The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The sheets on the bed were not very soft so I found them to be scratchy. The paid parking was accessible to the hotel lobby so that was GREAT. It was challenging to find it, but the staff were very helpful and gave us perfect directions to the garage. Staff was super! Everything was very walkable to the hotel.

Una ruina de día... empezando por el parking, ya sabes que las cosas no irán demasiado bien. Es inaceptable que pretendan cobrarte casi 20$ para estacionar el auto por un laberinto endemoniado, mal señalado, etc... donde sí o sí, vas a tener algún rasguño en la carrocería. Fue una experiencia traumática y sólo recomendada para amargar el día a tu peores enemigos. El personal de recepción poco servicial y no se dignan a indicarte la ubicación de los ascensores. La habitación, justa, pero el drama está en la ubicación de la taza del WC: una persona ligeramente ancha de huesos, se dará de bruces con la mampara y la pared: es ridículamente estrecho y "hacer las aguas mayores" se convierte en un sufrimiento. Otro tanto negativo, es que en pleno siglo XXI no dispongan de platos de ducha para los clientes con ciertas limitaciones y/o edades avanzadas, ya que se convierte en una trampa mortal el resbalón!!! Lo único salvable, es el bidet, pieza casi en desuso pero muy útil para higienizar las partes "nobles". Ahhh, y otro crimen: el protector de la funda de la almohada, no sé de que material plástico se trataba, pero se desintegró, cubriendo la cabecera de la cama como si fueran grumos de harina o cualquier otra cosa peor, desplazándose por toda la cama como si fuera arenilla. Y para rematar la función: la neverita en vez de enfriar las bebidas las mantiene en "caliente": algo impensable a puertas de visitar el planeta Marte!! Ah, y el tema del balcón: vaya, unas vistas de infarto...

Leuk modern hotel, we hadden een grote kamer met zitje etc. Op de 6de verdieping met een ruim balkon incl. ligbed. Hotel staat middenin het centrum in een bruisende omgeving met o.a. veel restaurants. Wat wel lastig was om bij het inchecken de auto kort te parkeren, aangezien het hotel aan een drukke weg ligt. Pas na inchecken hoor je hoe de parkeergarage aan de achterkant van het hotel bereikt kan worden.

In general it is a good hotel with comfortable beds and different pillows. The bathtub was ok but after showering the floor was completely wet as the sliding gals door doesn't seal properly. The toilet flush sometimes had to be activated several times to stop the flow of water. During our stay in wintertime the aircon was on to heat the room. Unfortunately it didn't matter if the temperature was set to 18 as lowest or 24. The room at the end was way too warm. No stable temperature was possible to set with air aircon. The biggest issue we had during our arrival. The hotel webpage mentions its own parking which only fits half of the hotel capacity. Prior reservation is not possible and we ended up parking 30 minutes by foot as all the other mentioned car parks were also full. Can only recommend this hotel to a limited extent.

Parking excellent plus Ev charging Staff wonderful. Bed very comfortable Location great. Only problem was a sound like an alarm started at 6 am think it came through aircon vent it lasted about 29 mins!!!! We would return though

La réception est très sympathique et la chambre confortable. Par contre nous sommes restés 2 nuits et notre chambre n'a pas été faite pendant notre séjour. Nous avons laissé la chambre inoccupée entre 10h30 et 14h30 mais les femmes de ménage ne se sont présentées qu'à 15h au moment de la Siesta.

La llegada y recepción del hotel genial excepto porque no me avisaron de que el garaje no era gratuito,la sorpresa vino al irnos y decirnos que eran 16€ por noche de garaje y la limpieza entre los cristales de la mampara de baño muy escasa,estaban llenos de moho y si se quiere,se pueden limpiar. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was also immaculate with great water pressure in the shower. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Hotel is well-located in the old town part of Zaragoza. Really excellent value and would highly recommend.

Beliggeheten like ved gamlebyen er perfekt. Personalet var hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Litt sjenerende kloakklukt i korridoren, men ikke på rommet, heldigvis. Til tross for at det sto at det var god lydisolering, hørte vi godt når personen i naborommet gikk ut på terrassen for å røyke, og i den forbindelse, hostet mye og lenge. Frokosten kunne vært bedre. Den varme maten bar preg av å ha stått lenge på bufeten, og var ikke lenger varm.

Beliggeheten like ved gamlebyen er perfekt. Personalet var hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Litt sjenerende kloakklukt i korridoren, men ikke på rommet, heldigvis. Til tross for at det sto at det var god lydisolering, hørte vi godt når personen i naborommet gikk ut på terrassen for å røyke, og i den forbindelse, hostet mye og lenge. Frokosten kunne vært bedre. It was very challenging to find the hotel and the parking. It was also very frustrating that if you opened the balcony door to go out it shut off the A/C until you came back into the room and turned it back on again. Every other hotel we have stayed in, yes the A/C turns off when you open the balcony door but would turn back on once we shut it from the balcony.

Some of the Property amenities advertised by Hotels.com on the property listing do not exist. Specifically: •\t"Iron/ironing board (on request)". I was given an iron but refused an ironing board. Very snappy lady on reception said that I could only have the iron "as an exception, when there are no maids" and that I couldn\'t have an ironing board to go with it - I\'d have to iron on the bed. Yes, really: I double checked this with her ! •\t"Coffee shop": whilst I stayed there were no facilities to get a hot drink during the day. No equipment in room, no machine in hallway/lobby etc and no coffee shop or bar open. I was told I\'d have to wait until the bar opened at 7pm or go to a local cafe ! (Also note that buffet breakfast ends at 10am, not 11am as stated on Hotels.com listing.) Other strange behaviour: The maid refused to change the dirty drinking glasses from our room part way through our stay: she said she didn\'t have any new ones to give us. The maid removed our second keycard from the room whilst we were out. I would have raised these issues at the reception desk on leaving but there was no engagement (no "how was your stay ?" or "thank you for staying with us", for example). Overall, a very odd place and not worthy of a 4 star rating.

Some of the Property amenities advertised by Hotels.com on the property listing do not exist. Specifically: •\t"Iron/ironing board (on request)". I was given an iron but refused an ironing board. Very snappy lady on reception said that I could only have the iron "as an exception, when there are no maids" and that I couldn\'t have an ironing board to go with it - I\'d have to iron on the bed. Yes, really: I double checked this with her ! •\t"Coffee shop": whilst I stayed there were no facilities to get a hot drink during the day. No equipment in room, no machine in hallway/lobby etc and no coffee shop or bar open. I was told I\'d have to wait until the bar opened at 7pm or go to a local cafe ! (Also note that buffet breakfast ends at 10am, not 11am as stated on Hotels.com listing.) Other strange behaviour: The maid refused to change the dirty drinking glasses from our room part way through our stay: she said she didn\'t have any new ones to give us. The maid removed our second keycard from the room whilst we were out. The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The sheets on the bed were not very soft so I found them to be scratchy. The paid parking was accessible to the hotel lobby so that was GREAT. It was challenging to find it, but the staff were very helpful and gave us perfect directions to the garage. Staff was super! Everything was very walkable to the hotel.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was also immaculate with great water pressure in the shower. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Hotel is well-located in the old town part of Zaragoza. Really excellent value and would highly recommend.

Beliggeheten like ved gamlebyen er perfekt. Personalet var hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Litt sjenerende kloakklukt i korridoren, men ikke på rommet, heldigvis. Til tross for at det sto at det var god lydisolering, hørte vi godt når personen i naborommet gikk ut på terrassen for å røyke, og i den forbindelse, hostet mye og lenge. Frokosten kunne vært bedre. Den varme maten bar preg av å ha stått lenge på bufeten, og var ikke lenger varm.
