Clean room excellent shower the davidoff cigar Lounge was the highlight. Staff was friendly and competent. Breakfast was I would say in my opinion a little below the standard of a five-star German hotel and also below the standard of other steigenberger hotels.

An sich ein schönes Hotel, jedoch sind einige Dinge schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Schwimmbad war leider geschlossen. Im Zimmer waren zb die WC Spülung nicht mehr fest. Das Thermostat im Bad war auch locker. Und noch ein paar andere Kleinigkeiten.

We found this hotel to be very nice during our stay and conveinent to the train station and the Christmas market. The only thing that we did not care for was the smell of cigar smoke in the lobby and hallways due to the cigar bar on property.

Loved the Davidoff cigar lounge and drink service. Sauna was small but good. Fitness was small but adequate. Breakfast was subpar for 5 star German standards. Also, meats, cheeses, eggs were mixed together on same serving areas making vegetarians like myself unable to enjoy anything but bread, yogurt and coffee. I stay here about 5 or 6 times a year and I have mentioned this every time to management. The meat should be clearly separated from non-meat items and that includes chicken which the girl in the morning told me was not meat. Let's just try to keep all the animal flesh products away from non-animal flesh.

Location excellent near the train station. Extremely comfortable spacious room with a small separate sitting area. Service was great. Good sized lobby. Breakfast as excellent. Large choice of food and there were some regional baked goods we enjoyed that we had never seen anywhere else in Germany. Very relaxing sauna. We were only there for one night. Unfortunately, it is the little things that stick in our minds. The soap container in the shower was empty. What a pleasure to discover when you are all wet in the shower. We were desperate for a cup of coffee when we arrived in the room but couldn’t get the Nespresso machine working. Housekeeping sent up a worker. It took him 15 minutes to figure out how to do it as the machine was probably on its last legs. The problem was getting the capsule to sit at exactly a certain angle in order for it to work. He showed us what to do. My husband couldn’t do it, didn’t have a delicate enough touch. I did. These were minor issues, but in an expensive hotel. We were each given a free cup of coffee as we sat in the lounge in the late afternoon waiting for our train.

Die Sauberkeit und das Personal ist wirklich Spitze. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Schade ist, dass der Pool nicht mehr geöffnet wird. Dies war auch ein Grund das Hotel zu wählen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet.

In our extensive travels, I have never seen such impeccable attention to detail and cleanliness. The chrome in the shower sparkled. The housekeeping staff should be commended for their exceptional work. Front desk staff exceptionally professional and helpful, and the hotel is an absolute delight!

Very clean room. Slightly warm in the winter but had a “cool” mode that helped a little. All in all the staff was wonderful and the room was excellent. Even had a “pillow menu” to pick the type of pillow you’d like.

Trotz meines Status bekam ich keinen Upgrad angeboten. Im Zimmer war die Toilette nicht vollständig gereinigt, was wir dann erledigten und die Betten waren leider 2 Einzelbetten obwohl ein King-Size Bett gebucht wurde. Wir hatten schon bessere Aufenthalte in diesem Hotel, diesmal leider nicht. Wir hoffen zukünftig wieder auf schönere und bessere Aufenthalte in diesem Haus.

Good location, clean, high friendly service, good breakfast. We really liked our stay. Pity the station across the street is under (long term) renovation, although you don’t hear anything. But you can’t open a window and the room is very warm and can’t be cooled more then a few degrees. Also, the sofa bed (for the kids) was very old and sqeecky. No real nice bar, unless you like cigars. A swimming pool would have been great. So, a good one if you ever want to visit a classic icon but don’t expect a modern hotel. Also not really suitable for a family with kids.

The Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin hotel was lovely. Although we stayed for one night, the hotel was quiet, well situated (across from the Hbf) and comfortable. The room was spacious. The amenities were useful. The buffet breakfast in the morning had a large variety of options. The hotel staff (especially at the front desk) were extremely polite and communicated well. Thank you !

Check-In war etwas harzig. Und was jedes Mal passiert es wird die depotgebühr von 80 € erhoben, was auch okay ist. Aber jedes Mal buchen sie ohne Einwilligung einfach 175 € ab obwohl das Zimmer bereits bezahlt ist. Das ist ein No-Go

1)Paid £456 for 1 night stay (increased prices during football tournament) 2)Journey started from Glasgow at 3am 3)Arrive hotel 11am 4) Not permitted to check in at 3pm - stated policy check in time 5) Not even permitted to check in at 6:30pm. 6) Could not use property facilities (spa, shower, pool) that we had paid for 7) Due to attending the football game, we were not premitted to access our room until 11pm. 8) Arrive to the room to find feather bedding despite requests for hypoallergenic bedding (sister has allergy and asthma). 9) 30mins later - we were given duvets without covers and one thin pillow each. 10) No sofa bed as stated online so had to share a bed which resulted in 11) Hours sleep as a result 3hours in 36hrs 12) Too exhausted from the day before to get up in time for breakfast. 13) No offer of even a free drink at the bar but they were happy to let us spend it. All of this and I have been told I don't meet the conditions for a partial or full refund. I’m being refused even the offer of a partial refund. I’m looking forward to returning to Germany but will never stay with this hotel group. They treated us like cattle in transit. I’m disgusted with with their and Expedia’s management of this

Reception team were outstanding! Responding quickly to any correspondence I sent and held a package when it arrived earlier than I arrived. They were wonderful and arranged an early check in for us as we had experienced an awful overnight journey on the train. They were also very helpful on any questions I had and even gave assistance in finding a nail salon quickly

In the best tradition of grand hotels by train stations, the Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin is just across the street from the Stuttgart Main Train Station. Very convenient to pedestrian mall shopping. Inside the hotel is quiet, spatious, well appointed. Excellent morning buffet.

Great location across from main train station, with quick access to SBahn and UBahn lines. Room was really nice and rainfall shower was refreshing. Breakfast, though not inexpensive, was good with made-to-order items also available. Right on the main shopping district, with plenty of dining options and cultural sites as well.

Loved it!!! Everything from the first moment we walked into the hotel to check out was delightful. The staff are super-friendly and efficient. Our room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had the best dishes, fruits, and beverages. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. We are very grateful to the staff. We will stay there again!

Top Hotel - Frühstück jedoch nicht auf 5-Sterne-Niveau (Buffet war ständig leer, zudem mussten wir uns zu anderen Gästen an den Tisch setzen, da es zu voll war. Personal beim Frühstück war überfordert und unaufmerksam. Die Qualität am Buffet war eher durchschnittlich, die Auswahl an sich aber gut)

A first class Hotel in every respect. Large room which even had a walk in closet, as well as a desk for work, sitting room , spacious bedroom and immaculate bathroom.delicious breakfasts with very efficient service. We would recommend this Hotel to anyone on its own account, but also the very close vicinity for Railway Station, cabs and underground.

El hotel está bien localizado. Todo limpio y ordenado. Lo único que no recomiendo es comer el desayuno en el hotel. Te cobran €29 por persona y no deberían de cobrar ni €10. Muy poca comida en el buffet y nada de gran calidad.
