The location is great due to the train station being so close to the hotel and shopping areas. The restaurant was only open in the evening, but the cafe was nice. The bartender was excellent. There is not a luggage cart so it takes a bit of time to get the luggage out of the room and the storage is small. The bathroom was good size and the bathroom amenities were nice as well.

We really enjoyed staying here. We were able to check in early after a really long flight. Everyone was friendly. We spent a lot of time in the bar and loved Ronnie the bartender. The food was good especially the gnocchi soup. Our view was great and despite it being like really busy outside we didn’t hear any of it. Our room was lovely as well

A lovely and stylish 1930s style hotel with modern amenities. Staff were all excellent, we particularly enjoyed the butler passing out free chocolate from his cart. Easy access to the train station and thus serves as an excellent springboard for site seeing. The restaurant was also excellent. It has a posh atmosphere and serves great tasting food for great prices.

Wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff who were ready to assist in any way as soon as I arrived. I booked a smaller room since it was a one night stop and the receptionist suggested the bed would be too small and used my Expedia platinum status to upgrade me for free! They walked me through the simple nearby parking including the hotel discount. Beds are comfortable and the room s are spacious and well laid out. Nice bathroom and amenities. Definitely will be back for a longer stay next time.

Großes gemütliches Zimmer , sehr zuvorkommendes Personal besonders beim Frühstück. Ideale Lage am Bahnhof, leider hatte ich ein Zimmer Richtung eben diesem und die Straßenbahnen konnte man doch gut hören. Das war bei einem Aufenthalt von über 800€ mehr als enttäuschend. Sonst bin ich zufrieden.

Great location. Room was okay. Bed was low to the ground and hard on my back. Bathroom was split into two rooms with the toilet area so small you could barely squeeze in there (and we aren’t large people). Concierge didn’t like the restaurant I requested and sent us to a “better” one. It was expensive and the food was extremely bland. Not a great recommendation. If you need a place to stay and want to walk to the train station, you can’t beat this location.

Absolutely should be one of my best hotel I've living. Stay 4 nights and having a very happly home stay experiences. All staff of the hotel is so friendly and helpful. Smiles, informative and excellence service. Much better than most of the 5 star hotels. Highly recommended for sure. Will sure to go back nextime when visit Zurich.

EVERYTHING about this hotel is great!!!! Outstanding service, outstanding amenities, outstanding location….its right across the street from the main rail station, and the main shopping district (with just about any designer brand you can think of) starts just outside the hotel and runs for 3-4 blocks. I would 100 percent stay there again!!!

Beautiful hotel on the corner of The Bahnhof strasse, opposite the railway station. Very central. Amazing staff, especially in the cafe, we were greeted every time, by an amazing lady who remembered our breakfast order and room number. We would definitely stay again.

We were a family of four (two kids) and booked the junior suite. It was perfect for us. Two rooms with a king bed and a sofa bed that was actually comfortable. The two rooms had a solid privacy divider. And there were two full bathrooms as well, which I did not know when I booked. The best part about the stay was the service. The staff really goes out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The location can't be beat either, being right next to the main train station and Banhofstrasse.
