It was not a good experience staying at this hotel. Firstly, I was given a room where the AC was not working, and the window could not be opened either. Secondly, when I requested a room change, the person at the reception changed the room, but his attitude made it seem like he was doing me a favor. The reception staff were very rude. However, the location of the hotel is good, as it is close to the city centre, and the food was also good.

Kenny was the biggest help He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The best gentleman in a hotel we have encountered on this 6 week trip.
