Big rooms, big bed, very helpful staff, spoke fairly good english. Very comfortable stay, english speaking tv channels, decent breakfast, stunning views. Very close to the center & the bay front, supermarket was 50mtrs away, also had car parking.

Very limited amenities in bathroom. Place is a bit dated. Breakfast included was just okay. Parking in the garage is tight and a bit inconvenient. However, the front was very helpful during the Christmas period. Especially helpful and accommodating was Soledad. She made up for a lot of drawbacks to the hotel.

Les lits étaient confortables. C'était calme. Propre. Si on ne veut pas sortir, il y a le restaurant au dernier étage. Je cherchais un hôtel avec un parking attenant, il y en a un, même s'il ne communique pas directement avec l'intérieur de l'hôtel, c'est juste à côté. Petit déjeuner moyen, mais compris dans le prix de la chambre. Bon rapport qualité prix. Bon emplacement pour l'aéroport.

The hotel was nice, staff great. However, I had to report the filthy bathtub/shower walls. Only stayed one night, but hopefully will be cleaned. It’s located very near to the beach boardwalk. Lovely children’s playground. The street the hotel is on is a little run down, but a short walk to better areas. It was just a stopover night for us on return from Chiloe.

The location is good, with a top floor restaurant with a view. Rooms were spacious, with plenty of room for luggage. The people were polite and helpful. The property’s condition is tired and stained. Hallway carpets are stained, ceramic tile on the bathroom floor was blackened. Some mold around the bathtub, baseboards coming away from the wall. We arrived early and had to carry luggage to a lower level and back up. On checking out, they ran our credit card twice trying to pay our bill for dinner (waiting to see if we will be charged double…). Dinner in the restaurant was good( fondue for two).

Staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was great. The room could use a makeover, at the very least a deep cleaning. Carpets and linens were stained. For this reason I would not stay there again.

The carpets in the hallways had multiple stains, the carpet in the room could use a good cleaning or removal. The shower walls needed attention, grout and seals were showing signs of deteriation. Our window over looking the ocean side, one of the windows had gone milky. The staff were great! The dining on the 10th floor was amazing, both the view and the food.

The front desk staff were amazing as they were so friendly & went out of their way to help us with everything that we needed They arranged a taxi to take us to the airport in the morning & even packed a breakfast bag to go for us. It was a nice bonus that they spoke English too.

Het personeel is zeer servicegericht. Het hotel is wat gedateerd maar het is een degelijk hotel en alles functioneert. Het is heel netjes en schoon en het bed was heerlijk maar heel fris lakens. We hadden een kamer met fantastisch uitzicht op de baai. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Het restaurant is ook goed voor het diner, was lekker en met prachtig uitzicht.

An OK hotel. Older, but clean and functional. No lunch available. Staff was friednly but did not go out of theior way to help (e.g., I asked if there was a coffee machine available -- noticing the sig marked Self-Serve Coffee Machine -- and I was told "No". No suggestion about where I could get a coffee nearby, why the sign was there but not the machine, just "No." and, when I enquired further (at about 2:00 pm), I was told the restaurant would be open at 7:00.
