Terriable experiance. Not for families. Never ever book this hotel for familiy, its for alcholic, drug adictied people. The rooms was made for single or homeless people, who can share the rooms. Even the reciptionist femail was a girl had toung lips piercing and long spikes nails. My kids were affraid. When we entered the hotel area, there were people sitting with drinks. At the check in she gave us the bed sheets and duvet covers and said we have to put them by our self. We had a two bunk beds and one double bed room. She said its our policy that we only set one bed, other beds you self have to make. It was very bad, never saw this kind of cheap thing in anyother hotel where we have to make our bed self. We booked for two nights and imagine we cancelled our next day plan in Rotterdam, stayed in this hotel only one night (which was terriable). Than we booked another hotel in emergency and stayed in Amsterdam. I litteraly cried that night, at what i have done, where i have book, what kind of people and hotel is it. We couldnt sleep that night. Room was very dirty and smelly. There was a small fan and it had lot of dust sticked to it. Walls were dirty. The area surrounding by the hotel and where we parked our car was full of drinkeres and homeless people. Never ever reccommended.

Stayed 1 night

We stayed in a double room and my friends were in a triple room. Both rooms were extremely hot to the point we all struggled to sleep. There was no air-conditioning, just a fan that was chained to a high shelf so couldn't be moved to a more convenient position. The Pillows were also super flat and lumpy. With no spares in the room. When we arrived, someone knocked on the door after about an hour & walked in very quickly where I was half dressed - asked if we had been given a bottle of water - I replied no but no bottle was ever bought (my friends room had water) The staff were friendly but the room wasn't up to scratch. Even for a budget hotel in my opion. I wouldn't return sadly.

Great location and everything we needed, was a very hot weekend so air con would have been beneficial as there were 5 of us in 1 room, that’s however my only criticism everything else was great.

The location is fantastic and the staff are very kind and helpful! We had a private room so we didn’t feel unsafe. However the condition of the hostel and the cleanliness of the room could be vastly improved.

This place exceeded my expectations. Super clean, well appointed. Shame it didn't have a kitchen but the room was v modern and spacious. I was with my family (2 kids). The room next door were smoking weed and it was coming through. I told reception, they sent security up and the problem was solved. Staff were great - I really have few complaints.
