Why there is a charge of $10 third party booking fee each day? Please clarify!

Lots of good amenities in the area and very walkable location

The hotel itself and staff were great, 5 starts there. The girl the worked at The Porch restaurant however, couldn’t care less if there were customers there at all. We placed our order for a burger and beer each. She brought our drinks over and after about 40 minutes I went to see her to ask if our food was soon ready. She went to the kitchen for a moment and came back apologizing. She had never sent our order through! The entire time, she was hanging over the cash register on her cell phone. Never turning around to tend to the approximately 8-10 customers unless they just arrived. Extremely disappointed with this service. The burger description sounded great, too bad we never got to try them as we had to leave for the game. Management may want to consider a phones on breaks only policy!

The hotel was clean enough, it's pretty good for the price and even though the surroundings aren't great, the location is close to popular spots, so it depends on what you are looking for or what you want. The parking is really small, there is a warning on the sote so we knew but it was worse thna expected, but I think that was on us. The staff, specially Haley, Hailey I believe is her name, was incredibly nice

The location was ideal with so many restaurants surrounding. The staff were amazing & the restaurant food was delicious and unique! The chocolate cake was so good! It’s the perfect quiet place for couples.
