The entire Hotel structure is amazing, from Bedrooms to facilities, hotel is inside a complex with several restaurants, shopping mall and convention center. Staff is always ready to serve. Really liked one amenity: they offer guests a "comfort room" to have a shower of you arrive too early before check in, or if you check out and will fly late, you can use this room to freshen up before you go, considering the HEAT of the town, that is a great add on.

What an excellent hotel. From the doormen that greet you as you enter to the reception and all the other staff, the treatment was wonderfull. The room was big and amazing with a wonderfull view. The bathroom was also large with everything you could possibly need. We had a club lounge room and the service there was superb. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We especially liked the food and drink there, it was so good. We will certainly return to the Fairmont should we go back to Singapore.

I always love a Fairmont- wonderful room with a comfortable bed, robe & slippers, & amenities like a well-appointed gym. This one in particular has a fantastic location attached to a high-end mall with tons of food options, an MRT stop, and across the street from one of the hop on-hop off bus stops. Also walkable to the Gardens by the Bay if you stay hydrated! It took me about 25 min to walk there. The staff were also fabulous and so thoughtful: for example they noticed one morning I’d bought a large take out coffee so they left me extra coffee pods & creamers in my room for the next day! I didn’t even have to ask. They also left me little gifts like towel animals & orchid blossoms to make me smile & really feel special.

We had an excellent stay. The property was conveniently located to great dining and shopping options, as well as transportation to the bus tours. Our room had an exceptionally beautiful view of the marina and surrounding city. The workout facilities was good while the pool was adequately prepared for the avid lap swimmer, as well as the family swim. All in all too short of a time for a very comfortable stay.

Loved our stay at the Fairmont. The room was large and spacious. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us and another family with early check in and placing our room side by side. We only stayed two nights but wished we stayed longer. Only down side is that the pools are not big enough for all the guests to comfortably enjoy as there were many people with families mixed with corporate/business guests as well.

This was by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The rooms were big, comfortable, clean with a balcony to boot. The staff was amazing, very responsive, human (not recorded bots for wake up calls!) The only areas I see for improvement would be the carpets were dingy in the elevators and Asia Grand restaurant attached to the hotel was not great. I was not expecting Michelin standards but at least adequate to good in terms of quality in a high caliber hotel. The food was sub-par, some dim sum was overcooked and clearly looked old, it needs a shake up to measure to the others, Prego and Mikuni were quite good.

Majority of staff could not do enough for you . Pool/bar staff were abit of a disappointment . They could brush up on there customer service skill and pay abit more attentiin to the cleaniness around the pool taking into account this was a 5 star hotel. Room clean staff were amazing . All staff from cleaners to managers were friendly and willing to accommodate all requests. The property is well maintained and has a great pool area. The decor is "international bland" and could be more reflective of Singapore culture. Breakfast buffet at the Asian Market restaurant was excellent.

Great family stay. We stayed for 10 nights in an Ambassador suite. Great service and staff. Good selection of restaurants in the hotel as well as all the food places in the Raffles shopping centre and in the local area. We will be back for sure! The hotel is showing a few signs of wear such as the lifts and the rooms but nothing too shabby to drop the star rating.

Rooms are super hot ac sucks, only can go to 20 degree and never gets there. Drinking water is warm filtered water. No room for own drinks in mini fridge. Duvet is for winter super thick. Live in northern Canada and would never use a big Duvet like the one there.

This was my family’s first time in Singapore and our stay at Fairmont did not disappoint. Although it’s quite busy in the lobby the staff checked us in quickly and the rooms were very quiet. We loved that the hotel was connected to a large mall - Raffles City mall and you could access city hall MRT through there without having to set foot outside. The room was spacious, well thought out and comfortable. Would stay here again, thanks.

Friendly professional staff. Classy, pleasing environment. Beautiful room with excellent housekeeping. We had a medical situation that the staff managed very quickly and discreetly (emergency surgery!), and they followed up several times afterward to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful well done and perfect venue for our trip to this beautiful city. Room was amazing as well as the staff who maintained it. Really good job and water by bed every night and slippers nice touch. Only flaw if I found reception cold and staff not warm ...but everywhere else awesome. Venus worth it

Super Great Service by the front desk staff. They were extremely cordial and accommodating upon my arrival at 5:45 AM from overnight international flights of 25 hours. They arranged an early check-in as a room was available. Sleep in the luxurious bed was much appreciated. The Fairmont property was well located and convenient to many areas we explored during my first trip to SIngapore. The property was connected to a shopping center and all the dining options available as a mini "Hawking Center" in the mall's basement levels. The MRT subway system station was also directly accessible with a station through the shopping center basement which we utilized during the trip.

We had a great stay at Fairmont. Loved the view from the balcony. Breakfast that was included as part of the stay was quite good. We had plenty of options to choose from. Overall a great experience. Special mention to Robert who welcomed us at the entrance. He was quite helpful with any assistance we required.

Nice big room with amazing views .The staff very helpful and we particularly enjoyed the tapas bar on the ground floor , the staff here were very friendly and happy to advise on wines and cocktails . Central to most sightseeing attractions . The breakfast amazing , everything you could want .

The hotel was beautiful, and the room was very spacious. The only criticism is that the barista coffee at Prego was not nice. The milk wasn't frothed properly, and the coffee was either very watery or tasted like warm milk.
