Everything was lovely, food was very good, staff were really friendky, helpful and pleasant. My only observation is that the carpets are stained and tired! They need a desperate clean or replacement!

Very poor main light in bedroom...get some brighter bulbs!!! Bathroom lighting poor....no light over the mirror,difficult to wet shave and make-up!!!! As always bath towels too small for average sized person to wrap round at the waist....let's have proper BATH SHEETS next time you but towels....please!!!! Internal phone didn't work had to walk all the way down to reception to ask how the tv remote worked!!!! Get some basic instructions on the room amenities!!!!

I have never given excellent rating to any property but this time i beleive this hotel deserve it.friendly staff,clean rooms,with a massive car park area.will definitely stay here again.
