Fantastic location and a lovely old building, the small roof top pool and views were fantastic. You can walk to all the main attractions in central Seville here, you are right on the plaza next to the cathedral. Rooms are slightly tired with some paint peeling but this does not affect the stay, breakfast room is tucked inside with no windows but the selection is reasonable and good quality. Get room 310, the balcony view is the best.

The location of this property is amazing, everywhere we wanted to go in Seville we could go by walk! The facilities are amazing as well, the rooftop pool and bar is a big plus point. We would stay here every time we visit Seville. The staff was very helpful too.

The pictures do not do this property justice! This hotel could not be more centrally located. Hanging out at the pool you will get the most impressive Giralda views. We were there during a heatwave with 110 degrees F+ temperatures for 3 days, and we were so grateful we had this pool. 10/10 would recommend and we would return to this hotel next time we are in Sevilla.

Location is everything for this hotel, you are right by the cathedral and super central. However if you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you, I could hear the rooftop bar above and also bells going off all night. The pool was closed which was annoying as it was very hot, apparently it doesn’t open till May but no mention of that when booked, may have thought twice as it was not cheap.

The hotel could not be more central, right next to the cathedral and the Alcazar. The roof terrace was a great place to relax and take photos of the lit up Giralda at night. Our room was a good size, very clean and functional. The decor suited the location and the staff were friendly and efficient. There was a good selection for breakfast. Lots of tapas bars nearby. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I went back to Seville.

La ubicación excelente. Enfrente de la Catedral. El hotel está muy bien mantenido y sus habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias. Lo único que no me gusto es lo ruidosas que son las habitaciones. Se escucha mucho ruido desde la terraza (hay un bar) y de las habitaciones linderas.

Excellent location!! This hotel is located inside the attraction, a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The only negative about this hotel is it is an old aging hotel, but it is clean. In my last day of stay, the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking in the middle of the night. Thank God I was checking out in the early morning.

It was in a convenient location, but I had difficulties getting a taxi to take me to the airport from this location. There was little to no AC which made it miserable during the evening. The breakfast was fantastic and there was a variety to choose from. I wouldn’t choose the this location again.

The hotel was right off of the Cathedral plaza which gave us quick access to many of the sights, bars and restaurants. Our room had a view of the Cathedral and Giralda. The hotel's roof top bar also has stunning views of the plaza and was a great place to relax. The rooms were very nice and expertly cleaned. We paid for the Hotel breakfast which was delicious and well worth the price. We will definately stay here again the next time we go to Seville!!!

The position was superb, right by the cathedral and other areas of interest. Easy walking distance of the river etc. The room was a superior one, unfortunately all the better rooms open onto the street. Lovely to hear the activity outside during the day and early evening but very noisy at night and early morning.

The location was excellent, the bedroom was very comfortable and spacious, the facilities were good, especially the rooftop bar, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The sound insulation of the corridors and bedrooms however needs to be improved significantly. It was hard to get a good nights sleep.

The hotel has perhaps seen better days. The bed in my room was quite hard; not the most comfortable and the A/C never got *that* cold. That said, it’s clean, the staff are friendly and the location is amazing. The rooftop pool is also an excellent bonus!

Had notified arrival 10.30pm when i arrived i didnt get room with balcony which is what i had booked after going back to reception at first told none available disappointed. I did in the end get one but not really what you want to deal with when arriving late. I have stayed here a few times. Room needs update. There was an extension lead whuch was for the coffee machine and fridge. The light switch put all the lights on so it was too bright all the time. It is a good hotel just a bit let down this time

This hotel was perfect for my solo trip to Sevilla - conveniently located near the cathedral and alcazar - lots of dining options and walkable to about every major site in the city - Unfortunately my room 316 has no exterior windows - so please request a room with a view of the plaza - great terrace bar and a great swimming pool area on the rooftop which I took advantage of - Great little hotel - recommend !!

The hotel has an amazing location! Right by the cathedral. The pool and bar lookout to the Cathedral and are beautiful at night, The staff were absolutely wonderful. We had a car and we’re having trouble driving down the narrow streets to the garage. A staff member walked 2 blocks with me to my car and drove and parked it for us.

Location is wonderful. Facilities ok. Staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly at any point during the 3 day stay. We had stayed in another hotel for 3 days and the staff were amazing. I wonder if due to the location they feel they don’t need to offer a warm welcome.

Fantastic staff, great historical decor, filling and good breakfast buffet, AMAZING roof top bar for late night views of the cathedral. However, it was the friendly and helpful staff that made this place. Very very central and walkable to Tapas bars and restaurants. Will stay here again for sure.

Property is in a great location. No one helps with your luggage. There are multiple steps you needed to go up then down in order to get to my room. It was difficult maneuvering the luggage. No help with luggage on check out, the taxi driver came inside the property to help. Don’t pay for the breakfast. The kitchen smelled like burnt milk and as if all the staff too smoke breaks in there. Horrible smell. Rooms did bot have too many amenities. Room decor was old.

We had stayed in Doña Maria a number of year ago and had a lovely stay, so we booked it again. The room we were in overlooked C. Mateos Gago and was very noisy during the night also the air conditioning did not work. It was very hot for the time of year, the windows in the room were in full sunlight all day. Closing the shutters and curtains did not help. After two nights with little sleep I spoke to the reception staff. They were very helpful and moved us to a quieter, cooler room which saved our trip, two very pleasant nights. The staff were helpful and courteous, the hotel is in an excellent location.

I was scheduled to fly from Barcelona to Seville and my flight got canceled. I notified the hotel immediately and asked them for a refund. They never responded. I attempted to get to Seville that night in any event, even going so far as booking a train from Barcelona to Madrid and then renting a car to drive from Madrid to Seville. Unfortunately, even my train got canceled that evening and I had no chance to get into Seville. I explained all this to the hotel and they were completely uncompromising and inflexible about a refund. Poor judgment and bad customer service in my humble opinion as all of these things were out of my control. I will not ever be staying there again and caution people against staying at a place that is that unforgiving. Reflects their character.

Despite the not very cheerful old boys in the Breakfast room, & at Reception, the staff are friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel - central and ideally situated for sightseeing. Has an old school elegance to it; furnishings, portraits and room decor all very comforting. Together with a very cool rooftop swimming pool & top floor terrace bar (overlooking the famous cathedral) it can easily justify the above average price.

I can’t recommend this hotel due to pricy breakfast and poor customer service. At check in we were greeted with no hello or welcome, just “passports” and were told where and when for breakfast. No mention of cost and whether or not it was included. Next morning we received bill for 38€ for 2 continental breakfasts. We went to reception, took responsibility for our mistake (we truly thought we had booked w breakfast) and asked if they would adjust the bill. Carmen from reception was abrupt and unapologetic for any misunderstanding. We stayed 3 nights and felt they could have been a little accommodating. The next two mornings we walked 5 minutes to a bodega and had coffee and a chocolate croissant that so good it brought tears to my eyes for 3€ for two people.

Wonderful location. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast selection. Will definitely stay over again. This place is an extraordinary place to stay! Nice pool. The only thing I would suggest is that big floating devices should be restricted, at one point there were 4 people with big floating devices which occupied the whole pool, since the pool was not so big, it barely left any room for other guests to be in the pool.
