Old tv. Did have netflix but no internet connection. And settings locked on the tv. Tried to connect my firestick but wifi was too slow. Everything else fine

While our room itself was clean, the hallways and general common spaces were pretty run down. It was nice to have a kitchenette in the room and the mini bar prices were reasonable. The breakfast was typical and it was nice they had a high chair. The resturant doesn't open until 8pm which is common in Spain but makes it difficult when its the only option around for miles. Because we had a small child who needed to eat earlier we had to do a vending machine dinner.

Staff at check-in was great and quickly responded to issues as they were made aware. That being said, the property is located in an industrial park (which we knew) but is next to a partially demolished and heavily vandalized property which wasn’t great to see every day. The room we were given had mold in the bathtub, a broken door handle on the inside of the bedroom door, a non-functioning electrical socket next to the bed, and regardless of what the staff tried, we could only get one key card to ever work on the door. Staff very quickly fixed the door handle and the electrical outlet (thanks!) but the mold was never removed from the bathtub over three days. Housekeeping also gave us one less towel each day which was both amusing and frustrating… Breakfast was fine. It was busy during our stay so the staff was working hard to keep everything stocked resulting in some waiting but nothing significant. 3 coffee stations was a plus. The fitness room is very poor, even by European hotel standards. The cardio room had two semi or completely broken bikes, one treadmill, and some sort of erg that also looked broken. The weight room had one cable machine which was fine and some mats. Both rooms smelt strongly and gave the impression they weren’t cleaned often if ever. There were also no wipes or sanitizing products available to wipe things down. Underground parking was ample and spaces were great. There was a very unpleasant smell in the parking garage but the price was good.

The hotel was pleasing to the eye both outside and inside. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the corridor on that floor was very uneven with obvious faults in the structure. This fault was not a new defect as the floor covering was worn down where it dropped into the faults. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Great breakfast, very spacious room. Extremely good for business trips
