Cumplió claramente su proposito para nuestro viaje. Hotel de paso de vuelta a casa con amplio aparcamiento a las afueras de zaragoza (18min del centro). Mini apartamento super comodo con cocina, sofa cama, varios armarios y baño grande. Todo super limpio. 4 personas por menos de 20eur pax..super bien

Lovely check in lady, allocated us a very nice room, wonderful service, very good underground parking, very fast internet, outstanding room and amenities. Very clean place. The hotel is located near a huge Logistics center, so a bit busy and noisy in the afternoon, but gets quiet at night, nothing to worry. Big Mercado Grocery shopping nearby.

Segunda vez en este hotel. Fantastico por el precio. Ojo, spartado del centro, en un poligono industrial, pero si vas de paso, o no te importa desplazarte en coche, es perfecto. Parking cubierto gratuito. Habitsciones amplias, con cocina equipada con vitro, nevera, microondas y pozo para fregar, pero cuidado si piensas cocinar o comer porque no hay ningun utensilio de cocina. Camas comodas. Todo limpio. No desayunamos en el hotel, asi que no puedo opinar Repetiremos.

First of all, the good points. The hotel is situated next to a very nice lake that has ducks, and the scenery is beautiful, although you may not see it from your hotel room window. Also, it's reasonably priced, and the rooms are clean. As for the bad points, I think one issue is that the hotel lobby was not very clean, and another issue is that they don't offer room service except for dinner hours, I think between 8:00 and 10:30 in the evening. Other than that, you're out of luck if you want to have a coffee or something like that. One major issue we had is that the faucets in our room, room 128, were installed in reverse, so that hot water was blue and cold water was red. This wouldn't be such a huge deal except that there is a limiter on the red faucet, such that you can't activate it unless there is a certain amount of water going through the blue faucet. What this ends up meaning is that the coldest water you can get is warm, and there is a very real potential you can burn yourself by accident. Also, there are odd little signs of neglect here and there. For example, the sliding glass toilet door does not have a footer that fixes it in place, so you can actually swing it about and potentially break it with catastrophic results. Overall not too bad, but way overrated for a supposed 4-star hotel.

Stayed 7 weeks ago on our way to Valencia and then again on 1st October on way back. First time were given an upgrade to a suite which was very spacious and lovely. Had normal double room next time and this was absolutely fine. Both times staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Despite being in the middle of an industrial estate the hotel is very clean and well presented. We ate at restaurant second time around and food was plentiful and very tasty and not at all overpriced. 2 mains, 1 dessert and a bottle of wine for approx 40 Euros we felt was very good value. The added bonus to this property is the beautiful park and fishing lake right behind it. All in all we thoroughly recommend and will use on all trips to Spain in future.

Belle hôtel , lit confortable , restaurant délicieux à bon prix , petit déjeuner à volonté sucré salé au top ! Seul problème les mur sont fin on entend tout ce qu’il se passe chez les voisins d’à côté et dans les couloirs ce qui est chiant quand a 23h des enfants cours et tape dans les murs .

Chambre spacieuse et propre, mais l’hôtel est localisé ds un parc industriel entouré de centre logistique et camions , c’est très ordinaire. Personnel assez froid et hotel froid et sans caractère malgré qu’il soit propre et neuf.

Necesitaba cancelar la última noche reservada tres días antes, en plazo, pero según me indicó Expedia, tenía que cambiar de categoría una de las habitaciones y pagar penalización, o sea, para cancelar las dos habitaciones la última noche, pagar casi lo mismo que si me quedaba. Poca disposición por parte del personal para resolver un problema. El hotel no está mal, habitaciones grandes pero en el quinto pino. A unos 20 minutos en coche de Zaragoza. Cerca hay un centro comercial a punto de ser derribado por lo que no hay nada cerca. Tiene una pequeña cocina con microondas y sin ningún tipo de accesorio.

Lovely check in lady, allocated us a very nice room, wonderful service, very good underground parking, very fast internet, outstanding room and amenities. Very clean place. The hotel is located near a huge Logistics center, so a bit busy and noisy in the afternoon, but gets quiet at night, nothing to worry. Big Mercado Grocery shopping nearby.

Buen hotel. No nuevo, pero bien conservado. Habitacion familiar espaciosa.Camas y almohadas comodas (esto ultimo no es frecuente). Desayuno 10€/p. No es barato, pero lo cierto es que lo vale. Cantidad de opciones de frutas (tampoco es frecuente), de alimentos salados y dulces, asi como variedad de panes. Situado en una zona de logostica. Belle hôtel , lit confortable , restaurant délicieux à bon prix , petit déjeuner à volonté sucré salé au top ! Seul problème les mur sont fin on entend tout ce qu’il se passe chez les voisins d’à côté et dans les couloirs ce qui est chiant quand a 23h des enfants cours et tape dans les murs .

Stayed 7 weeks ago on our way to Valencia and then again on 1st October on way back. First time were given an upgrade to a suite which was very spacious and lovely. Had normal double room next time and this was absolutely fine. Both times staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Despite being in the middle of an industrial estate the hotel is very clean and well presented. We ate at restaurant second time around and food was plentiful and very tasty and not at all overpriced. 2 mains, 1 dessert and a bottle of wine for approx 40 Euros we felt was very good value. The added bonus to this property is the beautiful park and fishing lake right behind it. All in all we thoroughly recommend and will use on all trips to Spain in future.

While our room itself was clean, the hallways and general common spaces were pretty run down. It was nice to have a kitchenette in the room and the mini bar prices were reasonable. The breakfast was typical and it was nice they had a high chair. The resturant doesn't open until 8pm which is common in Spain but makes it difficult when its the only option around for miles. Because we had a small child who needed to eat earlier we had to do a vending machine dinner.

Staff at check-in was great and quickly responded to issues as they were made aware. That being said, the property is located in an industrial park (which we knew) but is next to a partially demolished and heavily vandalized property which wasn’t great to see every day. The room we were given had mold in the bathtub, a broken door handle on the inside of the bedroom door, a non-functioning electrical socket next to the bed, and regardless of what the staff tried, we could only get one key card to ever work on the door. Staff very quickly fixed the door handle and the electrical outlet (thanks!) but the mold was never removed from the bathtub over three days. Housekeeping also gave us one less towel each day which was both amusing and frustrating… Breakfast was fine. It was busy during our stay so the staff was working hard to keep everything stocked resulting in some waiting but nothing significant. 3 coffee stations was a plus. The fitness room is very poor, even by European hotel standards. The cardio room had two semi or completely broken bikes, one treadmill, and some sort of erg that also looked broken. The weight room had one cable machine which was fine and some mats. Both rooms smelt strongly and gave the impression they weren’t cleaned often if ever. There were also no wipes or sanitizing products available to wipe things down. Underground parking was ample and spaces were great. There was a very unpleasant smell in the parking garage but the price was good.
