This is a great property with a quiet location, steps from Creekside Gondola. We came during Crankworx, and it was nice to be away from the overcrowded Whistler Village. We especially liked the easy underground parking with plenty of free EV charging spots available. It also has easy access to bike/ski trails, close to stores and bus stop. We stayed for 6 days, purchased groceries, and did a lot of cooking and meal prep. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed and bedding were more comfortable than what I have at home. We slept really well here. We hope to stay here again on a future trip.

Room was clean and spacious. Property was undergoing exterior renovations so there was scaffolding setup in the pool area and trades walking around etc. Not the end of the world and all properties need improvements just wish it wasn't the weekend we were there lol. Apart from that, was a good time and place was good. Will be back.

An annual favorite for our family w great ski in and ski out access, big two-bedroom rooms and quiet yet festive location. This year, 2023, one of their hot tubs wasn’t working but it wasn’t that crowded pre-Xmas so didn’t affect our stay.

Even though it was a busy week (spring break), we didn’t hear much noise in our room. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Beautifully appointed, lots of towels and kitchenware. Large rooms and comfy beds. Nice pool, hot tub, fitness facility, steam room and shared BBQ area, all at ground level. Ideal ski in and ski out location and short walk to groceries, bakery and coffee shop. We hope to stay at First Tracks again!

Great hotel with comfortable beds and nice jacuzzi/heated pool area. Little less than 10 minutes from main Whistler village. You can either drive to village or take bus(bus cost 2.50 per person each way).

This was our fourth time staying at this property due to fact the rooms feel large and airy and are great for families. We decided to come in an off season time for a change. We had two large rooms with ensuites and plenty of storage space. This property is always clean and the pool and two hot tubs are warm and clean. The communal bbq area is handy as well. This was our first time facing the back of the property, which could be good if you want more privacy and quiet, but we would have preferred seeing our older kids in the pool area in the evening. Unfortunately, the peace was interrupted both mornings by power tools/saw in an adjacent suite being restored. We were not given notification about this. Our other irritation was asking for a later checkout time of 12 vs 11. We asked the eve prior and the morning of checkout, only to be told it’s up to housekeeping. Since we were only one of three cars in the parking lot, we thought it wouldn’t be an issue, but housekeeping said no. Parking is extra charge at checkout. Our stay this time wasn’t the 5 star it has been in the past. Good hotel if you’re looking for more space for the high prices paid visiting Whistler area. Keep in mind that Creekside is quiet area that is further away from Whistler village and you will need to take transit or drive and pay for parking if wishing to do activities there. Coffee shop and grocery store are within walking distance.

This was our 2nd time staying here, with the last one being 4 years ago. We booked a two bedroom 2 bathroom unit that sleeps 6. We were given a unit on the 1st floor. The unit was very nice and clean and did have sleeping for 6 and room for 6 at the dining table, but only seating for 4 around the TV/fireplace, which was very inconvenient. The worst thing about our stay was that the dishes all seemed to have a dirty, rotten smell to them. We ended up putting them all in the dishwasher and afterwards they smelled clean and usable again. Clearly these were not washed previously and this is unacceptable. Hopefully, this was a one time event. The last thing at this property is the parking garage is very poor and only has a few spots for larger SUV’s. We definitely preferred the parking at Legends over this one, along with the larger bike storage room. Otherwise, the property was fine.

We had a such a lovely relaxing time. Max at the front desk was a great host and very accommodating. Our room was very clean and which is so pertinent to an enjoyable stay.We had a beautiful view from our room and it was very peaceful. Creek side market is handy and has great healthy meals to pick up with minimal prep needed. This was a wonderful getaway and very stress free and just what we needed.And what a beautiful drive in the sea-to -sky highway.We look forward to returning soon! Thank you for all the quality and hard work all the staff contribute. Much Appreciated!

We have been staying at First Tracks for yours and we have always loved the units and the location. However the building is over twenty years and some of the furnishings in the units are showing it. I think they need to upgrade some of the furniture.

Everything was great until the last night, a rude maintenance worker confronted me inappropriately. I had called the front desk (there is no actual front desk on the property) to see if I could order food in, given that I could not leave the room (small child sleeping in room). They said no problem, they would buzz in the delivery person to have them come to my room. That did not go as planned, and eventually a maintenance worker showed up with a sub and angry lecture that I have to go to the lobby to get food. I tried to explain that I did in fact ask the front desk and he stormed off without apology for his belligerent attitude.

We had a such a lovely relaxing time. Max at the front desk was a great host and very accommodating. Our room was very clean and which is so pertinent to an enjoyable stay.We had a beautiful view from our room and it was very peaceful. Creek side market is handy and has great healthy meals to pick up with minimal prep needed. This was a wonderful getaway and very stress free and just what we needed.And what a beautiful drive in the sea-to -sky highway.We look forward to returning soon! Thank you for all the quality and hard work all the staff contribute. Much Appreciated!

Everything was amazing except a rude and confrontational maintenance worker on Sunday night, which put a bad taint on an otherwise excellent visit. I called the front desk if I could have food delivered at night, but without leaving my room as I had a young child sleeping. I was told it would not be a problem they would buzz them in. But the driver couldn't figure out the rather complex routine expected of him (no front desk exists on the property and the lobby is always locked). Apparently the front desk called the maintenance worker (I did not) who showed up angrily at my door and lectured me that I need to go to the lobby to get food. He was very rude and belligerent.

This is a great property with a quiet location, steps from Creekside Gondola. We came during Crankworx, and it was nice to be away from the overcrowded Whistler Village. We especially liked the easy underground parking with plenty of free EV charging spots available. It also has easy access to bike/ski trails, close to stores and bus stop. We stayed for 6 days, purchased groceries, and did a lot of cooking and meal prep. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed and bedding were more comfortable than what I have at home. We slept really well here. We hope to stay here again on a future trip.

Everything was great until the last night, a rude maintenance worker confronted me inappropriately. I had called the front desk (there is no actual front desk on the property) to see if I could order food in, given that I could not leave the room (small child sleeping in room). This was our fourth time staying at this property due to fact the rooms feel large and airy and are great for families. We decided to come in an off season time for a change. We had two large rooms with ensuites and plenty of storage space. This property is always clean and the pool and two hot tubs are warm and clean. The communal bbq area is handy as well. This was our first time facing the back of the property, which could be good if you want more privacy and quiet, but we would have preferred seeing our older kids in the pool area in the evening. Unfortunately, the peace was interrupted both mornings by power tools/saw in an adjacent suite being restored. We were not given notification about this. Our other irritation was asking for a later checkout time of 12 vs 11. We asked the eve prior and the morning of checkout, only to be told it’s up to housekeeping. Since we were only one of three cars in the parking lot, we thought it wouldn’t be an issue, but housekeeping said no. Parking is extra charge at checkout. Our stay this time wasn’t the 5 star it has been in the past. Good hotel if you’re looking for more space for the high prices paid visiting Whistler area. Keep in mind that Creekside is quiet area that is further away from Whistler village and you will need to take transit or drive and pay for parking if wishing to do activities there. Coffee shop and grocery store are within walking distance.

Even though it was a busy week (spring break), we didn’t hear much noise in our room. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Beautifully appointed, lots of towels and kitchenware. Large rooms and comfy beds. Nice pool, hot tub, fitness facility, steam room and shared BBQ area, all at ground level. From the hallway carpets to the kitchen cutlery, every detail felt incredibly convenient and well-thought-out—not to mention the crisp fresh air and peaceful surroundings. The only minor addition that would make it absolutely perfect would be a small business nook or quiet workspace for individual work.
Overall, it was an exceptional stay. I’ve stayed at over 20 hotels in BC, and First Tracks Lodge is easily the best one yet. “Room” far, far exceeded my expectations. Room 306 is a luxury suite with Fisher & Paykel appliances, vaulted ceiling w stone fireplace in living room, & much more. Everything was absolutely beautiful and you look down on the pool area. Only downside is that the unit is at the end of a very long hall. Complex has hot tubs, pool, well equipped small gym, everything you could want. I think that complex has individual condos that are rented out by owners. Other units may not be up to this level of luxury.
