We’ve stayed at many hotels in Niagara and I think this is our new favourite hotel. It has a great breakfast with lots of options. It is clean, modern and comfortable. You have to pay for parking but it is walking distance to restaurants and the attractions at Clifton Hills. If good weather, it is walkable to the falls. The front desk staff was friendly. It also has 2 EV chargers.

Hotel is well situated to walk to the Falls and Clifton hill. Parking was conveniently located with a Tesla charger on site! The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and open for 4 hours in the morning, so weather you wake early or late, you’ll be able to have some food in the morning. The pool leaves a lot to be desired. It’s small, but works well for kids. There’s a nice outdoor patio as well and the gym is clean and functional. Overall would definitely stay here again!

The bathroom in the room was tiny! You can barely get in and shut the door. One of elevators was broke and we were on the 10th floor and had to hoof it up to our room... the wait to use the only working elevator was long. The desk staff was the best part of our experience. They were friendly and kind.

The staff interactions we had were all very good. I think I spoke to a ‘Scott’? Ahead of our arrival and he was very helpful. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff do a great job of providing delicious options and keeping everything stocked. My main complaint is the condition of the hotel. For being “recently renovated”, it is still in rough shape. Our room was okay, but the shower looked like it needed a deep clean and the door almost came off when moving it. Plus, our toilet paper holder was hanging on by a thread. We travelled with our kids, who obviously wanted to use the pool. This area was also very neglected cleanliness wise. The floors were yucky and there was a visible scum line along the entire upper length of the pool. The rates were very high for such things to not be addressed.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. On the 2nd day, when we returned to our room, we found the door left wide open. I waited for 15 minutes to see if any staff would come by, but no one did. I finally called the front desk, and a receptionist (an Indian lady) answered. He casually said the cleaning staff must have forgotten to close the door. There was no apology or sense of urgency. To make things worse, the room was barely cleaned. The trash bin was left in front of the door, the bed was not properly arranged, and the bathroom was clearly not cleaned. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I’m shocked at the lack of responsibility shown by both housekeeping and front desk staff. I expected much better from a Marriott property, and this experience has left me deeply disappointed.

My family stayed at 1103. The room has very nice view to skylon tower, probably able to see firework too. The room also very nice looking, plenty of usb ports. Excellent bathroom ventilation. Very nice breakfast. Location is excellent, many restaurants nearby. And only a few minutes walk to the falls. However, its next to elevator, so a bit noisy.

Really enjoyed the staff’s attentiveness. Breakfast had a variety of choices. It was close to everything or the bus stop if you can’t walk much. So much to do and see and eat in the area. The room was clean, nice size, and ours was a handicap accessible room. You do have to pay for parking which is not uncommon these days. But it is in and out parking at no extra cost.

This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and Clifton Hill. The room was modern and well kept, and included a microwave and mini fridge which was a life saver because we had a toddler. Many hotels in the area are not baby-friendly. I've stayed here a few times and it is my top choice whenever i visit Niagara Falls.

Staff at check in were fantastic! So nice and friendly. Greeted us wherever we came back into the hotel and engaged with my daughter so warmly and with a sense of humor since she wouldn't stop hopping around. Also the room had a great view of the fireworks and was very clean.

Perfect spot families with kids. In walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls. Also on the blue line for the wego bus which is good for a ride home after a busy day. Would also like to shout out the breakfast team. They provide a good selection that rotates and keep the whole area clean and tidy! It definitely is worth staying here for the savings on breakfast plus clean and convenient rooms!

The hotel was about a 25 minute walk to the falls, so we ended up using the We Go bus to get to the falls attractions. The hotel is very convenient and walkable to Clifton Hills which was nice for going out in the evening. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, but extremely busy to the point that many people could not get a seat and they were running out of food. It was clear that the staff had trouble keeping up with the volume of people at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again though!
