The airport shuttle was unavailable late at night when my flight came in but the staff called me to say I can just take a taxi to the hotel and they will give the taxi driver a ticket for the ride. Very convenient. Very near the airport too. The front desk staff kindly gave me a room in the ground floor when I requested it as I couldn't really drag my heavy luggage up the stairs. Very clean room. Breakfast on weekends are served later than weekdays. Too bad it was a Saturday and I had to get back to the airport before 7am. All in all, still a great stay. Thank you!

I was happy at the proximity to the airport. I wish it had a restaurant or bar area to sit and eat rather than have to keep my car and drive to a restaurant to eat dinner. The night clerk said he would ensure our airport shuttle would be there at 4:55 and get us to the airport at 5 - she showed up at 5. The night desk person said he would leave a note for the morning desk person to have a muffin and juice for us to take with us and that did not happen. We struggled to get the shuttle door open and the shuttle driver did not assist. We asked to be dropped off at the security end door at the airport but were dropped off at the first door. It was not busy as it was 5:05 a.m. anyway overall just an ok experience for our needs. Not to mention $12 for a soft drink and a large bag of chips. A little pricey.

Arrived at the hotel to not only find dookie stains on the towels, but also had a strange red body fluid in the tub. Went to breakfast and had strands of black hair entangled on the sausages. We might as well just stayed at the Lighthouse as there was an incredible amount of sketchy people coming and going at all hours of the night. This hotel was garbage, disgusting, and I wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy

Upon arrival in our room, we instantly smelled stale cigarette and mildew. The deadbolt took a lot of work to close. The bedding was wrinkled, stained and appeared to have not been changed and the mattresses also felt very worn and sagged in the centers. The carpets were very old and sticky. The bathroom appeared to have been recently updated, however, the shower didn’t work and the sink pressure was very low. We arrived late around 11pm and the noise of people yelling at each other and opening and slamming doors every 5-10 minutes lasted until around 3am. As there were gaps in the door, the soundproofing was horrible and I overheard a man escorting a couple of people to their rooms telling them to stay in their rooms and don’t go outside. This left me with a very uneasy feeling. I can definitely say with confidence we will never be back and I will be attempting to get some sort of compensation back.

Everything was spotless in our room and the breakfast staff were very efficient to reload food when it was near empty. The front desk staff were very kind. We found a couple things that were not in working order in our room but we made sure to mention it to the front desk so they can tell maintenance. All in all, remember to tell staff if something is broken in your room because they dont sleep in there and use things.

Comfy bed, but water pressure in the shower was terrible, more light needed in bathroom. Could hear the people in the hallway. Breakfast was very good with hot food and lots of variety. The hotel is pretty run down. For the price it was a bit of a dive. Room smelled so bad like someone had just thrown up we had to go ask for another room, which they provided. Great staff. Just not a very pleasant hotel.

Both the common areas and rooms are getting a bit run down, and the windows were super dirty. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but I’m not sure how detailed as there were some clothing tags tucked on top of the shampoo dispenser when we checked in. The shower curtain was missing when we came back to the room for our second night. Front desk staff were polite and helpful.

When we first arrived the staff barely paid attention speaking amongst each other. When attempting to pay the deposit the staff member at the desk was rude and unkind. When given room keys we were given room keys to someone else’s room where we walked in on someone changing. This is unacceptable.

The area seemed a little shady. Cops showed up 2 nights in a row nearby. Overall I'd say the place is better than the first impression I got when I walked in. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Decent breakfast that comes with the room, decent price, close to many shopping and dining options.

The staff were lovely and friendly but we had problems in our bathroom, firstly the toilet was blocked up and they gave my husband a plunger to unblock it, then the next day when he flushed the toilet the contents flushed away ok but the system wouldn't stop filling up, so non stop water flowing out of the toilet flooding the bathroom, help came to stop it, it was a total nightmare, the staff were very good though, in my opinion there needs to be more maintenance on plumbing.
