but we were the only ones there! The food took over an hr to arrive with no explanation. The Starbucks was being renovated the day we arrived- no notice of this given- lovely lunch listening to the grinding of saws and hammering of wood! There was a conference on whilst we there- a cannabis company conference so yes, there was an overpowering smell on entry/exit to the hotel and in the corridors. A tired looking hotel that needs updating - plenty of others to book for the views!

As soon as I pulled up to the valet , they asked me three times if I was at the right hotel when I said yes three times and even showed my reservation they helped someone else who came a few minutes after me . Then when I went to find my own parking down the road I came back and the same thing happened again . I found it very rude instead of saying welcome to the Marriott there first words were are you sure your at the right hotel . Then I physically cannot get into our room because are door was jammed. It was 9 o’clock at night. At this point I was tired from traveling . I asked the receptionist if they can just give me a different room and they said they can’t do anything about that. I will have to wait for someone to fix the door. Needless to say I will not be coming back.

I was disappointed to find that internet access was $15 per day and parking $65 per day—both felt quite expensive, especially since internet service is basic. Additionally, the check-in process was frustrating. The front desk staff asked me to insert my card but walked away before the process was completed, which led to a duplicate charge attempt. As a result, my card was blocked, and I had to pay with a different one, which caused unnecessary hassle and required me to call my bank. On a positive note, the room was very nice and the room itself was clean. However, due to the overall experience and added costs, I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location and the view of the falls amazing! Breakfast was good as well! The valet was a bit disappointing as we are 2 senior ladies and we weren’t properly addressed! We gave the valet $5 US AND he didn’t even acknowledge us or help us with our bags. He just walked away! We also tried to calli for our car and had to wait once we came down to the entrance! Obviously, they were busy, however we weren’t treated very well!

Room was clean. View was spectacular. We had trouble with the cable television- it didn’t work for 20 minutes. Also, only one small mirror in the bathroom- which was a challenge for 4 people to share. The breakfast buffet was very good- nice selection and fresh fruit.

We enjoyed our stay here! The hotel lobby was spacious, with a Starbucks and a gift shop. Guests can sit at the big window, enjoy their coffee, and take in a beautiful view of the Falls. Our room was comfortable, and the view from our window was stunning. The only issue was that the room was only partially stocked with 1 toiletry. I also saw a housekeeper on the elevator with guest slippers on his cart. When I asked if slippers were a hotel amenity, he said yes. However, we hadn’t received any in our room. I wasn’t sure if they were only provided in certain rooms, and he wasn’t clear on this. Parking could be improved. Even if you don’t use the valet service and choose to park a few minutes away, the hotel still charges you for parking — so inconvenient. One of the best parts is how close the hotel is to the casino and various restaurants. Overall, I’d recommend it!

This property is overpriced, as it is dated, and the room amenities were subpar. The Morton restaurant was a total ripoff. The food was below average, both taste-wise and quantity-wise, and for what we got, the price was so expensive it was insulting.
