It was the perfect location to stay after our concert at TCU place. Free parking and we could walk right to the venue and back. Decor is quite outdated but they are going to be remodelling soon. Pool is the biggest I’ve seen inside a hotel! Would stay again.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hallways, elevators, lobby etc. were also very clean and updated. The staff were cordial and helpful. Parking was super easy and convenient. Plenty of linens and toiletries provided. It was definitely value for money and I would stay again. The only gripe I had (and it’s small) was that the pool could have used a clean. The tile area around the hot tub was a wee bit grimy. But I still enjoyed it all weekend so it couldn’t have been toooooo bad haha.

***PARK AT OWN RISK*** Vehicle window was broken and things stolen from my brand new truck. While I understand that this is not their parking lot, I feel like since there is no other option to park your vehicle, they should increase the parking security. Surveillance cameras don’t help, as the Saskatoon police are too busy to deal with a simple issue as mine. The hotel itself is nice but you have to pay for your breakfast- so that sucked. The staff were helpful with the cleanup and temporary patch of my window. But I will never stay here again due to this experience.

upon checking in I inquired about the safety of the parking facility. I was told it was safe to park there with cameras etc. When going out to my vehicle the next morning I discovered that my vehicle was broken into and items were stolen out of it. I went to the police to report the loss and they said there were break ins the week before also. clearly there was an issue and had i been made aware of it i would have taken more items inside the hotel very disappointed as I used the Hilton Garden Inn knowing I was traveling with two other people and a lot of luggage as we were going hunting.

Other than my vehicle getting broken into the first night, it was a great stay! I recommend parking underground for that reason. The hotel manager went above and beyond by having maintenence clean up the broken glass from inside my vehicle and taped up my window for me. I was also given a free night stay in an upgraded room and he was going to reimburse one night stay out of the two nights i stayed.

I brought my family for my work trip to Saskatoon. The first hotel we booked had their pool under construction so we rebooked to Hilton Garden Inn. Upon arrival there was no mention of your pool being under construction, in fact on the contrary the signage posted said the pool was to reopen the day we arrived (Tuesday June 24th) we were never informed of a cost for parking. The first day out family for dressed to swim just to find scaffolding surrounding the pool area, we inquired what was happening and were told it would be open tomorrow (Wed) which never happened, again Thursday same story, Thursday evening we were told it wouldn't reopen until after our stay ended Friday!! The entire stay we were placed in a room directly beside a room being renovated waking us every morning by 7am with endless banging, drilling, and on and off horrid chemical smells! The night staff smoked cigarettes directly outside the entrance to the hotel which we had the great displeasure of having to walk through multiple times! Our children had to write their year end exams (homeschooled) while being endlessly interrupted by the construction! We also had no conditioner in our room upon check in, a broken hair dryer, a practically empty roll of toilet paper, and broken blinds... The front desk lady was lovely but had no information or authority to address any of these issues! Oh I almost forgot to mention the sleeping manon the floor in the hall that I encountered on the way into work!!

We stayed on a newly renovated floor. Rooms were cozy and comfy. Only issue we had the room was very dry. Our noses and throat hurt in the morning. It was very quiet. Easy to walk around downtown and very convenient.

We didn’t realize the hotel was renovating. When we checked I. We were asked if we were okay with a lower floor and we said sure. Big mistake. The hotel is under renovations and they started at the top floor by floor. We awoke the first day to work above us starting around 8. The jackhammering started at 9 and was pretty consistent until we left the room. They stopped around 5 or 6 pm. Had we known about the renovations we would have chosen an upper floor - I wish the front desk had told us the difference. The room we were in on the 5th floor was dingy, the bathroom had cracked sink and the tub had cracks in the soap holders. They were sealed probably pending the renovations reaching that floor.

I spent one night in the suite. The room itself seemed like it would be nice. My first issue was that the only actually lit room with ceiling lights was the bathroom. The living room and bedroom were both lit purely by lamps so very dark. The next issue was that the walls are thin so you hear everyone around you. Also it was just constant sirens outside all through the night. For entertainment in the room there were two tvs but they operate by wifi so every five minutes they’d cut out and you’d wait several minutes for it to start again missing whole parts of shows. You have to pay to park here as well. If you don’t get them to validate you’re paying $25 instead of $16 through them. Overall I’d definitely stay at a hotel further from downtown the next time I’m in the city.

The rooms were really nicely renovated, spacious and clean. The front desk staff went above and beyond at check in, as I accidently booked the wrong date and they were able to accommodate me. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the lady that helped me (I know her name started with an R) but I appreciated her time and help to get us in a room, even though it was my error.

I recently stayed at this hotel again, having had a positive experience during a previous visit. Unfortunately, this time was quite disappointing. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room right next to the elevator without any prior communication. The room had clearly just been renovated and had a very strong, unpleasant odor, which made it difficult to stay comfortably. In addition, it was a connecting room, and I could clearly hear the guests in the next room talking and moving around, which seriously disrupted my rest. To make matters worse, the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary bottled water, which I would expect as a basic amenity in this category of hotel. As a returning guest, I had certain expectations based on my past stay, but this experience fell far short. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be choosing this hotel again in the future.

The location is great for shopping, TCU Place and other amenities. The bed was old and the frame was wobbly and squeaky. We were also woken by the next room’s tv in the morning as the soundproofing through adjacent room doors was pretty terrible. Otherwise it was just fine. Parking cost an extra $16 for the night, which I think is brutal when you are paying over $200 a night for a simple room.

Very accommodating. We had an issue with the air conditioning, a staff member was in our room within 5 minutes, figured out they would need a repair. He had us moved to a new room that he had already had cooling down and even offered to move us himself. Later that evening we were given free breakfast vouchers. Will definitely be coming back!!

Checkin was terrible , it’s like the girl was hearing dyslexic, asked away from elevators and not near vending machines , well she could not have gotten me closer to either, phoned down asked to change rooms said she would look then hung up on me , I’ll give her the benefit of doubt but then lied and told me she’d call me back . You need a key card to get in which I understand for the area, but a questionable looking guy snuck in behind us before the doors closed and then tried to enter the elevator we were on, which I didn’t allow , what the desk guy did after we were gone I do not know

Front desk service was horrendous at check in, lady was very ignorant and un helpful when we were having problems checking in. Had to take 2 payments from me, first one declined and second one was approved, but when telling the woman that it in fact did take 2 payments from me she proceeded to refuse the fact that i had now lost an additional $715 dollars. Very rude, very dismissive and ignorant, she should not be in customer service at all.

The fact you have to pay for parking is wild. This should be something guest services honors for their guests. $15 for parking with an inflated room rate is disappointing. We weren’t told where anything is in the hotel. The staff were speaking their own language to each other and not engaging with the customer. The room was clean and tidy. That I will give them.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, though there were a few times where I was waiting at an empty front desk because there was only one staff member and they were attending to something else. Seemed perhaps like they were short-staffed that weekend. Room was clean and modern, and had everything I needed. Location is perfect for those who want to walk and explore the downtown area of Saskatoon. Parking was simple and less stressful than other hotels. The pool and hot tub were small and showing their age a bit, but nice to relax in. Breakfast buffet was well-stocked, delicious, and affordable. The room was reasonably furnished with microwave and coffee maker, clean. The restaurant on site does not allow minors, which is very inconvenient, if you want to eat with your kids. The only other option is room service. Front desk staff was a bit condescending, I booked higher floor and breakfast in my package but they completely dismissed it, putting me on 4th floor and having me to fight with them to get the breakfast vouchers.

This property advertised neutrogena products. $15.95 parking. Breakfast included. None of which is accurate. Not neutrogena products. Parking is $16.75. And breakfast is in a restaurant. Rooms are clean. Beds comfortable. If i say 4 people are in the room, and i pick up 2 towels so there are 4 towels for us, it would be nice if housekeeping would then leave FOUR TOWELS when they clean. Update the advertised amenities/costs.

Was in town for a concert at TCU so this is a great spot to stay, literally across the street from it. No complaints at all, room was nice and hotel wasn't overly loud (the usual sounds of the city but the hotel itself was pretty quiet). Parking and breakfast are not a part of the rate but there is pay parking right beside it with tons of room - I arrived late afternoon and had no problem finding a spot close to the hotel. As well there is a restaurant onsite and breakfast was a reasonable price (ordered off the menu but there is also a breakfast buffet). Even got upgraded for free! Honestly, I can't think of anything bad to say and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
