Very centrally located, within easy walkable distance to the main attractions. Hotel ambience warm and welcoming. In room facilities actually limited but adequate, no kettle. No car parking discount offered contrary to what has been advertised. Public 24hr car park within walking distance to the hotel, around 5 mins and 23€. But the road to the car park is different to the hotel due to the one way system, it may not be straight forward for some.

We stayed here for a one night stop off as a family of four. From Santander to the Barcelona / Costa Brava area this April 2023. Trying to the locate the hotel was very difficult as the sat nav and maps took us all over the shop. It’s not the hotels fault as their location is excellent for venturing off through the city but it was difficult to get too. It’s actually right in a high street on a tram run so you can’t park near the hotel easily anyway. There is an underground car park nearby. You need to identify the car park that you need to park in and put that in the sat nav. I used google Earth. From there it’s about a 10min walk with your cases to the hotel. The hotel offered reduced parking rates at the actual hotel itself, just take your ticket from the barrier with you. The staff were very helpful and were very friendly. We would stay here again knowing now, how to get there. The city is pretty much like Barcelona. Great for a stop over or for a few nights stay with plenty of architecture, history, eateries, bars and shopping options. Rooms were clean, plenty of space with nice en-suite facilities.

The reservation was a bit shady. I was under the impression that PARKING was included since the hotel does NOT have its own parking. Instead I was charged an extra €19 for parking. I thought this was a misrepresentation.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet had not been vacuumed or cleaned in who knows how long. There were dirt stains everywhere and the edges were covered in settled dust that you could scrape up with your shoe sole. Tbe location was great. But that was the only good thing about it.

The hotel is an old building and rooms are simple. Rooms are cleaned everyday which is nice. The hallway and rooms may need an upgrade on the flooring like the carpets . Since the rooms and hallways are cleaned everyday we have no issues. The staff are wonderful especially Mr. Miguel and the rest of the day and night shifts. They are very helpful.

Coincido con muchos comentarios, el ruido de la calle es muy molesto. Hacen botellón enfrente y se les escucha. El encontrarte una mancha enorme en la moqueta, no da buena imagen. Por lo demás, también coincido que los chicos de recepción son muy amables. La ubicación, genial para caminar por el Centro.

Llegamos al checkin mucho antes de la hora y aunq la habitación que teníamos asignada aún estaba ocupada nos ofrecieron otra similar, que nos enseñaron previamente por si no nos gustaba. Gran atención!

Very nice stay. Hotel staff was very helpful with calling the taxi and mapping out the town for us. We would stay again next time we are in Zaragoza. Hotel is perfectly situated near the old town/historic district and walking distance to the Roman ruins and the basilica. Very quiet in the room at night.

O Hotel para quem vem de carro é terrível pois fica em uma zona exclusiva para pedestres.. O GPS simplesmente não consegue lhe orientar . Tivemos que parar em outro hotel e o pessoal deste foi que nos orientou como chagar. Paramos em um parking público e pela distancia , deixamos as malas no carro e fizemos uma pequena bagagem para passar a noite. Apesar de ser em Abril o quarto estava muito quente e o ar condicionado não funcionava. No café da manhã pedi por um simples ovo frito e informaram que não havia disponibilidade. Café inclusive que tinha o mínimo para um hotel de 3 estrelas Só valeu pela localização para os passeios á pé.

O Hotel para quem vem de carro é terrível pois fica em uma zona exclusiva para pedestres.. O GPS simplesmente não consegue lhe orientar . Tivemos que parar em outro hotel e o pessoal deste foi que nos orientou como chagar. Paramos em um parking público e pela distancia , deixamos as malas no carro e fizemos uma pequena bagagem para passar a noite. Apesar de ser em Abril o quarto estava muito quente e o ar condicionado não funcionava. No café da manhã pedi por um simples ovo frito e informaram que não havia disponibilidade. Café inclusive que tinha o mínimo para um hotel de 3 estrelas Só valeu pela localização para os passeios á pé.

Lovely staff. Very centrally located right at the top of the old part of town, which is definitely the place you want to be the whole time you are in Zaragoza. We love it here not fancy just great.

First of all, the staff were all fantastic and the location was centrally located. Unfortunately it was unbearably hot in my room, the hotel advertises having AC but it hadn’t been switched on for the season yet, despite being quite hot out. Outside was LOUD and I had to sleep with the window open because of the heat in the room. The volume from the street was WILDLY loud, the level of volume that you don’t only hear, but you also feel. I was there on a Thursday night and a Friday night. On Thursday people were yelling and partying right under my window until around 3:00 a.m., on Friday the parties were all night and still going on when I left at 7:00 a.m. it seemed to be mostly stag parties. Overall, it was a pretty miserable stay, but the staff were super nice, which was the only saving grace of the experience.
