Great location, ample parking behind property, easy check in and check out, pet friendly, large room, walkable to cafes and restaurants! And the Easter Brunch buffet was sooo good! Only downside is the lack of a swimming pool but other than that we had a great experience.

I kept finding onion skins and flower leaves on the carpet (I did not have any onions or flowers, I assure you) and the listing says there is a shower/tub combo, however there was no tub (which was a big selling feature for me when booking). There IS a whirlpool down in the gym area, though so, nice save, Hotel Saskatchewan. Props for that. I do like the hotel and the location. I would definitely stay here again.

I love the Hotel Saskatchewan and always stay there when I travel to Regina. Unfortunately this time, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. The bathroom in particular was not clean - there was hair in the bathtub which was disappointing. :(

I was really looking forward to my stay at The Hotel Saskatchewan, but unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. When I arrived I noticed there was a used, empty bottle left behind the coffee station. The bathroom overall was not clean and the grout in the shower was visibly dirty. When I requested flip-flops from the spa to use in the shower, I was told to wear the polyester slippers instead, which felt unsanitary. I also had to call down separately to request a robe. I decided to booked a tub soak in the morning because I did not want to use the shower. Room service was another area that fell short — Dinner arrived cold, the potatoes were undercooked and my trout had the skin on it. Even small requests became complicated; in the morning when I requested cream, I was sent milk. On the morning of checkout my facial ran extremely late so the front desk kindly extended my checkout time but that information was not communicated to the night staff. As a result, I had staff knocking on my door while I was trying to get ready, which added unnecessary stress on top of an already uncomfortable situation. Altogether, the stay felt very disorganized, with a clear lack of communication between departments. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share this feedback. I truly hope the hotel takes this as an opportunity to improve, as the property itself is undeniably beautiful.

Easy check in, and check out. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were cozy and simple. Bathroom shower had orange mold that could easily be cleaned with some bleach. Other than that, great stay and we’d be back.

Nice hotel overall. Stayed in a Queen suite and in order to stand in front on the bathroom sink, the door had to be closed, way too small a space for me. Great food and check in was fast and easy.

Everything was fantastic except for one thing: The pillows were horrible. Way too high and lumpy. We actually had to sleep without pillows. Otherwise staff, location, cleanliness, the lounge and the room were fantastic. We'd come again but would bring our own pillows.

The room was very nice, however a noise started around 10:00pm of pipes banging from under the shower area and went on intermittently all through the night into the next day. Because it was late and we were already in bed we chose to put ear plugs in and close the batheroom door to minumize the sound. In the morning I made a video capturing the noise and took it to the front desk and played the it for the desk reception. The manager was called and apologized for the situation commenting hot water system had recently had some work done and perhaps that was the reason. All they where willing to do other than the apology was to compensate for my parking charge of one night. I will not stay there again.

This was our 3rd time staying in this hotel and the last time. It was horrible. We booked the hotel for 2 nights. Both nights we got zero sleep. The doors to room slammed all night long. The ice machine was by our door, so you can hear people taking ice. We complained but nothing was resolved. If you looking for good night sleep, thus is not the hotel you want to stay.

We checked into the hotel and headed to our room, only to hear loud barking from the neighboring room. The constant noise made it difficult to relax, so we called the front desk to report the issue. I was delayed due to a flight cancellation so I had to move my reservation. Elias at the hotel provided excellent service to insure that I would have a room whenever I arrived. It was refreshing to speak with a true professional that still cares about customer service! The rooms are elegant and very comfortable, the bar staff superb. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent central location next to a nice park with a small playground - perfect for a family vacation! Close to everything and easy to walk to most destinations. It felt like we were transported back to the gilded age with a beautiful lobby bar, stunning decor, and a very comfortable suite. Our suite faced the back lot, which was absolutely perfect for watching Canada Day fireworks! A big thank you to Romelyn and the housekeeping team for a wonderful experience for my family. Our room service pasta and lobby bar cocktails were affordable and top notch! Thank you Hotel Saskatchewan - you made our first experience in Saskatchewan so great we'll be back again!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! This old hotel is located right across the street from a park, two blocks to the mall and other nice restaurants. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful they made us feel like royalty. Great food and drinks. You could literally just stay there and go no where else.

Very nice historic hotel. Despite its age, it is very beautiful and clean. But, the staff is really the best thing about this place. They are excellent. The surrounding area, however, is average in the evening. A lot of homelessness unfortunately which makes the environment unsafe... Parking is expensive and should be provided with the room.

Enjoyed the charm of this historic Hotel. Very handy to Downtown Regina and easy walking to Museum and Legislature. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed the whiskey, drinks and food in the Prohibition Bar! Would definitely recommend.
