Great hotel reasonable price for higher end hotels. Lovely staff easy check in. Hotel bar was expensive for a beer about $20. Across the road from the train station coming from the airport so an easy walk to reception. Big night life area not far away bars and lot's of food. Excellent little Chinese restaurant next street or two over also great food. Staff at concierge will show you where to go. We found the hotel was right there after we jumped in a taxi and showed him hotel name, he had a good laugh and pointed to it. He still drove there he didn't want to take money but I insisted he smiled and thanked us. We joined the Diamond princess cruise after this it's about $35 taxi ride to the Port from the hotel. Taxi's and users are easy and quick.

Location was perfect for my meetings, the room was very comfortable, service was excellent, and I also used the pool which was very helpful. Great job!

Ms Kubo from Housekeeping does an excellent job. We left her some chocolates to thank her for taking care of our room. She in return, left us a box of beautiful bath roses from the Sheraton. This gift of thoughtfulness made our stay at the Sheraton most memorable as her kindness was a happy surprise. We will always think fondly of the Sheraton Yokohama Bay. The front desk staff and concierge were also very helpful and efficient when we departed from the hotel.
