The streets on 2 sides of the hotel were torn up. Getting into and out of the garage was tricky, and there was a lot of construction noise. Even though we had the thermostat turned way down, it still wasn’t particularly cool in the room. The rooms were ok, but nothing on the walls at all made the room very drab feeling.

Great location if it weren’t for the construction of the street out front. Makes getting a taxi/uber difficult. The rooms were pretty nice but the provided hair dryer keep tripping the electric and the hotel did not seem to care. Made getting ready difficult.

This hotel does not quite make it. Large and really set up for large tour groups the individual traveller does not really fit in. The hotel is some 3km from Segovia central and a perfect arrangement for tour busses but a very uninteresting walking central. Meal times for the individual have to fit in with the tour groups. The rooms are fine but many have poor/no views, we looked out to a utility yard and trees blocked anything further.
