Property very outdated, rooms very big but in need of modernization especially bathroom. Breakfast quality poor, no meal facilities except for a cafeteria with bad sandwiches. Hotel has parking underneath shopping mall but does not display instructions at all and if you arrive at night it is intimidating the attempt to find the parking. Dissapointed at this property

Lovely position with great view & massive room. Free parking & the best breakfast of our 2month trip so far. The public places are looking a bit tired & tatty & needs an update It's a bit awkward with the breakfast & check out desk being on the 11th floor, the rooms then being on floors 5-10 with parking in the basement. This meant you needed to take your bags up to the 11th floor from the 7th floor in our case, to check out, then go back down again, past the 7th to the basement....

The hotel was fine. The room was large, clean, and a nice balcony overlooking the water. Wifi didn’t work half the time and the entry into the hotel was strange (you couldn’t open the door from the outside but had to wait for someone inside to let you in) but those are relatively minor issues

Hotel passt, personal freundlich, Zimmer entsprechend der Kategorie. Einzuget nachteil: die Tiefgarage ist morgens offiziell erst ab 6.30h geöffnet, vorher auszuführen ist schwierig, allerdings gibt es Waiter die helfen, dauert aber dennoch 30min. Planen Sie dies ein, wenn Sie zum Flughafen fahren müssen.

The rooms were outdated, the drain was very slow in the sink, the bathroom was old and worn, the carpet felt old and grungy. The breakfast was large, but it's a big hotel, so they are serving a lot of people. The food was not very good. The eggs were undercooked and cold and they needed at least two more coffee urns (there was always a line for coffee). The pastries were cold and store bought. But the worst is the parking. It's underground beneath the hotel and it's shared with a shopping mall... during the day it's very difficult to find parking and then in the evening, they lock it up so you have to find a security officer to open a gate to get in. I don't know how one person (without assistance of another person to get out of the car to find help) would manage. Then you have to bring your ticket to the front desk to get a validated ticket before you drive out. Inconvenient for sure. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. it looks better online than it is in person.

Excelente habitación, muy cómoda y de buen tamaño. Baños limpios y en muy buen estado. La cortina de baño antigua, debiera ser cambiada. Vista al mar y a la bahía extraordinaria. La habitación cuenta con ventanal de pared a pared.

Pros: Good view of the bay. Cons: Plumbing problems with no maintenance staff available outside of business hours. The entire hotel lost hot water due to a water line break. The toilet stopped working and their only solution was to move to another room. The AC did not work (entire hotel).

O hotel é muito bem localizado (dentro do shopping), confortável e limpo. Apenas o sistema de ar-condicionado é fraco. Para calefação funciona bem, mas para resfriar não. Ficamos em duas ocasiões nesse hotel, em quartos diferentes que apresentaram o mesmo problema.

Eventhough the property is quite good, I exeprienced a lack of attention regarding a one night cancellation(out of two). It was an unexpected situation I had to return early, expedia did contact the property, which never reply eventhough i did talk to the front desk manager about the situation and the expedia staff contactong them.

Chaîne connu de tous , on sait à quoi s’attendre. Déception pour le petit dej bien loin d’un service novotel . Sinon , très bien situé , vue magnifique sur la baie , chambre immense et moderne . Accès direct au centre commercial. Nous avions commandé un taxi pour l’aéroport au prix de 20 dollars , prenant la carte de débit ou crédit avec la réception de l’hôtel . Arrivé à l’aéroport, payement uniquement en cash et le prix est monté à 25 dollars ! Pas correct du tout !

Check in was very poor as it is at any Accor hotel. I felt the reception team were very unhelpful. The room was a good size and well appointed, spacious and a lovely sea view. The hotel location is excellent. The breakfast was very good and the staff extremely efficient. I would recommend if staying in the area.

Good area for the Hotel, staff were excellent, someties at breakfast overworked espessially by some awkward and arrogant guests from a neighbouring country. I would not have had the patience. Well done to them.!!

The hotel staff was great and very helpful. The hotel could use an upgrade. The rooms were outdated, the drain was very slow in the sink, the bathroom was old and worn, the carpet felt old and grungy. The breakfast was large, but it's a big hotel, so they are serving a lot of people. The food was not very good. The eggs were undercooked and cold and they needed at least two more coffee urns (there was always a line for coffee). The pastries were cold and store bought. But the worst is the parking. It's underground beneath the hotel and it's shared with a shopping mall... during the day it's very difficult to find parking and then in the evening, they lock it up so you have to find a security officer to open a gate to get in. I don't know how one person (without assistance of another person to get out of the car to find help) would manage. Then you have to bring your ticket to the front desk to get a validated ticket before you drive out. Inconvenient for sure. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. it looks better online than it is in person.

Nos tocó una habitación muy cómoda con vista al mar, realmente espectacular. El hotel queda dentro del shopping, el parking está incluido por lo que resulta muy práctico para ir de compras y recorrer. Para tener en cuenta, la zona a la noche no es muy linda para salir a caminar, no se la ve muy segura a pesar que no nos pasó nada, es muy oscuro para llegar al hotel y con chicos chicos no nos resultó muy agradable. El personal del hotel es un lujo, muy atentos todos

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado,con excelentes vistas al mar.Habitación super cómoda,impecable. El desayuno variado,para disfrutar en un ambiente amplio y muy agradable. The only positive element of this hotel is it’s view and access to the mall. All else is poorly made. No room service. Coffee lounge and gym are depressing, they don’t have anything.

This place is amazing. We had a great view of the bay and enjoyed lots of day trips from it. It’s also part of an indoor mall in case you need to do any shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

The view was beautiful. The rooms are run down and food wasn't great. The bed however was very cozy. We had warm water to shower, it didnt get very hot. Receptionist were very friendly and helpful.
