This is a basic airport hotel, with a basic restaurant. The plus is it is 5 minutes to the airport, but it does not have an airport shuttle! $11 for a taxi, but they are always parked onsight to leave any time (4:15 am for me). I got a good sleep.

This is the perfect hotel to stay at when arriving into the country at the SDQ airport of needing to leave early in the morning. Traffic in Santo Domingo is a NIGHTMARE most hours of the day. If you want to be sure that traffic won’t play a part in your departure this hotel is an excellent location. They have a shuttle service of sorts but save some pesos because it isn’t free. The hotel is clean comfortable and quiet. I would not go walking in the barrio nearby as it doesn’t look safe nor hospitable to outsiders. Wonderful hotel though for its purpose—we will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. Check-in went smoothly, the room was nice and quiet, the staff was friendly, the wifi signal was good, and they had complimentary personal hygiene tools available at the front desk. My only complaint was that the shower water would not get hot or warm, and barely became lukewarm.

It effectively replicates the experience of a Hampton Inn in the U.S. - somewhat pricey, predictable, car dependent, and having minimal connection to its location, One practical problem is that the air conditioning was out of control to the cold side. The only way to obtain a reasonable room temperature was to turn off the Heat/air system altogether, and briefly turn it back on whenever the room became too hot and humid.

Very nice hotel. We were routed to Santo Domingo as a result of airline snafus so we didn't know ANYTHING about the area...we were VERY happy with the hotel, staff etc... The next day our transportation provider left us without a ride and the staff at the hotel helped us locate an excellent local taxi driver who took us on a 3 hour ride across the country. We were VERY happy with the staff and service at the hotel. EXCELLENT!

They charged me for breakfast when it is included in my booking. Also i had opened and a credit account with them for $100 trusting them. the guy did not give me charges detail while checking out saying the lady who dos accounting will come at 0800 am while i was checking out at 0630 am on 15. In short i feel that the money was taken without me knowing about it or giving express permission to charge me. bad exeprience

I stressed that I needed a wake up call. That wake up call never came. I got to the airport later than I wanted to. I did not make the flight and ended up having to pay to take the next one later in the morning. Very disappointing. He assured me I’ll get that wake up call.

The dirty landfill on hotel West Wing still there since long time and still not ATM in hotel lobby. You need walk about 15 minutes to the closet supermarket to use an ATM 🏧 crossing thru an unsafe neighborhood.

We flew in on a late flight and wanted to stay close to the airport before departing the next day to a further city. This hotel was perfect. Check in was seamless, and the bar/restaurant were still open when we arrived at 10:45. The food in the restaurant was so good for both breakfast and dinner, and the service was so kind and attentive!
