Very pleasant stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was under going some renovations but this didn’t affect our stay. We chose a comfy double. It was satisfactory for us. Bit of a gap under the door but this didn’t cause any issue. The breakfast was spot on. Had our welcome drink in bar served by Finley who was most helpful and obliging. I would recommend this hotel as the location couldn’t be better. Only a short walk out the front and you can go through a gate and you’re straight on the long walk !! Very good value for money I thought with the breakfast included and the welcome drink. We parked in the ev spot and used the charger. Very easy to use and spaces were fine. If we were to return I’d look to stay here again.

A lovely property with great staff. Parking was good but you have to book and pay. The dining was convenient and excellent The bathroom, was a little tight. Anyone with long legs would find the appointment a tad awkward. And for those who have mobility issues please note there is no lift at this property. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Great location for town & castle. The hotel was brilliant from arrival to leaving, the lady on reception was so helpful from ensuring we had a parking spot to giving us useful information. Breakfasts were cooked to order and was of a high quality, very tasty. We had dinner on our first night and we were impressed with the festive menu, again of a high standard. Two courses for £35 with a glass of fizz & tea/coffee with mince pies to finish, excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend and would use again if in the same area. Thank you to all the staff P.S The Castle & St George's church are stunning and should not be missed.

Staff were very helpful, although there was significant under-staffing in the dining room with a large group of conference delegates going through all together. Breakfast was good. Parking spaces were in a very constrained area in which manoeuvring was highly challenging when larger cars were parked there. There was a significant risk of not being able to get out when needed. The hotel is directly under the flight path to Heathrow and therefore has almost constant aircraft noise overhead.

Stayed for one night and had a lovely stay a gentle 15 minute walk into town with a lovely park opposite, patking available a bonus. All the staff were friendly, helpful and a welcome drink in the bar a nice tiuch,breakfast was excellent and would thoroughly recommend if your staying in the area .

We had a fabulous stay at the Royal Adelaide hotel. The room was beautiful with a comfy bed. Everything was to a high standard including the stylish bar and restuarant, nothing was too much trouble for the staff who ensured we had everything we needed. There is secure parking which is chargeable and needs booking in advance. The hotel was conveniently located about a 15 walk from Windsor Castle and the town centre where there are numerous cafes, restaurants, pubs and artisan shops as well as most of the usual high street stores. We will definitely stay at the Adelaide again; can’t recommend it highly enough.

Friendly welcome when we arrived,check in very swift. Asked if we wanted to book an evening meal,which was very good. Room comfortable and clean,booked this room as we knew we would be out most of the days. Lovely bath with shower over,nice and clean,towels replenished daily, and White company toiletries Plenty of tea,coffee and hot chocolate in the room. Good space for clothes, iron and ironing board and a safe. Air condition was a blessing as we had some humid weather

We have just returned from a 2 night break in this hotel. Although a little tired in places, we enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel well situated for the castle; the long walk is just across the road. Breakfast was excellent! Overall a good couple of nights away - Many thanks.

Hotel Adelaide is a charming and beautiful boutique hotel close enough to all things Windsor but far enough to be quiet. The staff was wonderful and the included breakfasts were a welcome treat and much appreciated. The only reason I don't rate them a five star is because our room (34) was sooooo extremely small it was difficult for two people to share it. The shower and bathroom were also extremely small. I would not recommned room 34 for any party larger than one person. The other rooms looked much more roomy though.

I realized a few days before my arrival date that I had made a mistake. I called the property and explained my situation. I was told to send an email with my request and I received a response that it was granted. This property is located in a residential area is in walking distance to downtown and Windsor Castle. I chose it because of its location and its including a welcome drink and free breakfast. After I arrived before check in time, my room was ready. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very small but cozy enough for one person. The bed was very comfortable. I felt it had sufficient electrical outlets. I enjoyed the tea kettle with coffee and tea selections, free bottled water and packaged cookies provided. It had AC which I appreciated. The hotel had outside and inside rooms including a meeting room in which to relax.

We had a lovely welcome on arrival - all the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Had a delicious breakfast - plenty of choice - cooked freshly for us and well presented. This was our second stay - we would definitely return and recommend.

The staff was amazing. We didn’t get in till 2 am and they were waiting for us. The next morning since we had to caught a flight in the afternoon, they ask if we wanted late checkout and also suggested we do the long walk and it was truly magical. We were in London for less than 24 hours and the service at this hotel made our trip. Thank you and the breakfast was fantastic.

As an overall the hotel was lovely with the majority of the staff lovely except the grumpy women he served us breakfast. The room was clean and finished early so we could check in at 1 which was ideal however it was two single beds pushed together which is disappointing. The bath has a small leak which the staff did offer fix if we moved rooms but it was to late in the evening so we just left it. Overall was a good stay but a few changes would have made it even better

Staff were excellent from start to finish. Reception, catering, room cleaners, all combined together to make this a really 5 star hotel. Wonderful.

Great location for town & castle. The hotel was brilliant from arrival to leaving, the lady on reception was so helpful from ensuring we had a parking spot to giving us useful information. Breakfasts were cooked to order and was of a high quality, very tasty. We had dinner on our first night and we were impressed with the festive menu, again of a high standard. Two courses for £35 with a glass of fizz & tea/coffee with mince pies to finish, excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend and would use again if in the same area. Thank you to all the staff P.S The Castle & St George's church are stunning and should not be missed.

Staff were very helpful, although there was significant under-staffing in the dining room with a large group of conference delegates going through all together. Breakfast was good. Parking spaces were in a very constrained area in which manoeuvring was highly challenging when larger cars were parked there. There was a significant risk of not being able to get out when needed. The hotel is directly under the flight path to Heathrow and therefore has almost constant aircraft noise overhead.

Fantastic hotel and great customer service! Booked for a business event at Windsor Castle that started early and finished late, so had enquired about parking my car there all day. Even with a small car park when I called on the morning they had a space for me and not only that had my room ready to check in. Very friendly staff, lovely comfortable room and very tasty breakfast. The location literally next to the long walk. Staff very accommodating. Our luggage had been lost. They found us charger for cell phones, and supplied early breakfast and set up taxi back to Heathrow. Well done!

Excellent hotel for a stay in Windsor. Our stay was just for one night but we found the location and facilities were excellent. Lots of chices for breakfast. Onsite parking for a fee. Easy walk to Windsor centre and sights.

I loved the charm of this hotel. The location was amazing being across from The Long Walk. it was an easy walk into down and I loved the bar and courtyard area. The breakfast was also very good.

Stayed for one night and had a lovely stay a gentle 15 minute walk into town with a lovely park opposite, patking available a bonus. All the staff were friendly, helpful and a welcome drink in the bar a nice tiuch,breakfast was excellent and would thoroughly recommend if your staying in the area .

Very nice hotel with staff who really try their best to meet your every need. They are friendly and helpful. We liked the complimentary drink. Breakfast is included with your stay and there is a good selection of food to choose from. The hotel has a restaurant that served dinner. Good food. My room was a little small but the bed was comfortable. Some noises at night but not too loud. Close to the attractions we wanted to see. I would stay at this hotel again if I ever go back to Windsor.

This is a lovely hotel with an easy walk to Windsor Castle. The staff was great and the included breakfast had many options. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner in the hotel which was appreciated after a big day of sightseeing
