Pluses: - Great location. All major sights in walking distance. - Lovingly prepared breakfast. - One of the best bandwidths for the Wifi I have ever experienced in a hotel. - On premise underground parking availble (off-premise parking close to impossible in that area) Minuses: - The mattresses were not in good shape. The beds were not fixed on the ground and tended to shift during the night. - If your car is large (SUV or similar), manoeuvering inside the underground garage challenging. Would book again, but make it a point to get a smaller rental car.

Todo estupendo. Localización inmejorable para visitas turísticas, se hace todo paseando…Parking disponible y pintoresco, se baja y sube el coche en ascensor… Hotel cómodo, limpio, y con muy buen servicio. Solo faltaba el bidé, para mí muy importante para una comodidad completa.

L'accès à l'hôtel en véhicule est très difficile. Même si nous avions réservé un stationnement à l'hôtel, nous avons dû nous garer notre voiture dans un stationnement public à environ 800 mètres de l'hôtel. Tout le reste est excellent.

We had a very good stay. The hotel parking was a bonus however it was interesting as the parking required that the car had to be driven into a car elevator. Apparently, in the old town part of Seville, the car elevator scenario is common. The front desk staff were very accommodating and very helpful. Our triple room was clean and comfortable.

Great location with supermarkets, cute restaurants and bars, and the tourist attractions nearby. Lovely buffet breakfast. The only thing to say is the hotel’s on-site parking. With my expertise, it was impossible to park so we used a public parking lot which hotel staff recommended.

Location is amazing. Clean and very helpful staff. Room was always tidy up and ready each day. We stayed with 2 children and they were very comfortable in bunk beds. Breakfast was Beyond excellent we looked forward to all the delish and healthy options. AC was big problem on the top floor ( I think it was 3rd) because that floor was not as insulated as the floors below so it was hot and the AC could not cool enough in the very hot June weather, family staying in the other floors were perfectly cooled. So ask for lower rooms. Other than that inconvenience I would totally go back knowing this. It was a lovely little hotel and VERY helpful staff.

Employees were amazing! Very helpful to us with parking our SUV via the tiny elevator lift. The hotel, however, is not 4-star. Moldy shower, no A/C, smelled of mold, not a single luxury beyond the room with a coffee maker. Safe place, great location.

Nice hotel located in a convenient location. Rooms were spacious enough for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and water pressure in shower was good. Only downside was that water in the shower spilled out easily making bath rugs useless. Hotel was close to major attractions like the Cathedral and Alcazar. Lots of good tapas restaurants nearby. It's also a 10 minute walk to the EA bus stop that goes to/from airport. Would stay again.

Uitstekende locatie om Sevilla te verkennen. Prima ontbijt met zeker voldoende keuze uit verse producten. Goede bedden en dito beddengoed. Enige echte nadeel vonden wij de geluidisolatie Wanneer je een zwakke slaper bent raad ik je aan te slapen met oordoppen. Wij sliepen aan de straatkant op het 2de verdiep, en hadden erg last van de omgevingsgeluiden buiten. (gaande van het ledigen van glascontainers tot het laden en lossen van goederen. Dit telkens tussen 1u en 6u 's ochtends)

I stayed in the single bed room. It was a bit tiny but was clean and comfortable for one night. I liked the breakfast buffet very much. They had a variety of fresh juices. The location was also very good. 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar and 15 minutes walk to Santa Cruz neighbourhood.

Hotel was clean and very central, we enjoyed our stay however the room felt like a bit of a jail cell. The bathroom was really nice but the room had no furniture to put things even though there was plenty of room. We were a family of four, our room had the typical two-twin beds pushed together and set of bunk beds. They were comfortable however really close together and the bunk beds half covered the small single window in the room. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Localização excelente, cafe da manhã idem! Teríamos tido uma impressão completamente errada sobre Sevilla se não tivéssemos saído do Pétit Palace para ir para outro hotel, onde no caso fomos muito melhor tratados. Estávamos em lua de mel e havíamos pago a diferença para cama queen, chegando no quarto eram dois colchões de solteiro, ao questionar gentilmente a recepção não nos foi nem olhado nos olhos. A primeira resposta é que camas de casal estavam para “prioritários” depois vendo que foi falado “errado” corrigiram para “falta de espaço”. Problemas acontecem, inclusive lotação, mas o que não pode acontecer é o tratamento rude, as pessoas nunca esquecem da forma como são tratadas.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Rooms are good size and clean. Enjoyed our stay there. I would suggest a few small improvements for the property. Free tea and coffee available from 1 PM onwards. Why not from the morning? The machine is already there. Just turn it on. Guests will appreciate it. We were a party of 3. But there was not enough cups/glasses for 3 people in the room. We mentioned to front desk but still didn’t get the 3rd cup/glass. Minor item but if I am paying for 3 people, I do expect services for 3 people.

I liked the staff most of all. All friendly, courteous, interactive - even when I wasn’t , as I have bipolar disorder, they all made me feel seen heard and held. I even bought the team a thank you gift as a gesture of good will and gratitude and to somehow give back a little of what they did for me. An excellent choice of hotel and a marvellous example set by the hotel team. Muy bien! :)

Quaint boutique hotel in the best location. Everything you need is around the corner from the hotel: restaurants, cafe, shopping, Seville cathedral. Street are very narrow in Seville so cabs will generally drop you off at the end of the block. We loved Seville so much and the proximity of this hotel to everything.

Hôtel vétuste… on sort d’un 4etoiles à Grenade… là il en manque clairement 2… pas ou peu de déco, les couloirs ressemblent à ceux d’une vieille clinique, le petit dej est servi dans une pièce minuscule où on a jamais pu mangé les 4 à la même table mais 2 à une table et 2 à une autre après 20mn d’attente… réponse du personnel : fallait venir plus tôt c’est le rush. En gros entre 9h et 10h30 c’est la cata… pas du tout raccord avec la vie à Séville, il faudrait venir à 8:00 ! Le buffet se trouve là où sort le personnel donc il faut faire très attention ! La chambre est basique, et bruyante, j’entend le gars du dessus faire pipi la nuit ! vieille télé grundig, salle de bain d’hôpital sans déco ! Le toit terrasse = quelques chaises en plastique et une ou deux tables basses. Pas d’ombre… pas de service de bar… le petit patio très lumineux n’est pas du tout mis en valeur avec seulement trois ou quatre canapés bien fatigués et tout simplement moches… bref très très décevant surtout que c’est l’hôtel le plus cher de notre trip car on voulait se faire plaisir à Séville ! C’est raté ! Je ne recommande pas cette établissement sauf pour l’emplacement hyper centre et le parking. Attention 4 étoiles sans voiturier, il faut pas se planter pour rentrer la voiture dans l’ascenseur du parking… non définitivement c’est raté. C’est un tout tout petit palace… désolée… très rare que je poste un avis aussi négatif… à la hauteur de la déception…
