En general bien, solo que la indicacion de como llegar desde la app de Expedia, esta en error, luego el Hotel tiene 2 recepciones, pero una esta abandonada y NO indican ahi mismo, como llegar a la recepcion en funcionamiento

Chambres TRES grandes, très silencieuses, bonne literie. Restaurant de l'hôtel fermé (en milieu de semaine). La réceptionniste nous a indiqué des restos en ville. Il a été ABSOLUMENT IMPOSSIBLE de se garer. Nous avons dû faire demi tour et utiliser le room-service (très bien mais très cher). Pas de parking pour l'hôtel. Il faut utiliser celui de la gare qui est Tres cher (13 € la nuit !). Petit déjeuner catastrophique : hyper bruyant (les serveuses débarrassent sur des chariots en faisant un bruit d'enfer pire qu'à la cantine), charcuterie de mauvaise qualité, œufs brouillés saucisses et bacon baignant dans 2cm d'huile, fruits absolument immangeable tellement ils sont verts, etc, etc...... Bref, séjour épouvantable et au final TRES cher !!!

The pillowcase and the bed sheet has stain on them. Hot water and heater are not stable There were also workmen removing the carpet in the corridor while we were staying, making the corridor full of dust. This actually should be avoided. On the good side, location is good and breakfast is ok for a short stay.

Hotel was nice and clean. Not much around in terms of restaurants. Easy and quick taxi ride into town but not walking distance. Excellent if you’re communing by train. Overall I enjoyed it and would recommend it.

El hotel medio vacío y me dan una habitación con vistas al interior de la estación de trenes. Sin poder dormir en toda la noche y teniendo que afrontar por la mañana, un viaje de casi 900 km hasta Torremolinos Málaga. El baño lleno de pelos largos de mujer, en lavabo, taza water y bañera. A las 3 de la mañana, se calló el embase que suministra el champú y desde las 4:30 arrancaron los motores de los trenes y y no pararon en toda la noche . Sin las 06:54 y no he pagado ojo...Horroso, no lo recomiendo en absoluto

It's a very convenient location being right on the train and bus station. The bath had a bit of mold, the air conditioning start d to leak the last night and the mini fridge wasn't working but they replaced it promptly. In general, the staff was very helpful.

Parada estratégica em Zaragoza. Viemos de Madrid, chegamos no hotel dentro da estação, deixamos as malas, fomos para a cidade, e voltamos no final do dia, dormimos e seguimos viagem para Barcelona. O quarto é enorme e muito confortável. Peça a janela para a rua, pois os trens fazem barulho até as 00:00

we showed up and were told our room would not be ready until 230 at 430pm we were told our room was not ready but another room was amade available. the room 105 is extremely hot. we complajned and when the maintenance guy came up he told us it would xool off. 6 hours later at 11pm it is still extremely hot and the AC barely works.

Took a long time to check in as very slow procedure. Room was 2 lifts and a walk away, so not good if you have mobility issues. Room had no tea/coffee or even bottled water in. Yet it does say a mini bar in room, ours had nothing in. Room very warm a/c not good. Nowhere near to get food/drink from. Don’t know how this is a 4 star hotel .

Am grateful they gave me my room early. I mean very early! Also my tain from Barcelona was late so i couldnt quite make the checkout time, called them and they were more than happy to allow me to checkout late at no extra charge. I like the fact that the hotel is within a train station, because it was really handy to use it as a base to travel to nearby cities like Barcelona and Madrid. Overall very enjoyable stay.

La ubicacion es buena, aunque la habitacion tenia ventanas hacia el interior de la estacion de trenes. La caja de seguridad no funcionaba y el personal no pudo resolverlo en 3 dias! La habitación muy grande pero los pasillos son larguisimos y sólo tiene un cuerpo con 2 ascensores. Teniamos que caminar 150 metros del ascensor a la habitacion!

The check in time was horrible since the agent at the front desk was very rude, then she gave us the farthest rooms at the Hotel, the cigarette smell was really bad on mine. Like I've mentioned already the rooms were far from the elevator and when we arrived at night the keys didn't work and we have to go back to the front desk. Breakfast was good, the rooms were spacious.

The check in time was horrible since the agent at the front desk was very rude, then she gave us the farthest rooms at the Hotel, the cigarette smell was really bad on mine. Hotel was nice and clean. Not much around in terms of restaurants. Easy and quick taxi ride into town but not walking distance. Excellent if you’re communing by train. Overall I enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Hotel con entrada de turistas incluso a las 23:00 y el ruido de ellos junto con las conversaciones, lamentable, alrededor no hay donde tomar algo salvo en el bar de la estación, el bar del hotel cerrado, los ascensores inservibles por el trafico de turistas y maletones, calidad de la habitación que no está a la altura de un eurostart

Pedimos cena del room Service, y ponía en la carta “pizza de la casa”. Resultó ser una pizza congelada estilo Dr. Oetker. Y nos cobraron 12€ por ella. Y no se si estaban en muy buen estado porque me puse malísima y estuve vomitando toda la noche. También se oía todo el ruido del pasillo de la gente cuando pasaba…

Took a long time to check in as very slow procedure. Room was 2 lifts and a walk away, so not good if you have mobility issues. Room had no tea/coffee or even bottled water in. Yet it does say a mini bar in room, ours had nothing in. Room very warm a/c not good. Nowhere near to get food/drink from. Don’t know how this is a 4 star hotel .

This property is part of the Zaragoza Train and bus station building but perfectly quiet in the room. Very large rooms with two sofas. Great price and great breakfast buffet. Only thing lacking was a hot water kettle and/or coffee maker.

Chambres TRES grandes, très silencieuses, bonne literie. Restaurant de l'hôtel fermé (en milieu de semaine). La réceptionniste nous a indiqué des restos en ville. Il a été ABSOLUMENT IMPOSSIBLE de se garer. Nous avons dû faire demi tour et utiliser le room-service (très bien mais très cher). Pas de parking pour l'hôtel. Il faut utiliser celui de la gare qui est Tres cher (13 € la nuit !). Petit déjeuner catastrophique : hyper bruyant (les serveuses débarrassent sur des chariots en faisant un bruit d'enfer pire qu'à la cantine), charcuterie de mauvaise qualité, œufs brouillés saucisses et bacon baignant dans 2cm d'huile, fruits absolument immangeable tellement ils sont verts, etc, etc...... Bref, séjour épouvantable et au final TRES cher !!!

Room was clean; however the TV was not working and there was construction work on site while we stayed, noise from construction workers late at night and no clear signage until two days after our check in, room was a decent size though and clean. Breakfast offer could be a bit better, very basic. It would have been better if we were compensated for the inconvenience for the works and noise.
