We stay here because it is pet friendly and the rooms are OK. But what they don’t tell you is that there is a significant charge for EACH pet, on top of the “pet friendly” room charge, that has to be paid directly upon arrival at the hotel. Staff are less than friendly or accommodating.

The hotel is under renovations but don’t let that deter you from booking. Newly decorated room are really nice. Breakfast was so well done.Lot’s of choices, fresh fruit. Bagels, cereal.will definitely stay here again if in the area! Thanks for a great stay!toast.

We choose this property for the room "king bed with spa". The room was as expected and we enjoyed the spa bath. It could have been nice to include a small bottle of bubble bath. The free breakfast was as expected and very good. In May 2025, the property was under renovation; a big section of the hotel was closed. There was a few containers in the parking plus the contractors' trucks that were taking many parking spots near the side entrance which was the only entrance available for the room.

Room was excellent. Really clean and fresh. Only issue was with the breakfast room. All cutlery was non-plastic; no plastic cups in room for a glass of wine....all great however, all bread, muffins, bagels were individually portioned in sandwich bags. It felt sanitary for guests however, taking a step backward for the environment and reducing plastics???

It was a small simple motel, we loved the bathroom as there was no caulking or mold or dirt anywhere. Carpet unfortunately in one area of the room smelled like dog pee. The mattress was squeaky and sunk down on the one bed. The breakfast was disappointing, there was no hot items at all and cold items were very cheap quality with lots of additives and preservatives All prepackaged. There was a waffle maker but the batter was terrible, it was a funny color And thick consistency and after it was done it was a very heavy non-waffle-like batter and I did not like the taste. Other than that it was a lot of white bread cheap ingredient products. The only healthy options were some green bananas and apples. As we've just been traveling for a week and we've really seen a difference. The offerings at different hotels and this one I would say is the worst.

Checked in and the room smelled like urine. I informed the front desk and they said they couldn’t move me because they were fully booked. When I asked for the room to be cleaned they said no and offered me a mop and bucket to do it myself. When I called hotels.com to cancel my reservation suddenly a new room became available. There were also no comforters on the beds. Only thin sheets and a blanket in a drawer that doesn’t look or smell like it ever gets washed. Disappointed in this hotel and in hotels.com for keeping me on hold for so long and not looking for another hotel to rebook me when I requested they do so.

Stopped here for an overnight stay while driving across the country. Check in was smooth and quick, room was cozy and clean. The breakfast was slightly underwhelming, but was still nice to have before hitting the road. Staff was very friendly.

Our room was newly renovated. Looked great! Wide variety to choose from for breakfast. Only complaint was the king size bed in our room that was booked, turned out to be a queen size. The front desk did provide a discount to compensate. Turns out I booked it before the renovations and the newly renovated room didn't have the king size bed in it.

We were able to get a 1st floor room as requested because one guest had a disability and couldnt walk up the stairs. We were greeted with a smile when we came in by staff which was nice. Check in was fast and friendly. Our room was very clean. It looked like it had been recently painted. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room could have used some place to plug in electronics though. I had to plug my phone in on an outlet down by the floor. We stayed 2 days and the only toilet paper we had was about 1/3 of a roll for 2 people. No extra roll was left in the bathroom. All in all every else worked and our stay was pleasant. We were happy breakfast started at 6:00. It was simple because they don't have a kitchen but there were waffles and boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, fruit and a few other things. We would stay here again and remommend this Super 8.

We required a crib/playpen for our room. Not only was it delivered promptly, but AJ helped set it up and provided bedding. The room was clean, comfortable and all the staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Check in staff person not even remotely pleasant or welcoming. My wife and I have stayed at this property on multiple occasions. This would be the first time that we did not feel like a valued customer. The person was efficient but, on our check in, not the appropriate person to greet travellers

Generally as expected. Clean room, quiet, well-kept facility. Check-in was slow as front desk had only one person who was doing everything -- taking calls, delivering a room key to a new guest room, checking me in. He was very friendly, but run off his feet!

The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The only place where the hotel fell short is the breakfast. They basically only offered, toast, bagels, waffles and cereal. There were no eggs, and no meat. That was very disappointing.

Great option, but quite expensive for what it is. The room is renovated, the hotel is clean, save. The staff are super friendly! The breakfast was included, but not great, only options is bread and pancakes, no protein.

Check in was easy with courteous staff on hand. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities as described on the web site. (Flat screen TV, mini fridge, an extra blanket,etc. The only down side was the noise of the heater/air conditioner fan...but I've never found a quiet one at any facility I've stayed at. We just turn off the heat for the night time hours. The complimentary breakfast was great and well supplied. No, you won't find sausage or bacon BUT help yourself to hard boiled eggs, French toast, waffles, cereals, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, yogurt, milk, tea and coffee. Hey, anyone should be able to find something they like here. Well done Super 8, we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Going through renovations and parking was limited, but everything was otherwise good. Rooms were clean, we even managed to check in earlier. Breakfast is included but has no hot servings, but great for a snack. Front desk was very nice, polite and understandable.
