Godt hotel i en fantastisk lokation midt i byen. To dårlige egenskaber er 1) parkering (og GPS vejledning), hvis du kommer i bil og 2) aircondition i værelset (rum 602) var sindssygt varmt og vi kunne ikke justere dette. Vi nævnte det også på dag 1 til receptionen, men de kunne ikke fikse da det er et strukturelt problem med værelset

The is not rated properly so we expected more. This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a 2/3 star hotel. We expected more and were disappointed. The location was great, right in Zagreb. It is dated, worn out, mismatched, and is having an identity crisis. It smells bad. The carpet in the room was FILTHY, stained, dirty. The headboard was fake leather and literally worn out where heads would be. It was disgusting. The sheets were clean but bed was not comfortable. The room was hot and we could not adjust the temperature. Thankfully the windows opened but it was so loud outside with noise from the plaza that we had to close them. There were no luggage racks or places to store luggage, which I didn't even want to put on the floor. The bathroom was clean. Staff was mixed. but mostly very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was large with decent options. The hotel did not fit in and was dated and out of place, in need of a full rehab.

Breakfast is fantastic with so much to choose from and attentive staff. Room was okay but I did have ants which I reported without anything apparently done about it. No English channels on the tv. Also they tried to charge me for bar drinks I hadn’t had.

Room was okay but a bit dated. Daily cleaning is questionable as hair in bath/shower was not removed daily and other room makeup seems to be hit and miss.

Die Lage ist super, aber ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist es nicht. Die Dusche ist viel zu klein und das Badetuch war auch nicht richtig sauber. Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Staf maravilhoso! Café da manhã delicioso! Localização melhor, impossível! Mas deve ser o lugar mais barulhento de Zagreb! E você não tem direito a escolher a temperatura do seu quarto! Sempre 26 graus! Pra mim é muito quente!!! Escolhi o lugar baseado no fato de ter ar condicionado. Sim, tem! Mas você não o comanda!!! Sempre 26°!!! Fui reclamar e me disseram pra deixar a janela aberta! Era a política do estabelecimento! Mas o barulho não permitia!!! O café da manhã não teve frutas na segunda, terça e quarta-feira!!! Perfectly located with a great view of the main square, the Trg. (Could be slightly noisy, so ask if you prefer a quieter room). Very central by the old town. Near the cannon & St Mark's Church & the amazing street with all the restaurants, pubs & coffee shops (highly recommended!) Very comfy room & great shower, nice breakfast, lounge & friendly staff. Loved Zagreb! (And Dubrovnik too where the hotel is named after!)

Excellent premium room with two sitting chairs, desk chair, great windows. Location outstanding with many restaurants nearby and good location for touring central Zagreb. We had two walking tours starting directly across plaza from our hotel. Only negatives hard to get in and out of deep shower tub and could not figure out controls for room temperature, which was an issue at other hotels as well.

The hotel is located in the city square, where vehicle access is restricted, so it wasn’t possible to drive directly to the entrance. However, the hotel provides parking on a nearby location and kindly assisted us with our luggage, which made the arrival smooth and stress-free. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. We were fortunate to receive an early check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. Being situated in the town square made it easy to explore the surrounding streets on foot, adding to the charm of our stay. *Positive Sachen:* Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet und bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Es hat auch eine Top-Lage. --- *Negative Sachen:* Es besteht aus zwei Gebäuden: einem modernen Glasgebäude und einem angrenzenden älteren Gebäude. Im älteren Gebäude befand sich unser Zimmer, was ein bisschen enttäuschend war, da eine Renovierung hier dringend erforderlich wäre, insbesondere in Bezug auf Bodenbeläge, Wände und das Badezimmer. Konkret waren der Toilettendeckel und das Waschbecken kaputt, die Wände waren schmutzig und der Boden war schmutzig. Dies könnte eine kleine Täuschung für Gäste darstellen, die das Glashotel buchen, da das ältere Gebäude genutzt wird. Beim Frühstück waren die Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich freundlich; sogar ein "Guten Morgen" war schon zu viel. Leider somit nicht voll zufrieden.

The staff was not friendly, nor very helpful. For example, they were extremely negative when we asked if they would make a dinner reservation. The lobby bar was not open the entire 6 day stay and only open 2 mornings for coffee. You had to pay for coffee and the dining room by card or cash, you couldn’t charge to the room. And they informed us of this 3 days into the stay by a letter left in the room. We asked for 2 extra towels 3 times and never got them. We stayed over New Year’s Day and at 10 in the morning nothing was opened, they closed the breakfast buffet and you could NOT get coffee anywhere, including the room that only had tea. The bathroom was clean but the shower soap dispenser had to be replaced, The cover of the Kleenex receptacle and plastic sanitary bags kept falling off. We had to completely remove the drain cover so it would drain. The bathtub was a very high, dangerous step with no grab bar. If we didn’t have the heated towel rack to grab onto I don’t know how safe it would be. We will NEVER book here again. The only thing this hotel has going for it was the location.

Service at reception was unprofessional when asked for iron and adjustment of air conditioning temperature. Their comment was cynical and we felt that we as customers are not important. Anyway we will not come back. We wish you good luck.

we were pleased to find a warm and welcoming staff that went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Dominick the bell hop even went the extra step of making a quick video of how to use reverse on our rental van (yes we ended up pushing it into reverse on a particularly tight turn on the streets of Zagreb when we first arrived). And Petar helped rolled our 7 bags to our van and loaded them all efficiently. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful.

Great location off Ban Jelačić Square in the hub of Zagreb. 4/F room was comfortable and we had a view over the Square so could watch all the activity below from the comfort of our room! It’s easy walking distance to anywhere in the old town, including nearby Dolac Farmers Market, with loads of food options on your doorstep and plenty of shops nearby. Breakfast is buffet style with hot and cold selections - not great, but okay. Building is a little tired, but staff were all really friendly and helpful. Parking is open-air but secured with a barrier, and is located behind the hotel in a parallel street (because the Hotel Dubrovnik is on a pedestrianised street).

Excellent breakfast, got free parking, there is no onsite parking , it’s 2 mins walk but the hotel staff helped me with my luggage. All were very friend. The free breakfast has many options. The rooms are bit small , other than that we enjoyed the stay here.

Excellent location for visiting Zagreb. Wonderful food at hotel breakfast and various local restaurants. I wish there were rubber bath mats to help with slippage in the bathroom. By the time you think about requesting one, it might be too late.
