Everything was quite nice at the Hotel. The fitness center, the pool and hot tub area were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good, there was a lot of variety. The only suggestion I would make about the breakfast is to have eggs on the side. They had sausage, tater tots and egg sandwiches but no eggs by themselves. It’s not a big deal just an option if you want to have eggs on their own instead of only being in a sandwich. They have all the fixings if you want to make your own sandwich. I really enjoyed my stay here though. It’s the last stop before heading north into winter.

We enjoyed our stay but please enforce your rules in pool and gym. There were a lot of unsupervised kids in both, and the few parents there were drinking White Claws (even though sign says no food or drink) instead of supervising the kids.

The breakfast served in the morning was actually not bad. The cleaning of the room was fine, but the smell from the shower curtains was very unpleasant. The parking lot felt a little small, and I felt that the various facilities were also worn out. In addition, there are various other accessible shopping malls nearby, and surrounding rings that feel safe.

Creaky bed, dirty elevator, door wouldn't close to room since walls have shifted, door wouldn't lock in bathroom unless pushed with lots of force since walls have shifted. Crusted something on the volume button of the TV remote so obviously not cleaned. No parking first night we stayed even though you pay a $6 fee. Desk clerks never gave any info on pool hours or breakfast hours....just gave the keys and that's it. Never asked how our stay was when we left either. Someone's windshield broken in parking lot on first night. A local told us not to leave anything in vehicle because it would be broken in to.

Staff was very friendly and the property was clean. I stayed two separate nights and two separate rooms, one on the third floor and one on the second. I noticed that the plate behind the door handle on both doors was gaping from the door (could fit all my fingers behind the plate) which made the door feel a little unsafe. The third floor room did not have proper blinds (they were shear), so the room wasn't very dark at night. The second floor room had proper blinds and I slept much better.

When we checked in we were told the pool is open. When we looked online, it said it wasn't so we didn't bring swim suits. They had opened it that day. Very disappointing. It took three trips from our room to the front desk to get keys that worked. Even when they did finally work the door stuck so you had to force it open. The ceiling of our room had a large area that had been inexpertly repaired from a leak or something.

Other than the fact that room seemed to have been refrigerated (why do hotels do that?), and it took the whole evening to warm it up, everything was fine: quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Unfortunately, my check-in experience was not the greatest. The room I paid for was not the room I ended up in. However, check-in took a bit longer than expected after getting in later than I originally was scheduled to (due to a delayed flight), and I did not fuss to change the room. Furthermore, I had to pay for parking, which I did not mention so in the booking details. Also, the bedding had not been cleaned or changed as there was dirt and hair still on the bed. Very unpleasant. Breakfast options were limited in nature.

Staff. There was a Christmas parade going on and we had terrible time trying to get to the hotel so we called them and one of the staff actually stayed on the line and guided us in. Very kind.

The staff were wonderful at checking and during our two day stay. There were gluten free options at breakfast and the ladies took care of making the gluten free options (toast and oatmeal) and brought it to my table. There were many breakfast options each day. Definitely went above and beyond. The pool and hot tub area were extremely clean as was our room. Staff were accommodating when we requested additional items, towels and pillows. Would recommend this hotel.

Extremely rude breakfast staff. The employee was hastily cleaning up well before the end of the allotted breakfast time, and was quite rude. She was confrontational, grabbed items from us while we were trying to use them (syrup, cream, coffee). Several people in the breakfast area were complaining about her. The cleaning staff on our floor were very nice, but we decided to not stay any more nights due to the breakfast staff.

The staff were all so pleasant and nice to talk with. They were very attentive and happily helped us. The bathroom was small but clean and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. The parking lot was fine and the building in a safe neighborhood, also it was quite close to the train depot, the lock trips, the Bush Plane museum and across the street from the mall. So overall a great location and a good place to stay.

Everything was good. It's just that it seemed the staff in the free breakfast area was overwhelmed and short handed, there should have been at least a couple more people. Their coffee was running out garbage overflowing and food running out on the heating trays, just etc.

The hotel had a bus group and we were all going to Agawa Railway Trip. We arrived at 6:30 for breakfast . There was no where to sit to eat as well as there was nothing left to eat by the time we got to the front of the line other than toast . Under those circumstances they should have had more food prepared at an earlier time. Very unorganized.

Only a few minor inconveniences - the breakfast, which was good - starts at 7. Not ideal if you are hoping for an early start. The pool was great for the kids but it was so cold, the hot tub and sauna were great for warming up after that. Overall it was a nice clean place that is in a great location

Bathroom fan- needs to have one Free Breakfast-not enough seating, not enough food, the bus tour people took all of it, was not a good experience, it was an elbows up situation to get any food. Had to pay for parking-cant believe this. WON'T BE BACK!!!!!!!
