WELL to start off we were given a DIRTY room that was said to be cleaned by housekeeping...bit of a problem with that staff I'm thinking. Breakfast was good and that's about it. Property has taken a bit of a dive since last I stayed...probably last time staying as didn't even get anything off our stay from the initial impression and screw up. Was there for a hospital procedure so didn't need the added stress from this. Lobby area was not clean garbage under the seats by the front desk...

Parking was great alot of room. Check in wasnt great. Staff seemed unexpierenced and wasnt helpful. Hotel is older but was a decent stay.

Complimentary breakfast is blah and not worth staying for. One would be better off to walk across the street to the other hotel or drive to McDonalds.

No breakfast in Victoria Day, in fact no restaurant service at all on the holiday. In room amenities limited to coffee and coffee whitener - no tea! Had to ask for room to be serviced and request for extra towels wasn't fulfilled. Towels in room are small and thin.
