This hotel is beautiful with professional attentive staff. Parking is convenient and secure in the attached parking garage and the fee was reasonable. Room was spacious and beds very comfy. Plenty of hot water and pressure, perfect air conditioning. However, be aware that if the outside temp is less than 20 degrees C, the AC does not come on and you are expected to open the windows. There was always a nice breeze. Breakfast was very good with many choices from the buffet. Elevators are a little slow, but always worked well. We needed to order room service late one night (medical need) and the food arrived quickly, very warm, covered well, and delivered by a friendly staff person. It was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel befindet sich außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, ist jedoch mit dem Bus (z. B. Linie 22) in etwa 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle liegt direkt neben dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war gut, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider war der Pool nicht sauber und wirkte ungepflegt. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel aufgrund des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses weiterempfehlen.

Very tight entrance to underground parking. I scratched the wheels on my Tesla X. Not recommended if you have a big car. Parking not included in price. I wanted to dispose a garbage bag, Personell in reception did not have any solution other than a tiny bin in the reception.

Nice hotel. Clean with good amenities. We didn't use the gym, but made use of the pool. There were seven sun beds ( free to use ), you can fit another 5/6 people but you will need to take your towels to lay on. We stayed 5 nights, so met various members of staff, all were friendly and very helpful. Bus 22 ( stop's right outside hotel ) takes you in to the city centre without any changes and cost's 1.40 euros per person one way. We chose this hotel because of it's location away from the city centre and a pool for a quick dip. Also enjoyed the couple of bars and cafes immediately outside the hotel. There is also two small shops three minutes away, so you get to mix with the locals, which we enjoyed.

Great Customer Service the lady thay checked us in was very nice and gave us ab amazing room. The room was very spacious air conditioning worked great. Swimming pool on the 2nd floor was clean and great for the kids. Good location there are restaurants, shops, ect. all within walking distance. I will stay here again next time in Sevilla.

Bad sound isolation in the room , I was in the corrnervroom near lifts and were 2 corridors were joined, could heard people walking, door smashing etc. Bathroom needs updating, but the bed and pillow were comfy. Swimming pool was closed due to not season.There is a charge 13€foUnderneath parking

Llegamos a la habitación 418 y la tarjeta no abría, bajamos y nos la cambiaron. Una vez dentro, la habitacion olía a cañeria muchisimo, nos dijeron q irian a verlo pero no apareció nadie, x lo q bajamos a cambiar de cuarto y nos lo cambiaron. La 215 sin problema ninguno. La cama un poco blanda para mi gusto, pero nada q ver con la habitacion anterior.

They shut down air conditioning at night. How is a person supposed to sleep? The glasses were not clean. Have attached pictures. Called them several times to get toiletries but instead of getting it to our room they asked me to pick it up from the reception. Are you for real? No hand wash available. No shampoo and conditioner. No face tissues. Why are we paying so much money for nothing?

Rooms were bigger but Too many Mosquitoes. My son got lot of bug bites and wasted our 1 day due to illness added extra coat for medication related bug bites .we have a dietary restrictions and need a working freez but did not get any service to solve the issue or replace with the working freeze. Overall not a good experience.

Hotel was lovely and the junior suite was perfect size for our family of 4. Everything was clean and spotless. Hotel restaurant has a limited menu for children, so if you're after chicken nuggets for example, you need to book as half board or full board, as that's a different menu! It was about an hour's bicycle ride to the centre from the hotel and 20 mins in taxi :)

Siempre había sido nuestra elección fuera del centro, pero después de esta estancia y acercándonos al calor me lo voy a pensar. Resulta que a nuestra llegada la habitación nos la encontramos mal cerrada (puerta entreabierta) lo cual no nos hizo mucha gracia. Pero lo peor fue encontrarnos con un calor asfixiante, con la calefacción al máximo a nuestra llegada. Apago el termostato y nos vamos. Al volver de noche para descansar seguía haciendo un calor espantoso. Viendo que no atinábamos a poner el termostato más fresco acudimos a recepción, donde nos dan la respuesta: “abrid las ventanas”. Se nos comenta que la calefacción es central y que no pueden bajarla ahora mismo puesto que tarda 2 días en regularse, que lo más que nos pueden decir es que lo apaguemos todo y abramos las ventanas. A 25 graditos en Sevilla en marzo y sin poder dormir de calor. Qué dejarán para más adelante cuando empiece a apretar. Sin duda muy desagradable la estancia esta vez. Para pensárselo

Hotel is little old, for instance you don’t see any coffee maker, iron box. But spacious, convenient, clean, close to local bus transportation, food in the hotel is very good. Breakfast good, courteous staff, I recommend it if you don’t worry about coffee maker and iron box, I stayed 4 nights.

Çalışanlar doğru düzgün ingilizce bilmiyorlar, hiç güler yüzlü ve yardımcı değiller. Resepsiyonda, restoranda her yerde uzun sıralar oluyor çalışanların yavaşlığı yüzünden. Dışarıda yer alan meydan o kadar gürültücü insanlarla dolu ki özellikle çocuklu iseniz asla rahat edemezsiniz.

LOVED Hotel Vertice! Diego and his staff were so friendly and accommodating after our 19-hour flight. Comfy beds and delicious breakfast. The front desk even called to check up on us to make sure everything was alright. Once the A/C kicked in, I slept like a baby. Parking was pretty cheap and there was plenty of room to maneuver. Great tapas nearby, too! I will definitely be staying there again. Diego and team, keep up the great work and thank you for all that you do!

We only stayed here one night and it was beautiful! Everything was working, no bad smells, comfortable beds and the staff was courteous and friendly. I left my purse in the dining area. I went back a few minutes later and they had saved my bag. Overall, I’d definitely go back for a longer stay!

They wanted you to go to the lobby every single time to stamp your parking pass so you could get out of the property that was annoying, but it really wasn’t necessary. There was a way for you to do it without having to go to the front desk. As all locations in Europe, you couldn’t get coffee until 830 and unless you were actually eating at the buffet, they didn’t know how to sell your coffee there. The lobby did have a machine where you could get espresso, but you had to have One euro in coins or else you couldn’t get coffee. There was a cafeteria nearby that we were able to get coffee at 7:30 in the morning luckily

Solo 3 cosas a comentar: 1.- Siendo elevadores inteligentes, donde se selecciona el piso antes de ingresar al carro del elevador y siendo una torre de apenas 11 plantas, no entiendo como los elevadores son tan exageradamente lentos, subir y bajar al piso 3 era desesperante 2.- Somos una familia de 4, lo menos que esperaria la pareja seria una cama matrimonial y los niños en camas individuales, sin embargo la habitacion estaba configurada asi: dos camas indivudiales en una habitacion (las cuales juntaron para 'crear' una matrimonial) y en la 'sala' colocaron una individual y convirtieron el sofa-cama para los niños 3.- Es cierto que el desayuno es buffet, pero me parece exagerado 12€ para la calidad de la comida servida, es mejor comer en los alrededores
