This is a great hotel and the staff are lovely! Trying to access the lobby for check in was difficult with the streetcars and traffic out in front…very intimidating for foreigners. Once the parking is located, it is easy and safe to get to the hotel and to your room. Directions to the underground parking should be emphasized.

I especially like the modern, cool vibe at this hotel. The guests are interesting, from all over the world. The staff is young and friendly. The coffee/bar area is amazing. The cocktails and cakes great! The restaurant has many local food selections and its breakfast is very good. The location is unbeatable - everything is easily accessible - either on foot (all the city center points of interest), or by tram or car - the parking garage is attached to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

De kamer was schoon, ruim, fijne inloopdouche. Hotel was fijn, personeel bij de receptie behulpzaam. We vonden het fijn dat er een bar in het hotel was, deze ging wel vroeg dicht, om half 11 kwamen ze langs dat je moest afrekenen en om 5 voor 11 ging het grote licht aan je moest weg, soms ging dat niet erg vriendelijk.

Everything about this hip and modern hotel is perfect - from its location, to the amenities, the vibe, the staff, the rooms, the bar and restaurant, the rooms, and absolutely spotless and clean environment. This is my favorite hotel for my frequent stays in Zagreb. Highly recommend.

Great location and well appointed rooms. Close to the bus station which we had to use. The front desk staff were very helpful and eager to help. We dined in the hotels restaurant and were pleasantly surprised how good the food was and how reasonably priced. I would stay there again. Robert

Great location, rooms small but very well designed for efficiency. So walkable to shops & restaurants. Easy parking although €40/day - expensive! Front desk and staff have all good intentions but needs just a little polish. Buffet breakfast was adequate but pricey at €20!

O café da manhã é desorganizado e sem controle do espaço. Há boas opções, mas a equipe não consegue controlar a falta de educação dos hóspedes, que se amontoam e esbarram pelo espaço, causando desconforto aos demais. A localização também não é das melhores, apesar de ter acesso fácil ao transporte público. A noite toda se ouvem os trens e bondes passando por debaixo da janela. A limpeza é boa, atendimento dos funcionários do bar é excelente. Já do front desk, um pouco atrapalhado. No quarto, não há geladeira. É uma gaveta que nã refrigera nada.

The room was too warm and there was no way to cool it down other than opening the window but the window can't be kept open at night because there's too much noise from the street. The employees really tried to help, but unfortunately there wasn't anything they could do. At the time I booked, the cost of the shuttle was advertised as 34 euros, but after I booked the room, when I tried to book the shuttle, I was told it would cost 50 euros (the listing has since been updated to 45 euros). A taxi from the airport cost us 28 euros. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold, sweet and savoury items. They close the buffet exactly to the minute though, so make sure you watch the time.

Lovely clean hotel. Nice showers and the staff very helpful. Located approximately 15 minute walk from the centre or a 5 minute tram ride with stop very close to the hotel. The only negative was the room was too hot and the air conditioning was centrally controlled so couldn’t be changed. However, the staff were really helpful and arranged for the window settings to be changed so it could be opened fully, which solved the issue.

Could not control the heat in the room despite there being a thermostat. The reception told me it was centrally controlled. It was unfortunately a hot winter and the room was kept hot despite it being warmer temperatures outside. The manager of the bar was a bit rude to my girlfriend because we sat at the bar with a little bit of a beer we had gotten from another place. We wanted to drink a bit more before going up to the room so we stopped at the bar for one more, and he didn’t know how to make a manhattan despite having all the ingredients on the shelve he told me, “we don’t make that here”. Parking is 20€ which is a bit pricey but convenient. Despite the drawbacks, the room was stylish and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was beautiful as well. You can also pair your phone to the tv for streaming.

Other: sir didn’t work the entire time. Hotel staff was lying to customers. There solution was to open our window . We were on the 2nd floor over cars, the subway, people walking & talking.. you could hear EVERYTHING. Also, this was during June, it was hot and humid and lots of mosquitos. Told us, no one on staff to fix, then they’ll come fix your AC tmrw but never did,, offered to switch our room but didn’t tell us the AC didn’t work in that room either ( until we asked the question then they fessed up). Had I known when I checked in I would’ve booked another hotel. Several other travelers at front desk complaining about same problem. Checked out June 12, it’s June 17, still waiting to hear from hotel GM to address my concerns & multiple complaints. .

Prima hotel op loopafstand van het station. Eetgelegenheden, supermarkt en bioscoop naast het hotel. Tram stopt voor het hotel. Goede bedden en sfeervol ingerichte kamer. Airco werkt prima, goede douche. Het uitzicht uit het raam viel helaas wat tegen.

Close walk from the bus station and the central area sights. They provide a lovely glass pitcher and ice bucket with filtered water filling stations on several floors. Every hotel should do this to eliminate plastic waste. Bed was comfortable with four pillows and the shower was hot and powerful. Blackout drapes worked perfectly. Great for a corporate hotel.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. I witnessed several instances of staff treating each other poorly, particularly in how some Asian staff were treated. To make matters worse, I overheard staff members talking negatively about customers while in the bar area. As someone who understands both English and Croatian, it was clear this wasn’t subtle, and I’m sure other guests noticed as well. The breakfast and dining experiences were also chaotic. The staff were often loud, almost shouting at each other, which created a tense atmosphere. It was apparent that their internal relationships were not good, which impacted the service and made the experience unpleasant. Overall, while the hotel itself might have been fine, the staff's behavior really overshadowed what should have been a more positive experience.

Das Hotel war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war sauber und geräumig. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Eigentlich top nur das Personal war leider nicht gerade sehr freundlich. Wir wurden sehr kalt empfangen... weder ein Lächeln noch ein richtiges Willkommen. Man wurde beim Gespräch nicht angeschaut und ohne Aufklärung aufgefordert Unterlagen zu unterzeichnen. Beim Auschecken wollte man die Übernachtung der Kreditkarte belasten obwohl diese schon bezahlt war. Etwas ärgerlich. Schade mit nettem, freundlichen Personal hätte es nichts zu bemängeln gegeben.

Average hotel needs updating some rooms tv didn’t work, problems with air conditioning in room. Front desk check in staff were courtesy & helpful. Restaurant staff need lots of training in customer service, food was average, dinner was poor quality fish smelled most in our tour did not eat it or sent it back.

Comfortable hotel within walking distance of Zagreb’s city center’s sights and easy access to/from the airport. I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area versus the noisier, more touristy areas. The service was attentive and quick. Property is fairly new and is well taken care of. I didn’t eat at the hotel, so I can’t speak to the quality or value for money of the food. However, breakfast for €22 / person seemed steep relative to the prices in the area.
