Very impressed with this hotel. We booked a twin room and arrived around midnight to a friendly and efficient welcome. The room was a good size and the complementary first stocking of the mini-bar was a pleasant surprise. There's also a hot drinks machine in reception that's available for use. Lots of towels, comfortable bed and a good shower, though I cut my leg on the sharp corners of the beds - so beware of those! Breakfast was complementary and offered a good, well-stocked selection of all the usual items. Overall, much better than a standard 3* hotel and I'd return again.

Good solid hotel conveniently located in the old part of the city. Walking distance for shopping, restaurants and sites. They have museums passes, no charge. Great friendly staff that are extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and in good repair. They do have free parking.

Staff at this hotel were awesome! As a tourist didn’t speak the language and had never been to Zürich before, they were so helpful! Loved the availability of fresh bean brewed coffee, and the location in the old town. Near a tram stop and Christmas market. Very convenient. Loved it.

Kjempe greit lite hotell, med perfekt beliggenhet. Koselig og service innstilt betjening ! En kjempe pluss er at hotellet tilbyr gratis 15gb wifi hotspot man kan låne med seg rundt i byen. Noe som er supert siden Sveits ikke er med i EU og det kan være dyrt med mobilt Internett. Skal nok bo der igjen neste gang.

Excellent location, walk to main train station and dozens of restaurants and cafes next to hotel. Room was small Europeans style, very comfortable and quiet. Excellent breakfast options included, eggs, bacon, sausages, breads, cheeses, meats, yoghurt etc. Front desk staff Katrina was super helpful and friendly. Hotel had plug converters for free to use to charge phones, and also free wifi hot spots to take when out in the city.

Parking is an adventure. Expecting to find parking at the hotel, I circled the block a few times trying to figure out what I was overlooking. I finally found somewhere to park and walk to the hotel. The staff was very nice, but I was instructed to pull in front of the hotel to unload our bags, then someone would show us where to park. The lady who rode with me and took me to the garage with the elevator I had to drive into was very nice. The man who took me back to get my car at the end of my stay was not particularly friendly, nor was he patient as I tried to drive a rental car I wasn’t exceedingly familiar with, into an elevator that felt like it barely fit. The hotel itself was nice though and in a good location.

We liked everything about the property, the staff, and the surrounding area. It's in a great location. The hotel is in excellent condition and spotless. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely had a great stay and would certainly book it again when in Zurich.

Hotel was centrally located and walking distance from Zürich HB. Very nice area in old town and near plenty of restaurants and sights to see. Check in was quick and easy, with front desk available 24/7. Room was small (which was expected) and fairly clean, however the floors were quite dirty. Additionally, the attached hair dryer in the bathroom would only run for about 4-5 min at a time before overheating and needing 10 min to cool down. But for the price and location, I’d absolutely stay here again.

It is a pretty basic hotel with small rooms, and pretty expensive for what it is, but its location is excellent, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and it was clean. I would not say it’s ideal if you’re planning to spend a lot of time in the room or you expect fancy amenities, but it certainly is convenient and pleasant as a place to stay if you intend to be out and about.

Nice hotell in good location, free minibar (Nice!). Well isolated concerning sound (quiet). Ok breakfast. Only bad thing was aircondition which even at highest setting made the room temperature ok (was 20 degrees outside).

Average property but not worth the price. Shower head didn’t work majority of the time, air conditioning doesn’t blow any cool air, and the beds are as hard as a rock. The only redeeming quality is the location. Will not be staying at this location again with the many other options in the same area.

Das Hotel liegt direkt in einer Straße , in der viele Bars sind. Bis in die Morgenstunden laufen viele betrunkene Menschen durch die Straße und grölen laut. An Schlaf ist da kaum zu denken. Dies bei der Buchung unbedingt berücksichtigen!!!! Im Zimmer ging der Fernseher nicht richtig und die Spülung in der Toilette war defekt. Nachdem wir den Portier darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben ließ er die Toilette reparieren. Den Fernseher könnte man nicht reparieren. Leider war nach dem nächsten Spülen die Toilette wieder defekt. Meinen Ärger darüber konnte der Portier gar nicht verstehen. Stattdessen sagte er mir, dass er gab nicht verstehen würde , dass ich die ganze Zeit „meckern“ würde. Eine Entschädigung oder eine Entschuldigung habe ich nicht erhalten.

Receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. The facility was modern yet cozy and clean. The only con was it can get pretty noisy at night since it’s close to many restaurants and bars. I think it was a perfect stay as it was also close to the Zürich Airport.

Other than the wonderful man who helped us carry our bags 2 blocks when our driver couldn't find the hotel🤔...reception frosty by Laura, ugly room w a view of garage ( we refused it and moved to a corner room w at least a peak of street/to very. No help w bags, no extras, loved the walking location to let cal cafes, etc which is why we chose it Ok brkfst buffet but to be fair tail end of a fab Tauck Tour 12 days lthru Switzerland at great properties we were let down for our final 2 nites on our own before flying back to Boston. ( had spent 3 days on Geneva on own before ...would return for more time in this beautiful country but not a great last few days, alas)...and we are friendly, seasoned travelers. Did get friendly smiles from other employees, btw. Gorgeous 2 weeks in Switzerland overall

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff were brilliant. They were helpful, polite and very courteous. The hotel was clean and quiet. The hotel location is great for everthing you would want in Zurich. I would go back in a moment

Das Hotel liegt direkt in einer Straße , in der viele Bars sind. Bis in die Morgenstunden laufen viele betrunkene Menschen durch die Straße und grölen laut. An Schlaf ist da kaum zu denken. Dies bei der Buchung unbedingt berücksichtigen!!!! Im Zimmer ging der Fernseher nicht richtig und die Spülung in der Toilette war defekt. Nachdem wir den Portier darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben ließ er die Toilette reparieren. Den Fernseher könnte man nicht reparieren. Leider war nach dem nächsten Spülen die Toilette wieder defekt. Meinen Ärger darüber konnte der Portier gar nicht verstehen. Stattdessen sagte er mir, dass er gab nicht verstehen würde , dass ich die ganze Zeit „meckern“ würde. Eine Entschädigung oder eine Entschuldigung habe ich nicht erhalten.

The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly. They offered so many services such as stamps, umbrellas and wifi boxes. Breakfast was great with real scrambled eggs and bacon. The rooms were immaculate. We definitely recommend this hotel

Staff at this hotel were awesome! As a tourist didn’t speak the language and had never been to Zürich before, they were so helpful! Loved the availability of fresh bean brewed coffee, and the location in the old town. Near a tram stop and Christmas market. Very convenient. Loved it.

Hotel was centrally located and walking distance from Zürich HB. Very nice area in old town and near plenty of restaurants and sights to see. Check in was quick and easy, with front desk available 24/7. Room was small (which was expected) and fairly clean, however the floors were quite dirty. Additionally, the attached hair dryer in the bathroom would only run for about 4-5 min at a time before overheating and needing 10 min to cool down. But for the price and location, I’d absolutely stay here again.

Walk out your door straight in the middle of the old town. This hotel as an a grade location. It was an easy 5 minute walk from the main train station and a 9 minute train journey to the airport. The old town area has an amazing vibe with lots of unique shops. From the hotel it is also a very short, picturesque walk across the bridge to the main designer shopping Street Bahnhofstrasse. The hotel itself was exceptionally welcoming. If your room is available when you arrive, they offer an early checkin. They also gave free mini bar in the room as well as the nice touch of a fruit bowl and free coffee machine in the foyer. The breakfast was typical Swiss style breakfast and good quality. Our room was clean and quiet (we were on the back side of the hotel so not sure what the front side is like). We would stay here again.

Air conditioning was not working during our visit in March which is fine if you open the windows. Excellent and helpful staff. Mr. Marc helped us with a few sightseeing plans and informed us about the local transportation ( trams ). The visit to zurich was successful due to this. Nice coffee machine in the lobby. Good breakfast. The room size is a bit smaller than other places, but it did not matter much. We are happy that we stayed there.

Excellent location in the old town and only a short walk or tram ride from the main station. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was lovely. We travelled with a baby and the hotel made sure there was a cot and kettle in the room. Room was comfortable and plenty of storage for case and bags.

We chose this hotel for one night prior to our flight home from Zurich after touring Switzerland for two weeks. Because we only used this to sleep for a few hours it was fine but if I had booked for an extended stay in Zurich I would have been disappointed. Room was very small with no frills, bathroom was tiny. No amenities to speak of. We booked two rooms, one had ac and one did not.
