Adorable, updated property. Extremely clean. Very quiet neighborhood (except one of the neighbor's dogs were having a barking fit both nights-it was earlier in the evening and didn't disrupt sleep). Well appointed-everything that you need in the kitchen. 3 televisions. 2 full bathrooms. Beautiful location. Host was very receptive and clear with instructions. Definitely a 5 star property that I would stay at again and recommend to anyone!

The property is very well maintained and clean. Very easy checking in and getting access to wi-fi and cable tv. The kitchen is well equipped as are the towels and bedding supplies. It’s a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood and we enjoyed the outdoor deck very much. Communications with the landlord was excellent..

My sister, husband and I stayed for a 3 day weekend to celebrate all of our birthdays. We loved the home. It was great for us that there were 2 bedrooms with each having their own bathrooms on deferential floors. This provided privacy and I feel this would be great for 2 couples traveling together. The home was excellently stocked including spices and little extras you don't always find. The sofa and beds were very comfortable. It was great that we could bring our dogs and we enjoyed the many parks with hiking trails that were nearby.

The house was absolutely adorable. Very cozy, well appointed, well stocked and amazingly comfortable. It’s an absolutely a darling house. Bigger than it appears. If your heading to this area you won’t regret staying here. Deck has fire pit and grill and very cute yard. Close to everything. We would definitely book this home again! Thanks Heather for sharing your home. We travel a lot and rent a lot of VRBO’s and we were delighted with your place!

Used the stay as a central location for visiting Antietam, Gettysburg and Harpers Ferry. Local town had its own history. Local supermarket Safeway had good stock, as we mainly cooked in. The air conditioning unit was in the basement which made the downstairs bedroom a bit noisy for sleeping.

This was a lovely home, but not necessarily for my family at this stage in our lives. The two bed rooms are located very far from each other, which provides amazing privacy, but is difficult if you need to be close to a toddler. Everything was amazing, and I highly recommend this rental!

The host was very understanding when we lost the key; she got us a new one right away. I would highly recommend this cute, quiet spot!

This is our 2nd stay at the "Cape Cod". The house is quiet, clean, and modern. Heather is very responsive. The Middletown location provided us with convenient access for our outings to Gettysburg, Emmitsburg, MD and Frederick.

We had such a a lovely time here exploring local trails and parks. The town is so cute, and this location was perfect. It's a quiet street, a lovely home, and within walking distance to a park with a playground. Our two toddlers had a blast and we enjoyed our weekend getaway.
We had such a a lovely time here exploring local trails and parks. The town is so cute, and this location was perfect. It's a quiet street, a lovely home, and within walking distance to a park with a playground. Our two toddlers had a blast and we enjoyed our weekend getaway.

The location is excellent for exploring Middletown and surrounding area. All everyday essentials were there. Having a full kitchen and laundry is very convenient.

Simply a delightful stay. All the warm and sweet decorations really went far to help keep our spirits up while visiting our ill brother. We appreciated each and every one. The location was perfect also!

The home and property is as described. It looks brand new and is comfortably furnished. The wifi worked well. It was on a quiet street in walking distance of shops and restaurants. The host was very understanding when we lost the key; she got us a new one right away. I would highly recommend this cute, quiet spot!

This cute cottage was the perfect choice for my families weekend visit to Middletown. Our group consisted of four adults and two dogs. Everything from the well stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds this home met all our needs. My wife and daughter exclaimed about the cleanliness and the decorating. Also a big plus for us was the availability of nearby grocery shopping and places to eat out. We will definitely be making this house our go to place when making future travel plans to Middletown.
