Also die Lage ist super - die Rooftop-Hotel-Bar auch, aber dann hört es bald auf und es landet bei der Mittelmässigkeit - Preis/Leistung: Naja. Wir haben die Junior Suite gebucht, mit Balkon - Balkon gab es keinen, weil offenbar nur die Standard-Zimmer mit Balkon bestückt sind (wo ist die Logik?) - wir haben uns entschieden, das Standardzimmer zu nehmen - natürlich gab es keine Preisdifferenz-Rückerstattung. Kann ich nachvollziehen, weil wir über einen Drittanbieter gebucht haben, aber irgendeinen Bar-Voucher hätte man uns geben können - oder einen Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon… Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstücksbuffet ist okay, mehr nicht… beim nächsten Aufenthalt würde ich wohl ein anderes Hotel versuchen

Very good value for money, close to the center of things, a bit noise from the street, but not too noisy for us, ask for a back room if your sensitive, staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very nice, hotel parking underground for those who need it. The location was ok. Not near enough attractions like the Google map indicated. Did not realize the hotel was going to have cruise ship guests. Elevators quite small and hard to share when a lot of cruise guests check in en masse.

Dilimizi bilen birinin girişte bizi karşılanması çok hoştu.Resepsiyon görevlileri ifadesiz ve soğuk olsa da , havuzun orda yer alan restaurantta siparişleri servis eden bayan güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve son derece nazikti.Kahvaltı iyi sayılabilir.Otoparkının olması en güzel yanlarından biriydi.Oda mobilyaları eski tarz olsa da kötü değildi.Banyo ve yerler çok temizdi.Konumu harika.Sigara içilir oda da küllük bulunmaması garipti.Personel resepsiyon çalışanları dışında çok iyiydi.

Very nice hotel in a great location - walk to tourist center is manageable. Lobby is super nice with pleasant and attentive staff and a lovely cafe. 9th floor has an incredible bar with a breathtaking view of the city. Pool area is also terrific - super clean and well cared for. Will return!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Freundlichkeit der MitarbeiterInnen macht diesen Markel wieder wett. Ich habe mir vom Holiday Inn in Thessaloniki deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und wirkt insgesamt heruntergekommen. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft leider nicht sauber – überall Flecken, besonders auf dem Bett, und es wimmelte nur so von Stechmücken. Nach Reklamation konnten wir zwar das Zimmer wechseln, aber der erste Eindruck war leider nicht mehr zu retten. Auch das Personal war eher reserviert und nicht besonders hilfsbereit. Zusätzlich haben wir für einen Tiefgaragenplatz bezahlt, unser Auto wurde aber lediglich draußen auf einer zwar abgeschlossenen, aber offenen Fläche abgestellt – das entspricht nicht dem, was man bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde. Wer hier echte 5-Sterne-Qualität erwartet, wird enttäuscht – die Sterne scheinen in erster Linie auf dem Papier zu existieren. Ich würde das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

The first room we got was very hot. The air conditioner only worked on heating and it was hard to breathe. They were very kind and changed us to a room on the back side of the hotel, where there is no direct sun and the room does not heat up that much. They helped us with everything we needed. The maids were nice and kind.

We did not end up going as we inadvertently booked one month before hand and both Expedia and the hotel refused to fix the problem, and adjust the date, so we lost $600. It was a non refundable booking and I noticed as soon as I received confirmation. Expedia tried to help but they blamed the hotel policy. When I called the hotel, they blamed Expedia. It was impossible to change. Yeah right! I bet if I was someone important they would. So I won't be using Expedia again. This should be illegal. We paid $600 for no services.

We had a lovely time, it’s in a great location for everything you want to do. Even meeting points for days out are with in walking distance. The only time we got a cab was to visit the old prison in the old town and that was because it’s up a very steep hill but we walked back down with no problems. The staff are extremely helpful and polite.

Cet hotel Holiday Inn n’a pas les caractéristiques d’un hotel 5 étoiles par un manque de maintenance évident: safebox , télé ne fonctionnaient pas d’où un changement de chambre. Dans les 3 chambres que j’ai occupé, les toilettes dégagent une odeur d’urine permanente. D’autre part le petit-déjeuner est trés médiocre.
