Sus instalaciones son antiguas y poco mantenimiento, desde mi perspectiva por trabajar en el sector, se podría hacer un mejor trabajo de mantenimiento y dar un aspecto elegante y sobrio. Hoy su aspecto es como si todo fuera reciclado, arreglos baratos, como si está a punto de caer y eso te genera desconfianza, por lo demás, ubicación, amabilidad del persona y ubicación excelente.

Al menos en nuestra habitación, el colchón no era muy confortable y el inodoro estaba tan pegado al lavabo que había que sentarse de lado. El personal fue muy atento y amable, aunque el checkout un poco largo. El parking de la Plaza del Pilar tiene convenio con el hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente en la zona.

Terrific location!! Beautiful lobby. Room was kinda bare, modern - as things go nowadays. Plenty of outlets! Didn’t realize our double beds actually equal 2 singles. As happens often during this trip in Spain, if front desk person is a woman, they’re very helpful, chipper and clear (make sure I understand) when men tend to be helpful but more buttoned up, less clear.

El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado. La primera noche hacía un poco de calor y cuando encendía el aire acondicionado salía calefacción. Al llamar a recepción me dijo que ese era un hotel modesto. Malas formas en general. Al otro día el director del hotel me dijo que en otoño no hay aire porque no se necesita, según el. Pero tampoco te lo dicen antes de pagar ni al reservar. No es tanto el problema de que no tengan aire sino la forma en decirlo. También se negó a darme la hoja de reclamación.

Me había quedado anteriormente, no sé si tuve suerte con la habitación, pero en esta ocasión, habitación horrorosa. tapa del baño negra (oxidada), ducha atascada (casi ni un hilo de agua) suelo sucio (lleno de bolisas de polvo acumuladas), vamos, habitación lamentable, un asco.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Walking distance to the Plaza, river, shopping, dining. The guy at the front desk was super nice and very accommodating. Hotel was clean, rooms were perfect for what we needed.

The property was great, and breakfast was lovely. I only stayed one night, but I was able to walk to several shopping and dining areas during my stay. The only complaint is that the room I had clearly had previous water damage, and the floor in front of the bathroom was soft, but it was otherwise perfect for a one night stay. The automatic blinds that opened up to the balcony and plaza was the best part.

Hotel in a great location in centre of the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. Hotel could probably do with a refurb as a bit tired but wouldn't want it to lose its Spanish charm.

Hotel in a great location in centre of the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. Hotel could probably do with a refurb as a bit tired but wouldn't want it to lose its Spanish charm.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, tiene buena comunicación y cerca tiene bares, heladerías, tiendas y otros comercios. Si hay que ponerle una pega sería la poca variedad del buffet y quizás necesitaría una reforma en algunos aspectos.

Exception faite d'une fenetre donnant sur un mur. L'hôtel est agréable, bien situé, calme avec un parking accessible. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien. Je recommande !!

The hotel is a bit dated but clean enough. The location could not be better. My room was a small single room and no view, but there’s so much and do to see close by you wouldn’t want to spend much time in the hotel. It had a restaurant tagged on one side and a cafe bar tagged on the other. Would stay again for the price great value.

You cannot beat the location. We were delighted to open our room windows and have the Basilica right in our view. Yes, the hotel is dated and could use some renovations. The bed/bathroom and a/c were great, so we enojed our stay having a great price for such location.

Great location, good Bus connection and almost everything in walking distance. The hotel is a little bit old, so don't expect too much. It smelled a little bit in the bathroom.

The staff were nice, but the hotel is very outdated and not clean. Rock hard beds, no insulation so extremely noisy you can literally hear the snoring from people on other rooms. We couldn’t sleep on the 3 nights we were there. Bathroom was nasty. The only positive thing I have to say is location which is amazing. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend it.
