The location was good and the room a good size. The bed was comfortable but the furniture was quite dated. The room and bathroom were clean. There was no fridge in the room and the aircon was old and noisy and would drip water after it was on for a while. The breakfast was quite poor in terms of the hot offer. The hotel had no bar or real social area so lacked any atmosphere. For 160 euros a night it was not value for money!

El hotel es lindo y cómodo. Está en un lugar tranquilo sin el gentío propio del centro de la ciudad, al cual se accede caminando unos 10 minutos. Zona segura cerca a un parque y algunos restaurantes. La piscina linda y tranquila. Lo recomiendo.

Clean, quiet, well maintained. Traveling alone, I chose the basic, more moderate priced room. It was spacious, well furnished, and comfortable. Included breakfast was great, and the staff invariably courteous and helpful.

Property is old and needs renovation. The carpet in the hallways and in the rooms is old and needs to be replaced. On our last day we witnessed staff painting the carpet in the hallways. The hotel lacks ventilation in the long hallways; therefore, we had to walk in a hurry to avoid the smell fresh paint.

Our room, a suite was dull with dreary and inadequate lighting and decor was tired. The bed was huge and comfortable and the bathroom worked fine so the 2 most important things worked. Poor soundproofing so we could hear dogs barking and children screaming in nearby rooms. Breakfast was adequate. Helpful staff but this was a disappointment. I know it’s a Holiday Inn but the reviews had suggested it was out of the ordinary. It wasn’t.

Al principio y sin avisar, nos dieron habitación comunicada con otra, nos tuvimos que cambiar hasta el tercer día porque no había lugar. Se debe advertir ello antes de contratar porque fue muy desagradable el ruido de la habitación contigua las personas hablaban muy alto hasta altas horas de la noche.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, from housekeeping to the breakfast team. The breakfast was amazing, and I truly enjoyed it. The rooms are clean, on other trips to this hotel the front dest was great. The person this last trip the front desk lady just seem lost on what she need to do to check us in. She even gave us our room with out even having us sign the room docks. She called us back later that day. Breakfast was good. Its alot better then just muffins and toast. Its a good breakfast to start your morning. The breakfast servers do need to focus on all customers not just the ones they think are going to tip them. The parking/ parking staff has always been good to us. Thank you

You can believe the high ratings! Traveling for work internationally, excellent reasonably-priced hotels are increasingly rare. Kudos to the 4-star housekeeping, kitchen & reception staff who all made for a great week's stay, especially the gentleman who repaired my suitcase handle. Appreciated the comfortable bed, traditional sink & coat hangers which made washing out clothes easy, good temperature control, no-nonsense TV, coffeemaker, phone, water bottles, & blackout drapes. One night the nightclub nearby was very loud. It'd be great to have screens on the windows & to replace carpet with flooring washable between guests. A concern was communication regarding taxi to airport. I was told the taxis they'd call all took credit cards. I double checked with driver who confirmed that. Midway to the airport, he had to stop to wait for another driver to show up to swipe my card. That guy wanted to add a 20% commission which I refused. I made it to the airport on time. But all that shouldn't happen trusting the hotel's selection of drivers.

Overall, the staff was great and very friendly. On our last night, our flight was at night and they securely stored our luggage while we walked around for the day until it was time to head to the airport. There was an error in the type of vehicle to the airport because I had asked the night before to reserve a van that would fit a family of 6, but they were able to obtain 2 taxis fairly quickly for the same price we would’ve paid for the van. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and would definitely stay here again.
