The room was comfortable the bathroom was a bit in the small side but ok. Did have to close the curtains to keep the sun out. The swimming pool area was nice but very humid. Breakfast hot was very good

I chose this inn because it was 3 blocks from my moms house. Also close to the locks and mall and casino. I was born here and lots of memories and a lot has not changed. What has changed is the large amount of people wondering around high on drugs and boarded windows of heritage homes that become drug houses so close to this Inn. The pool was down and the revolving door was down too. The restaurant was closed except for hot breakfast that was very good but could have been changed up a bit daily as we were there a week. The Staff were amazing ,friendly and helpful. Our room was an upgrade 504 and the triangle windows gave us a great view of the locks and fireworks from State side. The bridge was lit up and room was comfortable. The TV stations were limited and room was dated but clean and comfortable. All and all we enjoyed our stay and would probably book there again in the future.

The hotel needs a serious upgrade. The parking lot was poor, the revolving door was broken, the pool was broken, there was supposed to be a hot tub, but there wasn't. The room was from the 90's, and the TV service they subscribe to was also from the 90's. It's ok for a one night stay and go, but that's it.

Very good, early breakfast. Underground, free parking was a plus. The area seemed a bit sketchy. Not many dining options around. There is a Subway shop nearby where we had dinner. Seemed very dead in the area. Not much going on. Everything seemed to close early. There is a restaurant on site but was very expensive. Staff were pleasant and helpful. All our needs were met.

Very nice property. room was spacious and clean with ample towels and very comfortable bed. There is a fridge in the room. Ideal location for getting to the Agawa Canyon train. Easy 10 minute walk. Several nice restaurants close by. Helpful friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Staff were friendly. Extremely clean. We had a ground floor room. There were picnic tables on a grassed area right outside our room. Bed and pillows comfy. Spacious room. Breakfast was good. Would recommend and would stay again.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was fresh, well stocked and plenty of choice. Lots of seating. Front counter staff was very welcoming and helpful. Decor is a bit dated but everything was in working order. The waffle iron at breakfast could use a deep clean. I really appreciated the quiet from, firm bed and plentiful pillows. The linens were also in good shape. The main reasons I booked this location over others in the area is that parking was free and they didn’t charge a fee for cancellation as my plans needed to remain flexible. But now, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I would recommend for families for sure, but not really for a romantic weekend away.

arrival was good , our room , however looked semi clean . After walking across the room , my feet were black !!!! I couldn't believe how dirty it was !!! The top cover on the beds had stains on them too ! We will pay more and stay someplace else on our next visit to Sault Ste Marie. We also had a fire alarm evacuation at 8:45 am . After being outside for approx. 2 hours we didn't have any hot water to shower before we checked out . No explanation from the front desk at all !! So we're on our way home without even taking a shower before our 5 hour drive home ... NEVER AGAIN

We stayed 2 nights the parking lot is an inconvenience to try and get into. Its not the safest neighborhood but convient to the mall. The rooms are very dated and smelled musty there was ants in the bathroom the carpets are jn a much need of a deep deep cleaning. Pillows were comfortable matress was hard and the chair in our room had one too many stains we used a towel on it to sit. But the staf was great and very friendly. The shower stall though didnt really have a place to put our own shampoo and such just kept sliding off. Mirrors were very clean though.

Overall pretty good. Things that require improvement included: better tv, as the selection of channels and the tv itself are poor quality; room deodorizer, way too much as I had to put on the air to minimize the smell. The room had an excellent view of the peace bridge was walkable to many restaurants and was a lovely extra large room with comfy chairs to relax in and a good bed.

The bed was the most disappointing. The mattress was stiff and uncomfortable, the pillows were small standards not king size for a king size bed. It was not worth the price. We won’t be returning to this hotel.

Stay was decent, the place is slight dated but worked just fine. Highlight was interacting with Taylor in the morning, she has a wonderful personality. The breakfast was very good!

The front desk staff are the best we have ever met at a hotel. They are great in every way. They made us feel welcome from the time we entered the door. All four or five reception desk workers were fantastic. What a team! So impressed with them. They were cheerful, funny, helpful, and efficient! They should be used as a model of how it should be done for all hotels.

This hotel was situated downtown and conveniently located to various tourist options such as shopping, dining, casino and the Agawa Canyon Train Tour. The surrounding area seems a bit sketchy and not recommended for evening stroll. Parking can be a problem if one needs easy access to front entrance. Overall, we enjoyed our two night stay. Quality Inns and Suites should adhere to a standard template so that all meet guests expectations no matter where they stay. That's my suggestion.

Had 3 bicycles stolen off of our bike rack overnight in the parking lot. Broke the bike lock and cut the straps. General manager said we should have taken the bikes in the room with us... would have been nice to know that when we checked in. Only thing we were offered and received was 4 sample bottles of infused maple syrup.

The location was convenient for the activities that brought us to renting a room. Our room didn’t get replenished with cups and coffee for the second morning of our stay. Some vehicles were vandalized including one belonging to one of the members of our group who booked rooms there for the weekend. Apparently, vehicle vandalism has been an ongoing occurrence at this hotel.

It was ok for one night. Not a lot of parking and other than the mall across the street, not a lot of dining options close by. Room was excellent and breakfast was very good. My husband was disappointed there was no hot chocolate. Staff very nice!

The outside of the property seemed a little sketchy to us and the revolving door was broken. The inside of the hotel was much better than the outside. The room was very clean, somewhat updated & bed was comfortable. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We asked about walking to a restaurant, and we were told it was best not to be walking out after 9pm. We drove to another hotel on the river to have dinner. Breakfast is very average at best, but it was hot. We only needed a quick overnight stay, and we would stay here again for the convenience, comfortable room & price.
