Great overall experience but a few little things make all the difference. The room was great, we had one of those with a pool

We enjoyed our stay at this charming, quiet hotel nestled in a village-like setting with lovely gardens and a small river flowing by the main restaurant. The staff were friendly, hospitable, and eager to assist. While the main restaurant offered a limited menu, the à la carte options more than made up for it with excellent service and delicious food. The beach was pleasant, and the hotel events, especially the traditional folklore night, were enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness was disappointing—dust remained on light switches and floors, the towel rack was oxidized, and the toilet splashed water when flushed, despite daily cleaning. Overall, a lovely location with great hospitality but room for improvement in housekeeping.

The resort is fairly new, the reception is gorgeous (and a great respite from the heat outside), accommodation is excellent, sadly cleanliness was poor and the food at the main restaurant was really really poor, both quantity/variety-wise and quality of the ingredients / cooking. Totally spoils the stay. The restaurant needs a complete overhaul

A truly magical anniversary escape! From the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated by the picturesque setting of this hotel. It’s a true hidden gem, nestled in a landscape that felt like something out of a fairytale. The hotel itself is a work of art, with a stunning bohemian theme that is executed flawlessly in every detail, from the decor to the lush, vibrant gardens. However, our initial experience hit a small snag when we entered our room to find an unpleasant smell. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and it was a bit disappointing. But this is where the hotel’s exceptional service truly shone. We spoke with the manager, Christine, who immediately got in touch with Elpiola from Guest Relations. Elpiola was an absolute star! She not only listened to our concerns but also went above and beyond by upgrading us to a room with a jacuzzi. It was a game-changer and completely turned our experience around. To our surprise, the thoughtfulness didn't stop there. As it was our anniversary, Elpiola graciously offered us a complimentary spa package. The massages were incredible—they were so thorough and relaxing that we felt completely at ease and even ended up canceling our afternoon sightseeing boat excursion just to savor the moment. This hotel and its wonderful staff, especially Elpiola and Christine, made our anniversary unforgettable. We can't wait to come back!

The food was acceptable, but the options were quite limited. You also need to make reservations for each restaurant, and the menus themselves are rather short. When we arrived, the air conditioning in our first room wasn’t working, and the air conditioning was very noisy — something that really shouldn’t happen in a hotel of this standard. They changed our room after two days, but in the meantime, the jacuzzi in the first room hadn’t been cleaned and couldn’t be used the first night. The second room was slightly smaller, but at least the air conditioning worked properly, although the noise issue persisted. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in the second room also didn’t work well and wasn’t properly cleaned. Airport shuttle service is available, but it costs €120 each way. Renting a car for a week is around €200, which might be a better option. The staff were friendly, but not all of them speak English, which can make communication a bit difficult. In summary, the hotel is too expensive for what you actually get. The service and facilities did not live up to expectations.
