Le petit-déjeuner était juste parfait, la gentillesse du personnel durant tout le séjour. La piscine est un vrai plus il est juste dommage qu'il n'y ait que 6 transats du coup c'est la bataille a qui en aura un 😅 Il serait bien aussi de demander aux personnes ayant de long cheveux de les attacher car le seul point négatif c'est d'avoir des cheveux de 50cm qui se baladent à la surface....une interdiction de vapoter dans la piscine serait également bien. Car nombreux sont ceux qui prennent leurs appareils dans la piscine et recrache à la tête des gens leurs fumée. Mais néanmoins nous avons passé un moment magique dans l'établissement, la décoration est magnifique, les chambres très confortable et encore une fois le personnel étaient vraiment aux petits soins

Lovely hotel in a great area of Seville. Our lovely room had a terrace overlooking the city and Torresevilla. The room was very new and clean and the staff in the hotel were helpful with any queries. The rooftop bar has amazing views of the old town and has lovely cocktails. Breakfast in the hotel had lots of options, fresh orange juice and a fresh egg station. Definitely recommend the hotel and the area of Triana which has lots of restaurants and things to see.

We stayed on the uppermost floor of this hotel ... the room was spacious and well appointed but one of its best features was a resort-sized balcony with a view of the hotel's surroundings. My wife and I enjoy walking and we selected this hotel because it was on the opposite side of the more crowded old town area. The downside was the size of the 'swimming pool' (not much bigger than a puddle) and a tiny, poorly equipped exercise room which has to be booked in person at the main desk.

las almohadas son imposibles la verdad, tienen algunos probemas tecnicos ya que acaban de pasar una reforma, tiene parking pero son 18 euros al dia. La terraza de la pisci no tiene servicio,y estaria bien que pusieran algunas sombrillas y servicio de toallas. Por lo demas bien, las habitaciones son grandes.

Hotel well located but boasting services and amenities that are non-existent : there is no Spa whatsoever (a ridiculous single hot tub for 100+ rooms) ; the "swimming pool" is a 2x2m, 0.9m deep, bathtub on the roof that hotel policy makes practically unusable ; forget about recharging your electric vehicle as well, the staff doesn't seem to know that the single broken down charging port exists... Parking is woefully ill-conceived, the access ramp will scrape the underside of the car if it's not a SUV and the spots are narrow or weirdly arranged. The staff is generally amicable enough but makes no effort to be helpful or nice. The rooms are OK, beds are comfortable, which is a relief after going from disappointment to disapointment. Just don't lie on your listing, you're wasting everyone's time and collecting bad reviews for setting the wrong expectations. Will never set foot in this place again.

A very nice hotel in a good location. We found the room a bit stark and the beds were extremely hard which were quite uncomfortable. Otherwise good and friendly staff. Car parking was a little expensive given we paid a good rate for the accommodation. We thought car parking for booked guests rather than visiting guests should be free.

The hotel was lovely, very clean and well presented. The hotel is only about 20 mins walk from the Cathedral and 5 mins to the shopping centre which has some good restaurants. The staff were helpful and polite. The bedroom was spotless with a huge bed, mini bar, room temperature control. The breakfast was excellent, so much choice and eggs cooked to order, best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. My favourite part of the hotel was the rooftop bar. A great view across Seville at night. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Good: The refurbished rooms are super nice. Very clean overall. We needed an early check-in and it was possible. Bad: The pool is super small and during the second day, there was no internet at all even though we reported many times. Management should offer solutions.

Very bad parking situation. It is expensive and there are very few spaces. The spaces are extremely hard to get in and out of. It is really dangerous to take the required turn on the ramp.

Hotel staff very friendly and attentive. Room was very clean and spacious. Lovely surprise when we came into the room and there was a bottle of Cava as we were celebrating a birthday! We had an evening meal in the restaurant during our stay and Mario was impeccable! Made us feel comfortable, and was able to explain everything on the menu in great detail as well as sharing his career aspirations which was lovely to hear. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more, other than the staff being 5 stars, the hotel is only a short walk into the centre and the Mercado de Triana is just around the corner too. The reception staff can also organise a taxi to the airport if you need which is around the same price but more reliable than Uber.

Upon entering the room, we found that it was not clean to the standard expected from a hotel of this caliber. The floor and corners were infested with small ants. We were then moved to a room on the fourth floor, which had a nice terrace, but the cleanliness was still unsatisfactory. Behind the table, I found a small gecko, which I had to remove myself before calling room service to clean the area. Really they have nice facilities and nice hotel, but they have to take care about cleaning better, much better

Lovely hotel newly refurbished with a nice bar, restaurant and rooftop pool. They were very kind to give us a bottle of bubbly for our anniversary! Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Our only criticism is that the air freshener or cleaning products had a very strong scent, which gave us a bit of a headache every time the room was cleaned or even when you’re in the lobby. Overall a lovely stay thank you!

El hotel está muy bien situado ,pedimos cambio de habitacion para ver el rio pero nos dieron una primera planta q se veian los arboles. Habia un evento en el jardin y nos llegaba todo el ruido , la insonorizacion es regular tanto de las ventanas como de las habitaciones de al lado. Por todo lo.demas estupendo, sobre todo la terraza para tomar copas con las vistas.

It is close to all the tourist areas and convenient to walk and bus stops. Rooms were clean and I wish staff could have been nicer in their breakfast area.

Amazing hotel. Staff from reception to cleaning stuff were all great, everyone said hello. Always came in to a made bed. Pool up top is great for the heat. AC worked perfectly. Washroom was always clean. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Sevilla :)

Very much average and not to the level you would expect of 4 star as advertised. Rooms nice and staff friendly and a good breakfast. But, in room coffee and tea was rarely replenished, we asked for a king on booking but were given 2 twin beds with separate bedding, hotel bar food and drink was not value for $, and the hotel gym was unusable unless you wanted a hot yoga experience. The temp in the gym was 30c+ and was never fixed after I asked 3 times at the front desk. Their solution was to jam the gym door wide open. Overall would not stay again.

Localização excelente no bairro de triana . Fez minutos de caminhada até bares e restaurantes noturnos. Para o centro histórico 15/20 minutos de caminhada a depender do “passo”. Hotel novinho, tudo impecável. Melhor café da manhã da viagem (mais de 5 hotéis!). Atendimento excelente. Acima da expectativa! Ônibus hopon-hopoff na porta !

Fabulous location a short walk across the bridge from the bus station (airport bus stop) and historic centre of Seville. The hotel is in the lovely Triana area of Seville, with plenty of bars, tapas tavernas, churches, cobbled streets, cafes and shops on it’s doorstep. On arrival we were upgraded unexpectedly to a room with a river view, which we really appreciated. The bed room was spacious with plenty of complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, safe, fridge and was serviced daily. We did not dine at the hotel but visited the bar on the roof terrace to enjoy the evening views of the river and city. Highly recommend this hotel and would return again without hesitation.

The hotel is in a good location - 20 minute walk from the main centre of the city and it’s a lovely walk along the river. You can also take an electric bike from outside the hotel and get there even faster, which we did too. The local area of the hotel has lots of bars, restaurants and we went for breakfast every day nearby. The hotel itself is in excellent condition as it’s been recently refurbished. Room was lovely and quiet and also big enough. The bathroom is beautiful. Only thing I’d really request is free bottles of water in the room each day. Given it’s a 4 star hotel and the price of the room, I think some free mineral water in the room would be a given! Really small bottles of water in the mini fridge were over 3 euros, which is a bit silly. Everything else was fab. Rooftop pool is nice.

Hotel facile d’accès depuis l’aéroport, bus EA direct jusqu’à plaza de Armas et traverser pont Cristo. Bien insonorisé vis a vis de l’avenue de l’ Expo, promenade sur les quais agreable et plus calme que le centre ville, à 15 min du pont Isabel lI à pied.Très bon accueil à la réception, chambre spacieuse et mobilier neuf, service de chambre parfait, petit déjeuner excellent très copieux et varié avec un service très efficace souriant et discret avec vue. superbe roof top pour profiter de Séville et vue du canal Alfonso. Petite piscine avec quelques transats , manque serviettes de bain (à méditer)

The hotel is very modern and I assume recently renovated. Check was simple , no dramas. Beautiful room with all mod cons needed. Good selection of quality toiletries provided. We only had breakfast, but what a breakfast. Lots of choices and amazing view over the river. The staff were attentive and even gave us chocolates made by the staff. Surrounding area has a local feel and some good restaurants within 10 minute walk.

Para ser un 4 estrellas , los materiales de la habitación son de muy baja y excesivamente simples , quizás para turismo extranjero sea suficiente , pero nada recomentable para viajes de negocios , a parte de tener precios desproporcionados ,de habitaciones y de servicios , 3,5€ por una botella de agua de 200cl o 22€ por un desayuno bastante normalito . Yo no vuelvo .

Läget är mycket bra. Hotellet ligger vid floden och du går bara över bron så är du i centrum efter en kort promenad. Vårt rum var bra och hotellpersonalen var trevliga. Frukosten kunde vara ngt bättre. Baconen alldeles för lite stekta och det fanns heller ingen cava.
