Overall outstanding. Except for the pool area. Handle to get inside the pool was lose and unsteady. Jacuzzi was not warm enough to enjoy it and the wooden floor needs repair and replacements. Looks old and unkept

Great option in Zaragoza. Wonderful location, nice area, and the staff is friendly and always willing to please. One thing I would like though is for the gym to open earlier, as 9:00am is already work time.

I can't fault the room, it was really excellent and good value for the price. But the rest of the hotel is a real muddle. It is not possible to find the parking, you have to park on the street and walk into reception. They will give you a laminated page of instructions - obviously this happens many times every day - but even with these it is difficult to find. There is no food or room service before 8.30pm so you have to hang around, hungry. The pool is ok, nice temperature and views, but it is showing its age and only open 9 to 9. Decent hotel but not even close to 5 Star.

Ik kan alleen maar positief zijn over dit hotel. Een aanrader! Het centrum is wel iets verder weg, maar is met de bus/ tram makkkelijk te bereiken. De parkeergarage is onder het hotel en de kamer is direct toegankelijk met de lift vanuit de garage. Ruime en overzichtelijke parkeergarage.

Nettes Personal, gute Dusche, Bett etwas laut. Wifi schlecht, Lage ist top, etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum. Parking sehr hell und große Plätze. Gutes Hotel. Man könnte die Fenster von die Zimmer und das Schwimmbad mal reinigen!

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was well done. Made to order eggs. Fresh juice. It was a 35 minute walk to old Zaragoza, but it was an easy walk with fun shops along the way.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The enormous bath towels were very welcome as was the dressing gown for after showering. Once I worked out how to use the very large rainforest shower, the water was just the right temperature and not too fierce. The underground parking is spacious and secure and the cost was included in the room price a nice surprise. I didn't have breakfast because at 20€ I thought it a bit pricey. Having said that, I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again when in Zaragoza without hesitation.

Fue terrible mi noche, porque se fue la luz en el cuarto como a las 24 horas de la noche y solo después de más de 2 horas me e we cambiándome de cuarto. Otra situación que se me presentó es que venden un hotel con Internet, pero la realidad es que no funciona, no pude conectarme nunca con el internet del hotel , lo que ocasionó demoras en mis reuniones de trabajo.

Fue terrible mi noche, porque se fue la luz en el cuarto como a las 24 horas de la noche y solo después de más de 2 horas me e we cambiándome de cuarto. It was a lovely room with loads of space, very comfortable bed. I got room service which came quite quickly and it was very good. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice. Great quality too. 😀

Hotel ist ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Alles ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, ansonsten sind die Zimmer aber geräumig und ansprechend. Die Umgebung bietet alles was man braucht, ins Zentrum der Stadt ist es jedoch recht weit.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was well done. Made to order eggs. Fresh juice. It was a 35 minute walk to old Zaragoza, but it was an easy walk with fun shops along the way.

Hotel ist ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Alles ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, ansonsten sind die Zimmer aber geräumig und ansprechend. Die Umgebung bietet alles was man braucht, ins Zentrum der Stadt ist es jedoch recht weit.

Ik kan alleen maar positief zijn over dit hotel. Een aanrader! Het centrum is wel iets verder weg, maar is met de bus/ tram makkkelijk te bereiken. De parkeergarage is onder het hotel en de kamer is direct toegankelijk met de lift vanuit de garage. Ruime en overzichtelijke parkeergarage.

Lovely room and bed which was very comfortable and clean. The 23€ for parking is a little expensive with most hotels wherever you go charging 10-15 per night/day for parking. We were quoted 15€ per person to use the spa so went for a look. We had stayed here previously and were not charged to use the pool etc and at that time (possibly 5 or 6 years ago) we thought it was a little rundown and slightly dirty. This time it is pretty much completely run down and dirty. The same wooden floors are not even a 3 star standard never mind 5 star. The rim of the pool needs scrubbing and bleaching. Overall a little disappointing stay considering it’s supposed to be a five star hotel.

Finding the hotel carpark proved impossible, but the one under the hotel, accessed from the hotel entrance was fine, if confusingly huge. The ultra contemporary facilities were annoying. Having the bathroom open to the bedroom means the entire room is illuminating, when someone uses the bathroom area. The electric automatic blinds were damaged and let in light. The the smart remote for the TV didn’t work, but there were English speaking channels available. Public area not particularly comfortable, no atmosphere really. Style over substance is my overall experience. Not terrible, just not great.
