The check-in system was efficient. We were on the 30th floor which was termed 'penthouse'. The elevators however only go to the 29th floor so in order to get to the 'penthouse' you need to use a smaller manual elevator to that floor. You have to press and hold the elevator button to order it and again to get to and from the 30th floor. When we got to our 'penthouse' room the AC was inop so we had to be switched to a different room. I had to make the journey down to the lobby in order to get the new key. In the new room was clean and the AC operational. However, the room had a very heavy chemical air refresher smell which caused me to wake up nauseated. The parking is about 3 blocks away. The shuttle service is very regular and the drivers were all very friendly. This hotel also doesn't have it's own fitness facility. You have to use the fitness center in the neighbouring hotel. When I got home I checked my credit card statement and found that the $200 deposit was processed twice. I called the hotel and was advised to monitor to ensure it was dropped after a few days or in 2 weeks. Beware! Overall the room was clean but I wouldn't recommend staying higher than the 29th floor. Getting to and from the 'penthouse' was too much of a hassle. For my next visit I plan to use one of the hotels with onsite parking and fitness facility.

Everything was great for our stay we had an amazing dinner in the steak house upstairs. The observation deck had a beautiful view of the falls at night. My only problem with the property was the parking was 35 Canadian a night and was two plus blocks away from the hotel they did however offer a quick and complimentary shuttle service. Overall great property and would stay here again.

We were provided with a free upgrade of a room on the higher floors and had a side view of the falls. Location was great with an inside observation deck where we can watch the fireworks if we did not feel like going outside.

You cannot compete with the view from these rooms overlooking the falls. We were provided with a coupon book at check-in which was nice considering the cost of everything. Parking was incredibly easy, although it is off the property they make it seamless. There's so much to do right around the hotel, the location is great.

Had such a great stay at this hotel for our anniversary! The hotel is stunning and very modern. Extremely clean as well! Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Parking is off site but they provided a shuttle bus to take guests to and from the hotel. Everything was very easy and we had such a relaxing stay. Even if you do not book a fallsview room, they have an observatory room in the hotel where you can look out at the falls and watch the fireworks at night from there. Highly recommend!

The hotel was delightful - such a great space near the Falls at an excellent price. As they don't have onsite parking, they have a quick and efficient shuttle service to a local lot at a good price. Staff were friendly and very accommodating! Overall a lovely visit to Niagara Falls!

The trip was absolutely amazing. The staff was very, very, very friendly. We only had one problem. The bedding wasn’t changed when we got to our room and there was blood on the sheets. I approach the front desk and it was changed immediately. The people at the front desk were very very embarrassed and apologizing

Loved the staff, check in was a breeze, room was spotless. We had hoped for the falls view, but wasn’t available, HOWEVER, we enjoyed a spectacular sunset on the city view side, as well as the most beautiful full moon in front of a black sky. It snowed a bit, it was so pretty! I think not having the Fallsview side turned out to be better! We did go to the observation floor to see the falls, so beautiful with everything covered in ice. There was not a single place in the entire hotel (including stairwells) that weren’t SPOTLESS. We will definitely stay again.

The room itself was nice, new renovation etc, on the small side but that’s was fine to two ppl. However the ac in the room was not working when we got there and when they did get it working it sounded like there was a tin can in the vent the whole night. Bad sleep.

Absolutely the best view of the Horseshoe Falls you can possibly get. We were on the 30th floor. At night, the lights and fireworks are stunning! Unfortunately, no ice unless you get down to the lobby, but you are staying here for the view! Admittedly, rooms/bathrooms are on the smaller size, but clean and renovated. Desk staff was courteous. Highly recommend! Truly beautiful view!

Gorgeous view of the falls from our window! Hotel staff was super nice and helpful. Room was very stylish, bed was perfectly comfortable. Just wish there had been an extra hook or two for bathroom towels (only one in there!) and a luggage rack for the suitcase.

We had a room overlooking the falls with floor to ceiling windows. I think it had to be one of the best views in Niagara! The view took our breath away every time we returned to the room. I like that it is a small boutique hotel without a busy feel. The beds were very comfortable. When we return to Niagara I want to stay in this hotel, in this room.

Augen auf bei der Zimmerauswahl „no view“ bedeutet nicht, dass man keine Aussicht auf die Fälle hat sondern *gar keine* Aussicht! (= in unserem Fall reichte das Fenster des Zimmers in einen dunklen Gang hinter dem Hotel) Als wir dies reklamierten, war betreffender Angestellter überhaupt nicht empathisch geschweige denn hilfsbereit. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir jedoch zwei sehr engagierte Mitarbeiter getroffen ( u.a. Scott und Mia, die uns Tipps für den Algonquin Park sowie Montreal gegeben haben)

Horrible Experience I have no idea why this place has such great ratings. The basic room is clean, but it's nothing more than a place to sleep. Our check-in was a disaster. My wallet had been stolen the day before, so I added my husband’s name to the reservation for ID and credit card purposes. Even though the room was prepaid, the hotel refused to acknowledge the change. They claimed his name wasn’t in their system and demanded *my* ID — which I no longer had. After a frustrating standoff (at 9pm, with our exhausted 3-year-old), they *finally* let us in using photos of my license and passport. Completely ridiculous and entirely avoidable. If you're staying in the Tower, beware: even if you add someone’s name to the reservation, it won’t show up in their system. And the front desk staff couldn’t care less — they’re rigid and unhelpful. On top of that, the in-room TV had only 5 random channels — none for kids — and there was no option to connect to Netflix or any other streaming service. So if you're traveling with children, bring an iPad or something. Overall, poor service, broken systems, not worthy of an 8.7 rating

There is nothing like the view from the Tower Hotel. We had a full Fallsview room, and it was truly incredible. We had a great view of all three falls and their nightly illumination. The decor is updated, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right at the top of the Incline transport. Shout out to Kat for her help with a heating issue we had!

Great location with Falls view rooms but if you don’t close those rooms there is an observation floor you can use anytime. Great view of the fireworks from the observation floor. Would recommend this area for adult travellers. Location to the Falls is perfect and far enough from Clifton Hill but not too far you can’t walk back and forth.

Great location close to the Incline Railway. The parking lot is a big far, but they have a very nice shuttle that takes you too and from the parking lot. All the staff was very helpful and nice. Great views and very clean. Would stay here again.

It is a very clean hotel. Staff were polite and courteous. Restaurant is in the 26th floor. When you dine there you can see the whole Niagara Falls. Very nice view. Food was excellent as well. The coupons were an add on bonus for staying in the hotel.

Everything was perfect except the breakfast option, the restaurant ihop in the tower charge way too much for what it is, a cup of coffee 6$ for a small one is too expensive and nothing justefy a waffle at 33$ the plate.

I wish there was a complimentary breakfast. For the price of the stay, one would assume there is breakfast. Also, the no parking on location was not handy for us. Even though the transportation to our vehicle was available it was inconvenient to always call for a shuttle.
