Quality Real Aeropuerto Santo Domingo

Hotel was average, not worth the price, there was a power outage happening every 15-30 min, Air Conditioning wasn’t best, it took a while to cool the room down, so we had to change rooms, food was good.

El hotel esta en remodelacion y no lo supimos hasta que llegamos, se sentia olor a polvo y humedad, la habitacion no tenia toalla de mano tube que perdiela dos veces. Fue muy mala experiencia.

I wrote a few days before the arrive by Expedia messenger, for information to pick me up at airport! but they doesn’t answered, the pool wasn’t work! It was on maintained, my family want use the pool because it was a short trip and they don’t wants go to the city

Poor bathrooms especially tub, overall condition of hotel, very muggy all around, power outages. Hotel needs lots of improvements. It has lots of potential do to its proximity to the airport. Hotel can be easily penetrated by intruders. Staff is very professional, well trained and honest.

The stay was adequate. The pool area was really nice and a great place to hang out. The only issue there is trash/towels left by other guests that were not cleaned up. Restaurant was good, fast, and food tasted great. Room was dated but clean, but the air conditioner did not work well. There is no airport shuttle per se. The hotel will call a taxi for you (and in our case two were already waiting at our hotel). So, the taxi was quick, clean, and comfortable and stress free for a 3:30 am departure for an early flight.

When we arrived, the pool was empty. This was our last night stay in the Dominican Republic and we booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and a pool to relax at for our last day, this was not to be as the pool was empty. They did fill it by the following day, but too late for us. The restaurant was very overpriced for what it was and the service was not very good. We booked a room with 2 beds for a family of 4 and another with 2 beds for a family of 3, however, there was one bottle of water in the bathroom and just 2 towels and one pillow each. If there is a family of 4 coming in, surely there should have been a bottle of water for each guest and a bath towel for each guest, along with spare pillows for those of us that prefer two to sleep with two. The hotel was not awful, but I would not book there again due to the lack of care.

The room is very outdated and the washroom extremely dirty. Also, the shower head has to be held otherwise the water stream hits the wall instead of any spot in the actual tub. Dirty, not enough towels or sheets for the type or room booked and number of ppl. Staff is very sweet and respectful, but lack training, it took close to an hour to check in and another hour to get additional sheets needed for the sofa bed in the room. They also did not know the type of room booked and provided the closest available and cleaned due to an ongoing renovation. Customer service has to improve along the physical renovation happening. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was not better. Took more than an hour to get the food, meals in the menu were not available and had to change one meal since the person cooking screwed the pasta up. That came after waiting close to an hour. Keep in mind that we were the only ones when we ordered and the last served due to ordering from the menu instead of the option at the buffet which was limited. The food was not so bad but we were expecting a bit more quality. Amount is very good. By the time we checked in, got the proper bed sheets and went down to the restaurant passed close to 4 hours mainly from all the waiting.

Cleanliness of the room was at an all time love. Checked in late at night only to find the fitted bed sheet with poop stains on it. Dark hair literally all over the room and bathroom. Pool is cold, not bare able for even a dip. Overall the property is nice, grounds are in great condition

It was just ok. Overpriced. Not very clean. Checkin was good, food at the restaurant was decent (better than expected) and AC was good. No hot water for a shower though.

Puntos a favor: accesibilidad al aeropuerto (12min), nos dieron desayuno "carry out" ya que hicimos ck-out a las 6am, amabilidad del personal Puntos en contra: limpieza inadecuada del baño (hongo), A/C dañado y ruidoso, NO HABÍA AGUA PARA BAÑARNOS EN LA MAÑANA!!!!!!! Terribleeeeee

The room was old, the carpet was old and everything smeld like mold. I am not allergic but if you are you could not stay in that room. It was dusty, with an old air conditioner from which this moldy dusty oder came.

Nice property with brand new room. Ideal for an overnight close to airport. Quiet and clean, with breakfast included. Breakfast provides for all the basics.

The hotel room we were in was in a very poor condition, A/C didn't work at all, shower was in poor condition. In general the room looks and feels very dated, other than wifi it could perfectly pass for a 90s hotel room and the condition would actually confirm no renovations since the 90s. This is not a low budget hotel, but other than the convenience of being close to the airport, there's no reason to stay there.

The carpet smells really bad the towels are dingy and not white, the menu can be better. Get rid of the carpets and mildew curtains. This hotel has potential because it is close to the airport. The light kept chipping out as well. Do renovations!

No wifi

Quiet, comfortable place to stay at. Only gripe was the roller shade for room 322 was broken in the sense of not rolling down fully, allowing outdoor lighting to come through.

Everyone was friendly and made sure we got to our flight on time

I advise the administration to hire more employees. The employee was alone and very obviously cannot alone serve more than 50 people who wanted to stay there. On the day I stayed there was a group of more than 35 people and there was only one employee processing the documents for all of them. I arrived almost at the end and anyway I spent an hour and a half to be registered. Luckily I arrived before 20 other people who were already complaining a lot. The hotel conditions are not very good. The hotel is located 10 min. From the airport. It's the only good thing about the hotel.

After the long trip with kids, it was the best choice to stay there. The staff was very nice, I would say like in Carlton ritz, high level!

We order service roon for food never arrive , i call Room service no buddy unswer , call front desk no buddy unswer several times until i go personally to the front desk to ask for my food , and the person in the front desk , have to go to the kitchen to see what happens after 20 min waiting in the frint desk he shows up with the food not good service

The hotel arranged for us a transportation from the airport. It was supposed to be 25 US dollars and i confirmed the price more than one time with them by email. Unfortunately, the driver asked us for 35 US dollars. Because he pick us up with a bigger car he said. But he took a bigger car because he took other clients with us. So plus charging us an extra 10$ he also got money from that other client. I wrote to the hotel about it and still have no answer back… As for the hotel itself, the rooms need renovations. Our window glass was broken, the door handle too. It was clean but old. A lot of options at the breakfast buffet.

Very convenient. Group reservations are unnecessarily difficult and certainly not efficient. Multiple rooms were incorrect and/or had other people when in them that we walked in on. After getting settled, two hours after arriving, it was fine. Pool area was nice!

Great for a nights stay in order to get an early flight from SDQ.

Terrible, old, smell of cigarette in the room although we had paid an extra for a non smoking room. Unsafe area, we were advised by guard at entrance of criminal activities in the area and not to stop for any reason when in car.... Will never go back. Also noisy in the night.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent. It took awhile to check in and check out; their computer system desperately needs to be upgraded, but the staff was exceptionally helpful during the process. I would go back if I was in Santa Domingo again.

The hotel is a bit worn down but is overall acceptable. Great breakfast. Our stay was a bit marked by the fact that house keeping woke us up twice - more than just a little annoying when you arrived at 0300 in the morning

El hotel cumple para una sola noche, a las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento. El desayuno bien ( cumple) destaco la amabilidad del personal del hotel. Y como dato adicional habíamos solicitado un taxi que llegara por nosotros al aeropuerto y jamás lo enviaron.
