We have completed a road trip through France and Spain staying at a number of different hotels. We booked into the hotel and the member of staff was very polite and professional. We felt welcomed and this member of staff provided details of where to go and where to eat. The following day was much the same as a different member of staff was on duty and went beyond to assist us. The room was comfortable and I had no complaints. We ate breakfast, which was very good. We have fresh fruit, cooked bacon and eggs and several options of fresh bread and pastries. Unfortunately, this is the end of this good review! We came down to have our breakfast or lack of it! No Fresh fruit. No fresh nice bread. No pastries. There was some bread, that is the cheapest pre-cut bread you can buy (does not taste very nice) and no jams. I tried to speak to the staff member of duty and she acted dumb. Shook her head in a negative manner and shrugged her shoulders. Only muttering, 'We don't have any'. I went and spoke to the member of staff at the reception desk and he did not do anything. I returned to my table to drink a cup of coffee and no breakfast! I went to speak again to the member of staff in the breakfast area, but she had gone way out the back and disappeared, Hiding! An older woman then appeared and spoke to the member of staff, I can only presume she was the duty manager? After several minutes and just before breakfast was to close a new pot of jam appeared and a French stick of bread!

Haha, I only stayed as a stopover for 10 hours. But it was nice and well located to restaurants and bars. They do know how to party in Zaragoza! Good food recommendation from staff. Good price for the stay.

The web site states, bar and restaurant And parking The parking is in a public car park , for 19.5 euro a night there is no bar and no restaurant, if i had known i would not have booked it ! In fact i will never stay in an ibis hotel again !,
