Internetverbindung war sehr schlecht. Parkhaus Gebühren 25 € pro Tag! Frühstück war sehr gut. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Im Wellnessbereich, viele Kinder, sehr laut.

Lage in der Nähe historisches russisches Dorf, Zentrum fussläufig erreichbar. Parken und Frühstück relativ teuer.

Wir waren für zwei Übernachtungen hier.Zimmer war top. Nachhaltigkeit wird angegeben und aufmerksam darauf gemacht ,dass die Zimmer nur alle zwei Tage gesäubert werden. Ist auch ok, aber die Mülleimer hätte man doch zwischendurch leeren können. Ist aber meckern auf höchsten Niveau.Das Frühstück war wirklich ausgezeichnet, für jeden was dabei gewesen von süß bis herzhaft.Pool und Saunabereich sind zu empfehlen, kosten aber extra. Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Der Hotel ist wirklich lohnenswert, sauber, ruhig, Pool im Haus, GYM, gute Lage, sehr nette Personal, leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. In diese Sicht wirklich nicht zu bemängeln. Der Einzige minus für mich ist der überteuerte Parkgebühr von 25€ pro Tag.

Rommene har ikke lenger kjøleskap. Belønningen i form av en drikke pr dag for å ikke ha renhold av rommet er ikke lenger. % avslag i pris på et måltid gjelder ikke frokost, som var det eneste vi skulle ha der. Vi booket tilgang til svømmehallen. Vinduene der er like møkkete som i april?

Das Dorint in Potsdam ist seinen vier Sternen nicht gerecht geworden. Wir waren direkt nach Weihnachten für vier Tage da. Personalmangel war erkennbar. Das Foyer war gar nicht geschmückt. Sehr einfach alles. Das Zimmer war kalt. Wir haben einen Elektroheizer bekommen. Die Gläser wurden vom Service nicht gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche war fadenscheinig. Ansonsten war das Zimmer geräumig und es gab überall genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Bad war gut und sauber. Wir hatten wegen des schönen Spa-Bereiches für Dorint entschieden. Das war nicht so gut. Bademäntel waren Mangelware und auch im Spa gab es kein Personal. Dementsprechend lagen viele benutzte Handtücher und Decken rum. Am Wasserspender gab es keine Becher. Spa hat sich nicht gelohnt. Aber mit mehr Service wäre der Bereich sehr schön. Frühstück war teuer, aber sehr einfach. Es gibt hübsche Cafés zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage und ist gut mit dem Linienbus erreichbar.

Gute Lage, sehr saubere Zimmer und sehr gepflegter Wellnessbereich. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, alles da was man braucht… und vor allem sauber! Parkgebühr von 25€ sehr teuer, aber innen Nebenstraßen findet man auch kostenlose Parkplätze. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The Dorint is a lovely place to stay. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal and delicious. The facility is clean and it is evident that the hotel is meticulously cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If I ever make it back to Potsdam, I will be staying here again!

Hotel novo, atendimento padrão clássico (com muita atenção e educação) Hotel fica a 40 - 50 minutos de carro do centro de Berlin . Região muito calma com restaurantes a 10 minutos (caminhando) , diversos parques e locais para prática de esportes (academia do hotel é pequena) Quarto com um ótimo tamanho . Banheiro amplo. Quarto não tem frigobar ! Isso é ruim ... muito ruim . Ponto negativo (procurei em todos os lugares e não achei)

Zimmer waren sehr sauber, der Empfang ausgesprochen freundlich. Ein absolutes Manko war das Fenster sich nicht öffnen lassen haben, zum einen sich dadurch schlechte Luft im Zimmer war. Somit auch ein Fluchtweg verhindert wäre im Rauch und Brandfall.

Das Dorint in Potsdam ist seinen vier Sternen nicht gerecht geworden. Wir waren direkt nach Weihnachten für vier Tage da. Personalmangel war erkennbar. Das Foyer war gar nicht geschmückt. Sehr einfach alles. Das Zimmer war kalt. Wir haben einen Elektroheizer bekommen. Die Gläser wurden vom Service nicht gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche war fadenscheinig. Ansonsten war das Zimmer geräumig und es gab überall genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Bad war gut und sauber. Wir hatten wegen des schönen Spa-Bereiches für Dorint entschieden. Das war nicht so gut. Bademäntel waren Mangelware und auch im Spa gab es kein Personal. Dementsprechend lagen viele benutzte Handtücher und Decken rum. Am Wasserspender gab es keine Becher. Spa hat sich nicht gelohnt. Aber mit mehr Service wäre der Bereich sehr schön. Frühstück war teuer, aber sehr einfach. Es gibt hübsche Cafés zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage und ist gut mit dem Linienbus erreichbar.

Vi la til en ekstra natt på hotellet før avreise, og ble oppringt hissig av en av resepsjonistene om at vi måtte ut av rommet. Utrolig merkelig. Det beste med dette hotellet er frokostbetjeningen, veldig hyggelige og en helt ok frokost. Forstår ikke at dette er et 4 stjernes hotell. Anbefaler faktisk ikke dette til denne prisen.

Underwhelmed and just a sad place to visit. The only redeeming part was the young lady welcoming guest in for breakfast. She had a great warm welcoming and a smile to match. Es war sehr angenehm, dass man uns beim Check-in auch gleich den Check-out angeboten hat, um am nächsten Tag Zeit zu sparen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig, genügend Platz und durch 2 Buffets problemlos alles problemlos auszuwählen. In einem unserer Zimmer war leider keine Flasche Wasser. Der Anruf an der Rezeption brachte die Antwort: können sie sich an der Rezeption abholen. Da wäre ein besserer Service zu erwarten, um eigene Fehler zu beheben.

Our stay at this Hotel was very nice. The Hotel was busy hosting a conference but our check in went smoothly and fast. Marcel at the front desk took the time to explain to us about the things to see and places to go, He was great. We even got a couple of perks thanks to Expedia . The pool was very nice and the breakfast was fabulous. Our room was quiet, clean and spacious. It was a very pleasant stay.

.. Ich finde die Parkgebühren für die Tiefgarage extrem zu hoch, das bezahle ich am Flughafen Ffm. Ein Teil des Personals in der Bar trägt nicht sonderlich gepflegte Kleidung, sieht nicht einladend aus. Das betrifft nur 2 Personen die mich bedient haben. Der ältere Barkeeper ist sehr nett gewesen.

Sehr schönes großes Hotel. Alles sauber. Es muss aber für alles extra gezahlt werden. Frühstück extrem teuer mit 25€. Tiefgarage kostet auch 25€ am Tag. Pool muss auch extra gezahlt werden. Habe ich aber nicht genutzt.

Das Hotel liegt ganz prima, wir haben alles zu Fuß erkundet. An der Rezeption haben wir gleich Tips für die Erkundung der Stadt bekommen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfreich. The hotel was a bit of a disappointment. I thought I got a good deal from hotels.com at a top rated hotel which included parking, pool and sauna. I was traveling with my son and my mother, and it was important that they had a good experience. 1. disappointment: parking cost 28 euro per night plus a whopping 30 euro to charge the car. 2. disappointment: access to the pool and sauna cost an extra 43 euro 3. disappointment: my son loves swimming but the pool was too shallow to do anything meaningful 4. disappointment: there was no fridge in the room.
