Quite disappointed with everything. No lobby or front desk. Check in was through a window while I stood outside. The room was in desperate need of a good cleaning, the carpet is beyond cleaning and should be replaced. There was a large spider web from the ceiling to the curtains. Grout in the bathroom needs to be replaced. Not enough parking spaces. Overall, disappointed.

Power out while we trying to check-in and took 1 hour and half waiting outside. There is no service or help can be made from the front desk. No breakfast if you did not asking. Booked 1 night and breakfast included but not even a hot coffee. The staff keep rushing us to leave since there are homeless people in the park lot of their property.

I was shocked when i pulled up to the Hotel and saw it. It looked a little ran down, the parking lot was covered in ice, and was not sanded. I went to check in and the gentleman behind the counter was a little belligerent. I got my key and went to the room and when I entered the room is when the real shock kicked in. The room was old. The furniture was straight out of the 70's. The curtains had holes, the blanket had holes, the fridge was dented, the walls had water marks everywhere. The walls had plaster patch work done that was never finished just blobs of dry plaster never sanded or painted. The bathroom had the same patch work done as the walls in the main room but also have tiles patched with globs of cocking. The fan had no cover and was loud. The room smelled old. The worse thing was, the images of the room on the Expedia website was nothing like the room at all. On Expedia the rooms are presented like rooms you would get at any of the big name hotels, but the reality was much different. Same on you Expedia for this false advertising.

Security cameras everywhere, my truck and trailer were parked out front where it was seen by the main road and cameras.

The price listed under value compared with other hotel. Easy parking, and bed comfortable, but breakfast too simple.

There were hairs in the bathtub when we got there.

When we got into our hotel room, the bathtub had someone else’s hair in it. There were bugs in the bathroom. It was noisy. It almost smelt like pee in the room. The photos on expedia are extremely different from in real life. Went back to the receptionist to ask to check out because of the cleanliness, because we were staying for two nights, I asked if I could at least get my money back for the next night so we could go somewhere different, but I was told couldn’t give me my money back at all and that they would give us a different room instead. I only agreed because I could not get my money back, and I didn’t want to pay for another hotel room. I was sure that the new room would be the same, if not worse and it was. The headboard was broken on the bed, there was drips of what looked like to be pop on the wall, and bugs in the same room. It was loud, and generally an unsafe area. The male receptionist was rude, and assumed we smoked when we didn’t. He yelled at us for a good while about not to smoke in our new room, when we both didn’t smoke. I would not recommend anyone with kids to go here, or any solo travellers. I don’t think I would recommend anyone to go here.

Worst experience ever. Room, shower, cleanliness—none was satisfactory. A hotel as terrible as this shouldn’t be listed on Expedia at all. It hurts the brand of Expedia.

Older style place to stay, but clean rooms and they cleaned them after every night we were there. I think people need to be realistic it’s a cheaper place to stay but it’s what I expected it would be for the price. Sure it could use some updates, but was warm and clean.

This is the most ugliest place i ever had to camp, they advertise breakfast theres no breakfast, beds sheets dirty, very uncomfortable beds. Very unsatisfied...

Do everything in your power to never stay here!!! Staff were IMMEDIATELY confrontational and rude before I even said a word. The man working the desk (which isnt even in a lobby, you have to ring a buzzer outside to get him to open a sliding window) continuously questioned the validity of my card despite the fact it was the same one I booked the room with. Spent nearly 10 minutes going over my drivers license. Asked unnecessary questions about my personal life, seemingly trying to figure out if im some sort of criminal? Didnt even get the room i booked. The one he gave me, nothing worked. Shower didnt work, TV didnt work, Air conditioning didnt work. Never, ever stay here!!!

The tub started gurgling in the middle of the night and a large amount of black water came up through the drain. The toilet would not flush after that happened. We were told that this bathroom had been upgraded. Needless to say we left the next morning without showering or using the toilet.

Our air conditioner did not work and there were no other rooms. It was so hot we packed up and left at 7 am as we could not sleep

Heater is not on when we checked in.itcwas bitterly cold that day. Picture is not the same with we got, it was old , cold and blankets was good for summertime. We were brought a small heater but it was -40.. and their curtain was too short to cover the glass wall.

Absolutely trash. No wifi. No stamdard service.

I booked a room at this place and the guy behind the desk was the rudest man I’ve ever met! … he never gave me my room so I had to pay for another room at another hotel .. I’m absolutely discussed about this .. tryed to get a refund but it’s impossible to get in contact with anyone at Expedia…

Awful place with awful staff. Especially those at reception.

Difficult situation with a hotel owner/manager. Here's a breakdown of what happened: You went to the office around 5 PM for essential supplies (towels and toilet paper). Lack of Service: Despite ringing the service bell multiple times over a 5-minute period, you received no initial response. Other guests also arrived to check in and experienced the same lack of service. Confrontational Manager: When the owner/manager finally appeared, their behavior was aggressive and unhelpful. They threatened to call the police instead of addressing my needs. Communication Breakdown: The owner/manager refused to listen to your explanation for needing assistance. They focused on threats and recording the interaction with security cameras. Resolution: Only after you stated you would wait for the police and have them review the video did the owner/manager begrudgingly listen to your request, and then abruptly ended the conversation by slamming the window. This negative experience is significant, especially considering your frequent hotel stays for work all over North America. I've NEVER been treated with this level of confrontational service! This type of treatment is unacceptable for anyone in the service industry! This Owner / Manager should be removed from their position!

The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel has been around for a while but was not severely dated in decor. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Being on the main highway to head north to Saskatoon is a plus. Several restaurants in the area to choose from.

The pictures on the website are nothing like in real. The air conditioner didn't work good,. The free breakfast was a yogurt a muffin a fruit in a paper bag. There is lot of homeless and drugie people hanging around and this made my stay uncomfortable. I wish I had spent a few more bucks and got a better place as I would have felt safer.

We even smelled something burning in the middle of the night, though nothing was found. Breakfast was included, but only consisted of a cold muffin, a juice box, and a fruit—not much of a meal. To top it off, the morning front desk guy wouldn’t stop talking about his personal issues, whether you were interested or not. We booked last minute and likely paid more than it was worth. Wouldn’t return, even with the decent location.

The rooms are clean and practical, the staff are always polite and easy to get along with. There is a little street noise at night since there is a major roadway near the entrance

This place is straight out of a horror movie. Extremely sketchy area.. gross room.. smells bad and I don’t even want to sleep under the covers. I don’t even feel Comfortable sleeping here. I was checking in and a family with a little baby got dropped off here by child and family services because this is apparently their drop off hotel. They were complaining that this area is dangerous and worried for their safety. I am very uncomfortable and feel misled because the pictures are NOTHING like the real thing.

Fairly close to restaurants

You should consider removing this motel because it is in a dangerous area. I was immediately uncomfortable on arrival so I spoke with a local shop owner who said I would not be safe after dark. I later spoke with a Regina police officer who echoed that comment. I cancelled and went to the east side of town.

I left from Calgary and arrived at 145 am...unaware that they close at 11pm. Finally did wake someone up and got everything worked out. We got up and left around 730, we were of the understanding that there was breakfast, there wasn't.

I booked the hotel because it offers breakfast. There’s no restaurant and the front office guy packed a muffin and an apple and said it’s the breakfast.

Never said breakfast was a brown paper bag fr front office. Muffin banana I paid for breakfast. Not ok.

I did not appreciate having no WI Fi for most of my stay because they said they had someone working on it when there was no one that even came to look at it it was just because they changed the password.i entered the new password there's still no WI Fi .Not to mention the fact that they advertise that breakfast is included in the app but as soon as you have so paid and checked in they send you an email saying they don't serve breakfast because of co cid ...CO VID ?? It's Sept 2024 we are not in any crisis anymore it's just pure cheap on their part and false advertising I mean by now u think he could take it off the ad since he a gonna continue to use co vid as an excuse .Such a waste of money staying here I do not recommend it to anyone .

No breakfast included as advertised, rooms are clean and quiet. Good if you need a place to sleep, not much else.

La habitación es muy limpia, todo esta completamente blanco y lavado. Solo son un poco amigables. Quizas es su cultura. El desayuno NO EXISTE, sólo te dan una bolsa con un juguito de caja, una toronja y un mofin. Pero por el precio podriamos decir que todo esta bien
