The reason we chose Ingot hotel was to use the hotub. We arrived to discover it was out of order due to incorrect pump fitted. This meant we were unable to enjoy the facility listed in the bookling so left disappointed we had to collect our own room service. We wont be back , ever. Very poor stay.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to utilise the airport shuttle bus, Expedia did not list the restrictions anywhere on the booking page. Was told at checkin that children under 7 years of age could not ride. This was the only reason we had booked this hotel, now out of pocket for taxi fare on top of exorbitantly high hotel rates.

This was the second time in four stays that the shuttle bus has taken over an hour to pick me up from the airport and I have had to book my own cab. It seems on both occasions they had actually forgotten to pick me up within minutes of my phone call. I will not be staying at the Ingot again.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Perth airport - only a 10 minute drive. The room I stayed in seemed to have been very recently renovated, if not new, and was very well done, modern and comfortable. I arrived late and left quite early so didn’t use most of the facilities but did see what looked like a lovely swimming pool. Complementary transfers are offered to and from the airport which was convenient, although a bit of a wait at the airport for pickup. I would stay at this hotel again

Was okay. Can't use the pool/hot tub after dark. Not great as that was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Food is decent enough. Location near the airport is great.

Having stayed there before, I rebooked the Ingot for an overnight stay in Perth as the Ingot is near the airport. Unfortunately, the shower stall in my room looked grubby and had visible signs of mould in the grout. Order some room service and the meals were tasty. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the location convenient to the airport.

This is a great hotel, especially when flying out early or landing late from/into Perth. Only complaint was that the floor in our room could not have been vacuumed as there were grape pips and stalks still on the carpet. Otherwise a great stay.

Food left out for days in the corridor is not nice to look at when walking back to your room. Meat on a plate (lamb shanks) was not picked up for 2 days .Not very hygienic. Room service food was undercooked and tasted off. Otherwise a good room with nice shower facilities. I would recommend the hotel. Just please pick up food and rubbish left in hallways ,it’s not very nice .

Hotel is relatively new and well maintained. Only problem is the free wifi. It does not work in the room and even with my own data plan, it switches to 3G, and even with that it gets dropped and disconnected. Really frustrating when you are trying to do some work. The connectivity is really bad.

There was little water pressure in the shower. I was cold despite how hot the water was. The internet was also non existent. I have stayed here 3 times so far and have another 6 booked and this is the first time I've had these issues and i attribute that to the room location.

The room was very clean and comfortable. My only criticism was that the bathroom extractor fan stayed on constantly, and the windows let in a lot of noise from outside, which didn’t help my jet lag at 3am!

The Ingot is very conveniently located for both the airport and to get into the city. Helpful friendly staff. Disappointing that the wifi often dropped in our room but otherwise I was very pleased.

Overall the property itself and the reception staff were good. The room was lovely - huge and spotless. There could have been UBS ports and or international plugs available, but everything else was lovely. I did miss not having a mini bar and I requested fresh milk for my coffee from reception and could only get small plastic uht thimble sized milk - that was disappointing. I did order room service but I had to collect it from reception - that was fine and quality of the food was great. The main thing that let the experience down was the ‘porter’ - he picked me up in the shuttle bus and drove like an absolute maniac. It was dangerous driving and made me pretty uncomfortable. Also seemed reluctant to help with my bags into the car and later to my room which appeared to be his job. Sadly he did take a lot of shine off the experience.

Room was clean and generally comfortable with good amenities and the property was generally clean throughout. However staff at reception were abrupt, unfriendly and unwelcoming, both on check in and departure. Although the room was fine I can not say that I felt comfortable at this property.

A nice hotel. There is a convention/ function centre on the bottom storey on one side and the music was very loud and annoying. Staff were happy to move me to another room on the opposite side of the building. Room service food quality, quantity and cost is excellent. Shuttle to the airport is great.Taxis are ready available.

This hotel charged our credit card for deposit and refunded the amount few days after we checked out. The staff did explain, at checking in, that the credit card would be charged. But it still seemed strange as other hotels just hold on to the credit card for deposit and never charge. Also, the deposit was stated as A$100 but A$101.30 was charged instead, maybe due to credit card charges. Even though A$101.30 was refunded, we still lost some amount due to currency exchange in the end.

We arrived after a flight from UK. I had slept only about an hour and was exhausted. The staff took my luggage up to the room for me. The bed was super comfortable and I was able to sleep straight away.

The airport drop off was good however I emailed prior to arrival about the shuttle for pick up & no one replied. Cleaning staff were lovely, reception staff were not welcoming during our stay, it felt like they were to busy to answer simple questions.
