Bei Ankunft teilte ich mit, dass ich mit meinem Hund anreise woraufhin die Angestellte zu mir meinte das ich das Hotel hätte darüber informieren müssen. In dem Hotelzimmer seien keine Hunde erlaubt, weswegen sie statt 15 € auf einmal 30 € haben wollte. Da auf Hotels.com jedoch deutlich für die Unterkunft steht, dass Hunde erlaubt sind ohne vorher Rücksprache zu halten, habe ich als Gast sogar angeboten mir ein „schlechtes Zimmer zu geben“ und wollte denen entgegen kommen. Da alle anderen Zimmer ausgebucht waren habe ich aber das Zimmer bekommen. Ihre Art und Weise wie sie mit mir gesprochen hat war unmöglich und absolut nicht kundenfreundlich. Vor allem da ganz klar und deutlich dort stand das Hunde erlaubt wären. Dann muss man dort reinschreiben für welche Zimmer dies gilt. Und dann noch zu behaupten, dass ich den Hund vorher anmelden muss, obwohl dies dort auch nirgendwo steht. Desweiteren sah das Zimmer auch nicht hochwertig oder neuwertig aus, sodass man verstehen könnte, wieso Hunde da nicht rein sollten. Unter dem Bett lagen sogar vorne noch Puzzelteile. HO soggiornato in 2 momenti diversi. Il primo in una camera tripla, funzionale per una notte, il secondo in una camera familiare con 2 stanze camera matrimoniale e soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura), un bagno ed un wc per 2 giorni e della quale sono stato veramente soddisfatto. In entrambi i casi la vista era versa la città vecchia. Molto silenzioso e con disponibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il chek-out.

Hotel que admite mascotas con suplemento de 17 euros noche (lo que me parece cexcesivo). Incomprensiblemente el agua (es gratis en Estonia) te la cobran a 2,50 euros una copa y en el mismo hotel te ofrecen en la habitación botellines por 2 euros.

Great hotel to stay at! We had a Premium Room on the 6th floor with great Old Town views. The view over the train station is great as well. Room was spacious and clean, there were 2 little negatives in the bathroom: - the hand towel holder came off the wall - shower is low pressure (but not a deal breaker) We had breakfast and it was plentiful (we’re mostly oatmeal people though), I liked the coffee and the really fluffy cake. We needed to stay an extra night and our room was available and also affordable. They also arranged a taxi for our early departure. Great area to stay, walking distance everywhere.

Bodde på samma hotell förra året och tyckte det var helt ok hotell med bra pris och läge. Men i år bodde vi ett rum som luktade avlopp… det var inte trevligt. Orkade inte tjafsa om det då. Väldigt lyhörd men frukost faktiskt blivit bättre.

Super Lage direkt am Bahnhof, dank gut isolierter Fenster dennoch sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Das Team ist freundlich und das Frühstück gut, auch wenn die Auswahl überschaubar ist. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und sauber.

Sehr gute Lage, man ist in ein paar Minuten in der Altstadt und auf dem Markt. Saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Frühstück in Ordnung. Alles okay, würde hier wieder übernachten.

Room was good.We reserved a standard double bed, instead we got a 2 single beds. So that was a problem. Also breakfast was ok. There wasn’t much variety. But its quite ok. It would be better if the staff were more polite, specially when collecting dishes. She just came and collected the plates, without asking. Otherwise the overall experience was good.

I slept really badly here, as there were some clubs with loud music on the other side of the rails through all night. The low bass sounds came through the windows even when they were closed. In addition, the room is really hot and because of the music I couldn’t keep the window open. Luckily there was a small fan, I kept it on the whole night even though it was quite loud too. But it covered the club sounds so that was a plus. The location is really nice as everything on the Telliskivi area is very close. Breakfast was ok, you can definitely get your stomach full. The rooms were basic too, there was no refrigerator or safety box, which I think are quite normal things to have in a room nowadays. Customer service was quite dull, but I did get earplugs from the reception when I went to ask about the loud music during the night.

Location was perfect, next to railway station and just a short walk to old town. But the poor thing was that there were quite much noise from the railway so it was not possible to keep window open at night and there was no air conditioning so we didn't sleep well because of the warm weather. The room was small, modern and clean. The bed was very good to sleep although we didn't have double bed, just two beds together. There was no mini bar or shampoo for hair. Breakfast was very basic, I expected much more. I must say I was a bit disappointed and would't stay here again. But anyway, very basic hotel at reasonable price and good if you don't need air conditioning or breakfast.

Bei Ankunft teilte ich mit, dass ich mit meinem Hund anreise woraufhin die Angestellte zu mir meinte das ich das Hotel hätte darüber informieren müssen. In dem Hotelzimmer seien keine Hunde erlaubt, weswegen sie statt 15 € auf einmal 30 € haben wollte. Da auf Hotels.com jedoch deutlich für die Unterkunft steht, dass Hunde erlaubt sind ohne vorher Rücksprache zu halten, habe ich als Gast sogar angeboten mir ein „schlechtes Zimmer zu geben“ und wollte denen entgegen kommen. Da alle anderen Zimmer ausgebucht waren habe ich aber das Zimmer bekommen. Ihre Art und Weise wie sie mit mir gesprochen hat war unmöglich und absolut nicht kundenfreundlich. Vor allem da ganz klar und deutlich dort stand das Hunde erlaubt wären. Dann muss man dort reinschreiben für welche Zimmer dies gilt. Und dann noch zu behaupten, dass ich den Hund vorher anmelden muss, obwohl dies dort auch nirgendwo steht. Desweiteren sah das Zimmer auch nicht hochwertig oder neuwertig aus, sodass man verstehen könnte, wieso Hunde da nicht rein sollten. Unter dem Bett lagen sogar vorne noch Puzzelteile. Richtig sauber gemacht wurde vom Vorgast wohl also auch nicht mal.

Room was good.We reserved a standard double bed, instead we got a 2 single beds. So that was a problem. Also breakfast was ok. There wasn’t much variety. But its quite ok. It would be better if the staff were more polite, specially when collecting dishes. She just came and collected the plates, without asking. Otherwise the overall experience was good.

We had a late arrival about which i written to the hotel in advance. We arrived at 23.50 to the hotel but it didnt work to check in. After all the tries of the receptioner she let us in with her own key. The room was small but nice. I recommend the hotel if you need to use train to travel in Estonia next morning.

I slept really badly here, as there were some clubs with loud music on the other side of the rails through all night. The low bass sounds came through the windows even when they were closed. In addition, the room is really hot and because of the music I couldn’t keep the window open. Luckily there was a small fan, I kept it on the whole night even though it was quite loud too. But it covered the club sounds so that was a plus. The location is really nice as everything on the Telliskivi area is very close. Breakfast was ok, you can definitely get your stomach full. The rooms were basic too, there was no refrigerator or safety box, which I think are quite normal things to have in a room nowadays. Customer service was quite dull, but I did get earplugs from the reception when I went to ask about the loud music during the night.

Great hotel to stay at! We had a Premium Room on the 6th floor with great Old Town views. The view over the train station is great as well. Room was spacious and clean, there were 2 little negatives in the bathroom: - the hand towel holder came off the wall - shower is low pressure (but not a deal breaker) We had breakfast and it was plentiful (we’re mostly oatmeal people though), I liked the coffee and the really fluffy cake. We needed to stay an extra night and our room was available and also affordable. They also arranged a taxi for our early departure. Great area to stay, walking distance everywhere.

Location was perfect, next to railway station and just a short walk to old town. But the poor thing was that there were quite much noise from the railway so it was not possible to keep window open at night and there was no air conditioning so we didn't sleep well because of the warm weather. The room was small, modern and clean. The bed was very good to sleep although we didn't have double bed, just two beds together. There was no mini bar or shampoo for hair. Breakfast was very basic, I expected much more. I must say I was a bit disappointed and would't stay here again. But anyway, very basic hotel at reasonable price and good if you don't need air conditioning or breakfast.

The key code to get in the elevator, stairs, and the room did not work during the entire stay. Only two lights in the room worked. Windows looked out on commuter train, so had to keep curtains closed. Check-in was poor because the system was down. You check in and then wait for a key code to be emailed to you. That took a long time and still didn’t work to open doors. Cleanliness was fine, but the curtains had stains and surfaces were worn. Just OK. Convenient location.
