Parkplatz sollte vorhanden sein, war aber nicht vorab zu reservieren. Bei Ankunft dann einfach nur die knappe Ansage: "kein Parkplatz verfügbar" und "fahren sie zum Hauptbahnhof". Im Zimmer roch es dann nach Urin und muffig.

The shower was smelling really bad every day, dirt under the bed (a lot), hair of others in the shower, dirty towels...the hotel guys were alright, but the concept of the hotel (one lift, small breakfast room ...) is not clear to me. Over hundred euros for the night plus taxes and parking lot an then such a low quality. Never again!

Good comfortable hotel for a night or two. Two minutes from the main station in Potsdam. Didn't use their breakfast, just had a quick snack at the station. Would be better to have a key card for the doors and for the lift going up as well for security reasons.

Leider nicht gut für Kinder oder kleine Menschen ausgelegt. Man kommt im Zimmer kaum an den Wasserhahn und die Seife, vom Duschkopf ganz zu schweigen. Möchte man dann in Ruhe frühstücken, muss man als Elterteil doch immer wieder aufstehen, weil das Buffet an einer Wand angebracht ist, sodass die Kids oder eben kleinere Personen so gut wie nichts erreichen. Auch hat mich gestört, dass einzelne Lebensmittel ständig leer waren und man Bescheid sagen musste, damit jemand auffüllt. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer habe ich woanders auch schon besser gesehen. Positiv war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer und die schalldichten Fenster.

Checkin war okay. Leider war das Bettlacken mit Blutflecken verschmutzt, was erst beim Zubettgehen aufgefallen ist. Der Hinweis an der Rezeption am nächsten Morgen wurde eher patzig und desinteressiert aufgenommen. Man schreibe es auf, aber mehr könne man nicht tun. Nicht einmal eine liebliche Entschuldigungsfloskel berührte mein Ohr. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Brötchen die selbe pappige Ware wie früher bei einem Hotel B&B. Angenehm war, dass der Frühstücksraum sehr leer war und wir mit unserer Reisegruppe einfach einen Platz gefunden haben.

The room was horrible. Walked in and it was dirty, literally trash still in the room. Room was freezing and that was with the a/c off. Asked the front desk clerk if I could get an extra blanket and was told "No. Housekeeping is already gone for the night." Why is housekeeping the only ones with access to linens?

Wir waren 4 Nächte da. Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel war im gesamten sehr gut. In dem Zimmer waren einige Sachen nicht so gut. An manchen Stellen hat man gesehen, dass die Reinigung nicht so gut war. Einige Dinge im Bad wären renovierungsbedürftig. Das große Bett war sehr bequem aber leider hat man am unteren Bettrahmen Teile vom Stoff herunterhängen sehen. Im großen und ganzen war es nicht schlecht, aber nächstes Mal wird es ein anderes Hotel

Die angepriesenen Sky und HD Nutzung des TV bedarf anscheinend eines Zusatzmoduls, dass man sich erst an der Rezeption beschaffen muss.

Für unseren Kurzurlaub in Potsdam haben wir dieses zentral gelegene Hotel gewählt. Das Zimmer war für uns 4 etwas klein aber völlig ausreichend. Wir würden das Hotel wieder wählen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Lage perfekt, Zimmer sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Leider war die Frühstücksatmosphäre ganz furchtbar, sehr anstrengend, laut und wenig Platz am Büffet obwohl lecker.. Es lag am Raumkonzept, denke ich.

I booked a room in this hotel for one night 08.08-09.08. The hotel is nice with a good location, a clean room, but the lady at the reception was slightly stressed and scolded us that we should be faster, because she will miss her train because of us. It was not pleasant, I traveled with my family from Bulgaria to Norway, I booked a room to rest and not to be greeted in such a rude way. Overall, a nice hotel with a good location, but rather bad service!!

The hotel is nice with a good location, a clean room, but the lady at the reception was slightly stressed and scolded us that we should be faster, because she will miss her train because of us. Sehr nettes Personal und uns wurden gute Tipps gegeben, was man in Potsdam alles unternehmen kann. Dazu haben wir sogar eine Karte geschenkt bekommen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. It was located right next to Potsdam Hbf., and you could also walk to the Potsdam city center with ease. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who are attending business in Potsdam, or wish to experience the outskirts of Berlin, but if your main goal is to see Berlin itself, I would probably go for a hotel closer to the city. I'm very satisfied with my stay, and would highly recommend the B&B brand as whole.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. It was located right next to Potsdam Hbf., and you could also walk to the Potsdam city center with ease. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who are attending business in Potsdam, or wish to experience the outskirts of Berlin, but if your main goal is to see Berlin itself, I would probably go for a hotel closer to the city. I'm very satisfied with my stay, and would highly recommend the B&B brand as whole.

Insgesamt modern, sauber und sehr gute Lage. Zimmer zur Parkseite überwiegend ruhig, auch wenn hin und wieder etwas lauterer Verkehr die Straße lang macht. Es gibt Haken im Bad, aber keine Schlaufen an den Handtüchern oder alternativ Überwurfstangen, daher etwas unpraktisch aber nicht weiter schlimm. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar aber ausreichend und relativ Preiswert im Vergleich. Die angepriesenen Sky und HD Nutzung des TV bedarf anscheinend eines Zusatzmoduls, dass man sich erst an der Rezeption beschaffen muss.

Wir waren zu dritt, ins hat es sehr gut gefallen. das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. alles sauber, Frühstück praktisch, alles war vorhanden oder wurde umgehend aufgefüllt, schmackhaft-slso sehr gut.👍👍

Der Empfang war einfach sehr herzlich. Der zuständige Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hilfreich Auch das Zimmer war gut, waren zum Parkplatz raus. Zur Innenstadt kann man gut zu Fuss gehen. Auch Schloss Sancoussie ist Fussläufig zu erreichen, am Brandenburger Tor vorbei und 500 Meter ist man schon am grünen Gitter. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof, hört man aber nicht gross. Der Frühstücksservice war überaus freundlich,, macht Freude ein fröhliches Gesicht am Morgen zu sehen. Auch das Frühstück war ausreichend, nur einen Kririkpunkt gibt es - der Frühstücksraum ist herzig aber viel zu klein für solch grosses Hotel. Kommen gern wieder.

Nice overall. The room didn't have any fridge or freezer which we're used to when visiting other countries. The staff was nice to allow us to put some cold clamps and some bread in their freezer and fridge though.
